Message from the President
Valaya Alongkorn Rajabhat University under the Royal Patronage
Valaya Alongkorn Rajabhat University under the Royal Patronage is honored and
extremely proud to have been entrusted by the Council of the Graduate Education Administrators of Thailand (CGAT) to act as the host to organize the 41st National and 5th International Graduate Research Conference during December 8 - 9, 2016. Deputy Minister of Education, Dr. Teerakiat Jareonsettasin, has the honor of offering a special keynote address on the title of ‘Research to Propel Thailand 4.0’, followed by Dr. Gatot Hari Priowirjanto, Director of SEAMEO Secretariat, a keynote speaker on ‘Research Driven Globalization’, which received attention from administrators, faculty members, academics, students and the public.
I, on behalf of the President of Valaya Alongkorn Rajabhat University under the Royal Patronage recognize and give continuous priority to promote education in graduate level, which will be carried out in parallel with the research in accordance with the model scheme of the government to propel Thailand towards the internationalization. Therefore, the management of such conference thus represents perfect intent at Valaya Alongkorn Rajabhat University under the Royal Patronage in participating in the creation of the foundation for education and research in order to satisfy the educational approach to drive Education Thailand 4.0. Valaya Alongkorn Rajabhat University under the Royal Patronage thanks for the participants in managing the conference, presenters of valuable research results that lead to the integration of knowledge for the benefit of the community and the nation forever.

Message from Chairman
The Council of Graduate Education Administrators of Thailand (CGAT)
On behalf of the Council of Graduate Education Administrators of Thailand (CGAT), I would like to thank Valaya Alongkorn Rajabhat University Under the Royal Patronage for hosting the 4th regular meeting of the year 2016 of the Council of Graduate Education Administrators of Thailand (CGAT) along with the 41st National Graduate Research Conference (NGRC) and the 5th International Graduate Research Conference (iGRC) which are the last of CGAT meeting and conferences of the year 2016. So I would like to welcome the New Year 2017 as well as all the graduate education administrators and participants to the meeting and conferences.
Finally, I would like to wish everyone happiness, prosperity and progress in both personal and working life, in order to development graduate education, society and the world as a whole.

Message from the Dean of Graduate School
Valaya Alongkorn Rajabhat University under the Royal Patronage
Valaya Alongkorn Rajabhat University under the Royal Patronage has organized the 41st
National and 5th International Graduate Research Conference during December 8 - 9, 2016, at Rajanagarindra meeting room, 5th floor, 100 Year Somdech Phra Srinagarindra Building which has been interested from various parties both within and outside the academic field. The participants of the conference from different universities, both within the country and outside the country participate the Keynote address on ‘Research to propel Thailand 4.0’ by Deputy Minister of Education, Dr.Teerakiat Jareonsettasin and a keynote speaker on ‘Research Driven Globalization’ by Dr.Gatot Hari Priowirjanto, Director of SEAMEO Secretariat.
Graduate School, Valaya Alongkorn Rajabhat University under the Royal Patronage, as a regulatory agency regarding quality control of graduate education to meet the standards of the Office of the Higher Education Commission and internal and external quality assurance in education, is committed to being a major force in driving the development and urging the graduate educational awareness and recognition of the need for co-creating and producing valuable research into the benefits, that can be applied to social conditions that are changing constantly and rapidly. The conference managed by the Graduate School, aims to create a platform of opportunity to produce a variety of presentations and exchange knowledge discovery in science such as Science, Technology, Environment, Humanities, Social Sciences, Business Administration and Education to the participants of the conference.
On behalf of Dean of Graduate School, Valaya Alongkorn Rajabhat University under the Royal Patronage, I would like to thank the University and the Council of the Graduate Education Administrators of Thailand (CGAT) for entrusting and supporting the university in organizing this academic conference.
