DATA IDENTIFICATION CODES

INTRODUCTION The data identification codes appearing in the next

tables are WIPO Standards. The first three of these tables contain codes universally known as Internation-ally recognized Numbers for the Identification of Data (INID) codes.

These standards are namely, WIPO Standard ST. 60 (Recommendation concerning bibliographic data relat-ing to marks), Standard ST. 9 (Recommendation con-cerning bibliographic data on and relating to Patents and supplementary protection certificates (SPCs)), Standard ST. 80 (Recommendation concerning biblio-graphic data relating to Industrial Designs) and Stan-dard ST. 3 (Recommended standard on two-letter codes for the representation of states, other entities and inter-governmental organizations).

2.3 NEW TRADE AND SERVICE MARKS APPLICATIONS

In terms of Regulation 12, of the Trade and Service Marks Regulations 2000, the following Marks are hereby adver-tised, any interested person who have any objection or observation in respect of any Mark so advertised should file his/her objection or observation with the Registrar within 60 days from the date of this notice. On expiry of the said 60 days, the Registrar shall allow the applications to proceed to registration.
