1榜鹅东补选结果：大选式，总统选举式，还是第三式。

谁会失去按柜金？

由于这次补选很可能出现多角战，因此，肯定有候选人会

失去按柜金，为国库增加一笔收入。那么，什么样的候选

人会失去按柜金呢？

从失去按柜金的角度来看问题，或许更能看出谁比较有机

会中选。

2011年大选：榜鹅东单选区是唯一有参选人失去按柜金的选区。如果，再次出现三角战，会不会出现其中一人，失

去按柜金。这个可能性很高。这是行动党乐意见到的结果。

2011年总统选举：这次选举出现四角战。两个候选人的票

数很接近（35%），一人占 25%，最后一人失去按柜金。行

动党险胜。因此，如果出现五角，六角战，那么，将会有

更多候选人失去按柜金。目前的看法是，这种情形对行动党选情有利。

第三式：这是一个未来式。如果出现这种情形，这就表示

有别于前两种，行动党失去议席，但是却保留按柜金。同

样的，如果是多角战，将会有更多候选人失去按柜金，最

多只有三个候选人能保住按柜金。

既然如此，为何还要出来竞选。榜鹅东补选，如果出现多

角战，最多只可能出现三人保住按柜金，其他的第四，第

五，第六候选人，都会失去按柜金。

那，为什么还要出来竞选呢？为名？为知名度？为下次大

选做准备？当然，也有搞局的，不怕失去按柜金的。无论

如何，新加坡是个讲成功的地方。为名，搞局，都不可能

让你成功，政治的现实面尤其如此。



但是，有几个人能看透这个现实面呢？当你参选时，你根

本不会想到按柜金的失去。

行动党作为地主，当然了解这个现实面。因此，看到在野

阵营出现乱局，就来一个闪电补选。在野党如果看不清这

个现实，而贸贸然出来参选，那当然是中了行动党的圈套。

在野党参选的意义

这么多在野党有意参选，谁最会失去安按柜金？首先，独

立候选人失去按柜金的机会比政党背景的候选人更高。不管什么学历，什么背景，没有党的机器，个人很难成气候。

接着，知名度不高，参选经验低的政党，也很可能失去按

柜金。在有意参选的政党中，民主联盟，革新党就是这类

政党。其中，民主联盟在 2011年就失去按柜金。

这些独立候选人，知名度不高政党的候选人，他们为什么要竞选。提高知名度，增加竞选经验，当然，最重要的是

行使自由参选的权利，作为一国的公民，参选，被人选，

本身就是一个公民权利。作为政党，目的当然就是要参选，

不然，意义何在？

所以，我们不应该把多角战，当成是一种搞局现象。而应

该把它看成是一种过渡。如果一个政党，每次参选都失去

按柜金，那么，它就必要自我检讨该政党的存在价值了，

为什么选民一点都不支持该党。在选民心中，它是一个什

么样的政党？

因此，归纳下来，比较不可能失去按柜金的榜鹅东竞选政

党，依次是行动党，工人党和民主党。或许，就是基于这

个原因，民主党才决定参选。而且，参选的意愿非常的高，

比革新党，民主联盟都来得高。



民主党会失去按柜金吗？

如果榜鹅东的选民都是网民，民主党还很可能中选。但是，

政治的现实面是，在新加坡，在榜鹅东，目前看来，没上网的人还是比较多。受到主流媒体影响的选民，还是比较

多。因此，选民的当地情绪是很重要的。这一点这三个政

党都看到了。

行动党推出熟悉榜鹅的候选人，有基层经验，会说中英和

潮语。行动党的竞选机器也准备好了。

工人党的竞选机器也准备好。再加上参与 2011年榜鹅东的

经历。选民也熟悉工人党。网上的一些不好的口碑，不会

对工人党造成太大的伤害。所以，工人党不想和其他在野

党讨论单一候选人的问题。如果，你手中有 40多百分比的

机会，你会跟一个不知道百分比的人谈条件吗？

民主党是一个变数。除非它能够把网上的好评转化到普通

选民身上，那么它才能有所突出。民主党承认，本身在榜鹅东的基层工作还有待改进。新加坡东区选民对民主党的

突然参选，又会有什么反应呢？

这就导致民主党也有可能失去按柜金，步民主联盟失去按

柜金的下场。这样的结局，对民主党是好还是坏？对于善

于思考的民主党来说，或许，它可以在这里找到另外一条

出路，尽量避免硬碰硬。

行动党工人党谁的赢面大？

行动党毕竟财雄势大，又可以利用主流媒体，就像后港补

选一样。这个影响是不容忽视的。当然，这也可能导致反

效果。总的来说，还是利多过害。



虽然面对 Aim 爱门事件，默柏事件等在网上遭受包围批评，

但是，媒体电视的情形就很不一样。或许，这就是总理敢

在这个负面新闻的背景下，仍然敢进行补选的原因。

工人党就没这个优势。因此，出现 2011年大选的情形比较

大。榜鹅东仍然回归行动党。

当然，我们希望看到第三式的出现。工人党在多角战中胜

出。这当然要出现弃保效应，所有的反对票都集中在工人

党候选人的身上。而 2011年的总统大选，却提供了一个指

导原则和教训。

但是，即使出现弃保效应，在野阵营代表候选人的总得票，

是否能够多过行动党的候选人呢？除非，行动党候选人和

陈庆炎一样，得票低到 35%。

目前看来，行动党候选人的胜面还是比较高。

但是，政治本来就是充满变数的，竞选期间的选民反应，情绪波动，不是任何政党都可以轻易意料，捉摸的到的。

新加坡现在的政治情形跟行动党 50年前上台的情形已经出

现巨变，新常态的出现，已经导致选民敢投反对票。我们

只是无法捉摸这个‘敢’字有多大而已。



2 Party Maturity or Voter Maturity, Is there a Difference?

Who will be more mature after the Punggol East by-

election, Singapore political parties or voters? Will therebe a difference? Can the result provide future guidelinesand strategies for leaders of alternative parties?

Win or lose, the PAP will not change and so it will remain‘status quo’ as before.

The coming Punggol East by-election is interesting in the

sense that political parties here are challenging thematurity of voters or the other way round. The politicalspace is a finite and when more people joining alternativeparties, they will have to fight against each other in duecourse and the next General Election can be very differentfrom GE2011.

WP, SDP, SPP, NSP …they all want to expand theirinfluence in Singapore (in the expense of the PAP) butthey will face the reality of maturity and ignorance andnot to take the voters as granted. Before the voters gettheir maturity, the political party must mature first.

Election deposits do not show the maturity

It is likely to have more than three political partiescontesting in the coming BE. And we all know that onlytwo or three parties can retain their deposits after the BE.Many will agree that the PAP, WP and maybe SDP can gettheir deposits back. Other participating parties orindividuals will not be able to reach the 12.5% of the validvotes.



Facing the prospects of losing deposits and humiliation,what really do these political parties and individuals havein mind. Is this an act of maturity or testing the maturity

of voters? Is this a demonstration of more alternativevoices? If this is a strategy (selection of status quocandidate) of the PAP, how maturity the PAP is.

Is the PAP a matured party?

The PAP is a main stream party, a ruling party. It has its

advantage but does it mean it needs no creative ways toattract voters? It must be quite hard for them to get DrKoh Poh Koon; a person joined the party less than amonth ago. Many have described him as a status quocandidate.

How attractive is a status quo candidate facing thematured voters of today, especially young voters who

read news from the social media? The PAP is projectingitself as a ‘Gongfu master’ facing challenges from severalsmall opponents and the PAP can handle themcomfortably when the opponents are fighting amongthemselves.

It is interesting to see how voters react to this old PAP

bottle. Will they mature enough to break the old bottleand support the best ‘hope’ alternative candidate?

Best ‘hope’ and best qualified candidates, are they thesame? If you are using this as criteria then the PAP isalways offering the best ‘qualification’ candidate.

In addition, the PAP is assuming a person will not change.

When you are born poor, you will be more considerateand look after the poor when you become successful. Isthis analogy right? Laozi said a person’s ‘pure’ andinnocence only lasted a few days after born. In the laterpart of life, we will change due to external influences. Theintroductory of Dr. Koh at the PAP Headquarters showedhis change, a change towards the support of PAP’s rich-

poor divide. Will Punggol East voters buy his ideas?



A party likes the PAP that you see no hope of changing, isnot maturing. National conversation will not make thePAP mature the way voters want.

Maturity- who has the final say

Ultimately, the voters have the final say on judging thematurity of political parties. The test of voters’ maturityhas to come first from the maturity test of the politicalparties.

For examples, here are some questions for consideration:

Is Dr Koh a son of Punggol or a song of Punggol?

Can WP, SDP, and RP hold joint campaign in PunggolEast?

Can someone stand for election just to reduce the PAPvotes?

Can we separate the role of MP and the running of towncouncil?

Why do cooling off property measures take place beforethe BE?

Why does PM review AIMgate before BE?Recognizing and voting the best alternative

Some political parties have yet to mature but the votershave to show their maturity in recognizing the best ‘hope’alternative candidate to defect the PAP’s Dr Koh.



For the PAP supporters it is time they reconsider theoptions offered to them by the PAP. Is the status quooption best for Singapore? If not, they should vote for the

best ‘hope’ alternative candidate.

By only concentrating voting the best ‘hope’ alternativecandidate, we can see one more opposition MP in theParliament. This may not sound maturity but it is apractical way. Singaporeans are pragmatic people andPunggol East voters will be pragmatic enough to makethis practical decision.



3出师未捷身先死长使英雄泪满襟

这一夜，我们为民主党流下一滴眼泪。

被认为是反对党内最有才华，人才出众的民主党，这一刻，

正遭受网民的围攻，批评它提出与工人党的合作建议。这

个受争议的建议，已经把民主党的英雄本色给消费尽了。

因此，还没有到提名日，民主党已经先倒下了。

民主党秘书长徐顺全在记者会上说，民主党希望同工人党合作一起参选，并派出民主党候选人参加补选。如果胜选，民主党候选

人将进入国会，工人党则管理榜鹅东市镇理事会，他指出，这是

个双赢的局面。

在上一篇博文中，提到民主党会不会失去按柜金，现在，

这个可能性，已经大大提高了。因为，民主党只有在社交

网站占有优势，现在，这个优势已经没有了。在基层工作

上，它又远远落后于行动党和工人党。因此，这样局势发

展下去，即使出现三角战，那也是工人党和行动党之争，

当然，胜选的机会仍然在行动党这边。

民主党走到这一步，真令人感慨。不过，这正也说明民主

党还是看不透新加坡的政治，因为，它提出的合作建议连

支持者都很难支持下去。网民更是一片批评之声。

民主党到底出了什么问题？难道自认聪明，有见地有错吗？

难道手中人才比其他反对党多，有错吗？作为首个提出在

野党的治国策略，在卫生，建屋提出建议，难道不值得珍

惜吗？作为一个跟外国政党有最多联系的在野党，有些还

是国外的执政党，我们不为它高兴吗？



或许，民主党让这些表面的光荣，荣耀给冲昏了头，所以，

在新加坡的在野势力中，处处要扮演老大。因为敢于顶撞

行动党，所以自认是英雄。想不到，自认聪明，自认英雄，

竟然就这样栽在自己手里。令人痛心，令人惋惜。

基本上，已经没有人会认为民主党会在这次补选有所作为。

除非，行动党和工人党在提名日出现问题，提名不成功，

作为第三选择，那就是民主党的运气了。

我们不应该拿运气来作为一种预测。去年，工人党的一位

资深党员在后港补选中，不是以身试法吗？结果是什么，

被开除党籍。

民主党自认能够吸引到人才，但是，它的人才标准其实好

像就是以行动党的人才作为标准。医生，律师，专业人士，

奖学金得主，这不是和行动党一样吗？这很可能就是它基

层工作无法做好的原因。因此，有人说，如果把行动党这

个坏蛋踢走，换来的是另一个民主党那样的同样背景的人，

那不是，换汤不换药吗？

时代已经改变了，选民不一定认同，上述的所谓人才，就

是人才，而选民要选的是一个接近选民，关心选民的候选

人。谁比较接近基层人民，反而是一个优势。现在有文凭

的人很多，他们都有能力，而所谓的人才，未必就能为民

服务。（从民主党的建议中，民主党把选区的市镇管理交

给工人党来做，自己却在国会空喊看得出来，它似乎不愿意做这些吃力的选区工作）。

民主党还有一个问题，它对新加坡作为一个东方国家的概

念似乎不清楚。不管新加坡怎么西化，这里毕竟是一个东

方社会，不了解东方的人情世故，心态，怎么能够吸引到

选票。



行动党虽然也有同样的毛病，但是，由于财雄势大，控制

整个国家的资源，但是，它有时还是要做些表面功夫，来

迎合，讨好基层人民的需要。例如，失败了的地铁华语广

播，失败了的母语教育，失败了的四种官方语言政策，失败了的传统文化保留工作，。。。

行动党有钱当然好办事，它可以没有东方哲理思维，但是，

可以聘请，可以利用，可以收买。因此，虽然行动党不重

视这些东西，但是，它却可以操控一些东西，尤其是利用

主流媒体，是非黑白的说不清楚，让人觉得行动党在推崇

母语，鼓励东方传统，要保留自己的根。

无论如何，行动党的这套把戏，已经越来越难演下去了。

远离基层人民，背离东方的根，反映在选票上，就是越来

越少了。行动党虽然知道问题所在，但是却无能改变，那

民主党连这个基本问题都不知道，怎么办？



4 “This is me” – A Self Ignorance To Change The PAP

“This is me” is the campaign message that PAP new man,

Dr Koh Poh Koon, wants to bring to Punggol East voters.He wants to be his “own man” not a “status quo” person.He even emphasizes his past and poor background as aproof.

And he hopes to change the PAP internally rather thanexternally (joining opposition). So, he chooses to followthe PAP stream instead of against the PAP stream.

Perhaps, it is an easy way in Singapore politics, just like joining National Conversation, one think he can changethe government.

In the front page story of today’s Lianhe Zaobao, Dr Kohalso said it was not an “in” thing to join the PAP. But, hechose to join the ruling party in hope of an internal change

inside the PAP. #1

Here is the brief translation of what he said and publishedin Zaobao:

“If I have strong views on adjusting, strengthening, orchanging (government) policy to improve the life ofpeople, there are only 2 ways: joining the oppositions and

bring out the alternative suggestions with strongcriticisms; otherwise, thinking of how to change, how tochange (the PAP) internally. My view is instead ofworking against the stream why don’t I follow it.”

“如果自己对应该调整、强化或改变政策来改善民生有强烈

的看法，那只有两种办法：参加反对党，提出替代建议，



并且猛烈批评；否则就是去担当思考怎么改变，怎么在内

部推动改变。我的看法是：逆流还不如顺流。”

He chooses to follow the PAP and still keeps saying hewants to change the PAP from inside.

So, Dr Koh’s ignorance is “joining the PAP is not the ‘in’

thing, not fashionable.” (榜鹅东补选加入行动党不时髦

许宝琨：希望从内部作改变) . He was quite absent mindedthat he forgot the case of $2 PAP owned company and theAIMgate. Joining the PAP can make one hold severaldirectorships and so there is an opportunity for Dr Koh toupgrade his HDB flat to a private property. Of course, hecan follow Halimah, the new House Speaker, continuingstaying in a HDB flat.

Membership of the PAP MP does have its privilege. It isstill fashionable to join the PAP and thinking a ways of

how to make use of it. Halimah may be the only exception.

His second ignorance is his “This is me” attitude tochange the PAP internally. There are so many seniormembers ahead of him, in what capacity, he can initial achange. Who will support a new man, even George Yeo isnot able to do it, how “This is me” can change the PAP.

“Always here for you” better than “This is me”

He wants to project himself as his ‘own man’ likeDesmond Choo. But “This is me’ looks no better thanDesmond Choo’s “Always here for you.” At leastDesmond is looking forward to serve You, the residentsand voters. But Me = Self, your interest is not his first

choice. He is “me” first, “you” second. Punggol East



voters should ask him the difference between “me” and“you”. Will he always here for you as he promises despitethe BE result?

Dr Koh can choose to be his “own man” but if he wants tochange the PAP internally, then his membership of lessthan one month is really too ‘young’. And first of all, hemust learn to serve You first, before talking about changesof the PAP.

He is a PAP man wearing the logo of the PAP. If a green

bird standing for election always want to be his ‘‘ownman”, then PM will not be able to sleep well from now. Inthe next GE, he will have so many independent mindedPAP ‘own man’ candidates, where can he find time to ‘fix’the oppositions?

And in the process of recruiting candidates, all of them

want to stress “This is me” and “own man”. Wow!Suddenly, it is so fashionable to be “own man” andperhaps it is an “in” thing in future Singapore politics, atleast for the PAP candidates.

An independent candidate may be an “own man”. Butagain, not all independents are really independents intheir hearts.

5 肃贪局不解风情，行动党未解民情，许宝琨不要同情。

问世间，情为何物，直教人生死相许。情情情，谁又能摸

得透呢！

当然，换成是选情，那也一样叫人扑朔迷离。工人党李丽

莲一介女流能独当一面绊倒几个壮男吗？国会里如果要多

个女议员，要多个在野党议员，还非她莫属。榜鹅东选民

请投她一票，许宝琨不需要您的同情票，因此，选民不需

要同情行动党。

数字无法解决情事

贪污调查局对有关数目字的案件，很清楚，很有把握，但

是一遇到情情爱爱，就糊涂了。徐秀兰是这样，高文慧也

是如此，把自己的证人，申请成为敌意证人。明明是自己

选出来的证人，为何敌意相向？

感情这件事，有时真叫人猜不透。那么民情又如何,行动党

看得透吗? 现在，榜鹅东行动党候选人又说不要同情，不

知道他要不要选民的好感情呢！他这么说，好像是要申请

成为敌意行动党候选人。

是主控官不解风情，不知道情情爱爱的变数吗？还是力道

不够，没有足够的智慧，找到切入点，一举攻破被告。情

爱的真真假假，没有数目字可以作为根据，要如何证明这

个情爱就是贪污行为，这可要考倒主控官了。

新加坡就是这样一个讲数目字的国家。经济增长，人均收

入，移民数目，小六会考，各种考试，生产力，效率，什

么事情会跟数目字无关呢！因此，整个国家在行动党数字

化教育下，又如何能够清楚分辨出情情爱爱的真真假假。



主控官是如此，作为政府的行动党当然不能例外。个案的

感情分不清楚，民间的人情世故，生活情况，由于无法数

字化，也让行动党无法看得一清二楚，当然，民间发生的

事情，行动党就只能依本身的数字化判断来决定了。

所以，后港补选，行动党朱倍庆要搞独立思维，现在，许

宝琨也来‘我是我自己’，也要做个‘own man’. 他甚至

比朱倍庆更加激进，不要你的同情票。

不要同情是进一步还是退一步，是不是以退为进？博取更

多同情？因为，我们给贪污调查局的难辨情爱，搞到不知如何处理感情。给行动党的不解民情，搞到民怨四起。

I am sorry 不要同情=政治自杀

许医生似乎忘了总理的”I am sorry”

还记得 2011年大选，总理怎么说吗？对不起，如果我们犯

错，我们下次会改进。好多分析家认为，因为总理这句话，



行动党得以保住 60%的选票。现在，许宝琨不要同情，那他

不是等于政治自杀了吗？

总理好辛苦，才说出一句对不起。但是，许宝琨，作为一位医生和护理人员，原本应该要有一个爱心，同情关怀病

人。不知道，他会对他的病人说出，不要期待同情，你要

自己照顾自己的话吗？

这也不就是行动党政府对待人民的态度吗？贫富悬殊；低

收入人士，几十年没有实际工资增长；等待组屋，却看到

房价一天一天上涨；地铁出事，是地铁公司出问题；。。。人民受苦，行动党政府有没有伸出同情之心。正如许医生

一样，不要同情，要自己努力。难怪，行动党把他推出作

为候选人，这个道理思维是一样的。真搞不懂，他还一直

在喊”this is me”, 他如何个 me法，还不是跟行动党一

样。

不要同情票，在选情非常紧迫的选举中，就是政治自杀。

在 2011年大选中，波东巴西和如切单选区的选民如果同情

在野党多一点，整个选情就改变了。看来许宝琨很有把握

能够以多数票当选，尤其看到多角战的出现，更是不需要

同情票。

既然，他不要这些同情票，（他是否认为这是二等票，不

值得一提），榜鹅东选民就把选票投给工人党好了。

许宝琨走共和党罗姆尼的路线

记得去年美国大选，罗姆尼说过不要低收入选民的票吗？

（在罗姆尼心里，低收入选票有如二等选票）他这么做当

然就只有落选的命运。同样回头看看行动党，许宝琨似乎

也不要低收入选民的票，因为行动党照顾不了这些人。看

看罗姆尼怎么说：



罗姆尼对这些富翁坦承，他的策略就是关注金字塔顶尖

的一部分尚未决定投票给谁的人，对于低收入选民，他无

意争取他们的选票。

有关罗姆尼当天演讲的视频被分为几个片段传到了网上，

其中一个片段是有关税收的。“不管怎样，都将有 47%的人

把票投给奥巴马。”罗姆尼这里指的是不用交纳收入税的

美国人。“有 47%的人支持奥巴马，他们依赖政府，认为自

己是受害者，认为政府有责任照顾好他们。这些人相信自

己有权利得到医疗保健、食物、住房等等……我的工作就

是不为这些人操心。我也不会去说服他们，让他们知道照

顾好自己是个人的责任。”

行动党还是不知道自己的问题在哪里？行动党不要选民同

情，一方面当然是无法照顾到这些人的利益，更加重要的

是，行动党和共和党一样只想照顾上层人士的利益。因此，

选民根本不需要同情行动党，而是应该进一步的把行动党

的票数拉低，越低越好。而总理的“I am sorry”,则可以

把它当成耳边风。



6 SDP finally listens to the call of maturity!

When Vincent Wijeysingha posted “A test of maturity in

the coming by-election”#1 early this month, he seemed tosuggest this is a test of political maturity of Punggol Eastvoters.

However, the word ‘maturity’ should apply to both votersand political parties. These are pre-conditions for amatured democratic Singapore and perhaps, it will bringus a step closer to the First World Parliament.

We cannot expect maturity for voters and immaturity forpolitical parties. Political parties, especially oppositions,have to realise they have no right to remain immature. Donot test the intelligence of the voters. They aresurprisingly more mature and intelligence than politicians.The many visits SDP made in Punggol East, especially,

yesterday after the announcement of WP candidate, SDPshould have a feeling of the ground.

It is delighted to hear the following SDP statement:

However, we have decided to withdraw from the race.Singaporeans have signaled clearly that they do not wantto see a three-cornered contest in Punggol East which may

dilute the vote and allow a PAP win. We hear their voicesand we have heeded them.

In politics, it is equally important to listen as it is to speak.We note the genuine concern that the PAP may getreturned if there is a split in the opposition's supportbetween the SDP and WP. For this reason, we are stepping

aside.

SDP may not accept the word maturity for its decision ofwithdrawal from the race of PE by-election. However, ithas clearly indicated in this headline: SDP heeded calls towithdraw from the By-ElectionThis last minute announcement is good news tooppositions. 榜鹅东单选区补选的一大亮点，就是阿裕尼-后港市镇，是

自从工人党胜选接管市镇会管理后，一切都正常运作，垃

圾没有像行动党前资政说的那样，推得满满的，电梯也正

常运作。公园里还是功夫照打，舞照跳。邻里市场，商店，

小贩中心生意如常，没有出现崩盘的可怕现象。

最正常的是，这里的房价并没有下跌。根据产业中介的评

估，东北这一带，卖房的人少，买房的人多，私人住宅出

现供不应求的情形。这里的楼盘新建筑物，还是不停的在

兴建中。虽然没有百万组屋出售，但是，90万的组屋倒是

有的。

其他地区的一样，2011年大选过后，一直向上升。所以，

阿裕尼后港居民面对的问题，和新加坡全国人民是一样的。

生活费高涨，交通问题，就业问题，教育问题，生孩子的

问题。其实大家的问题都一样，但是为了竞选的考虑，行

动党就把问题选择化，补选是地方议题，大选时全国问题，



试问，新加坡一天就能走透透，怎么能分你我。

榜鹅东的选民，大可对市镇管理放心。选民应该关心的是

国会里应该不应该有多一个在野党议员，多一个在野党议员的意义。2011 年大选，虽然多了几个在野党议员，但是，

近 40%的在野党总得票，和国会里的议席相比，却非常的

不成比例。现在，是榜鹅东选民把这个比例稍微拉的公平

一点的机会。

行动党不会因为少了一个议席而倒台，对行动党来说，想

要通过什么议案，还是有三分二以上的绝对优势。当然，

你也可以说，在野党多一席，也没有什么大改变。

问题的重点是，在野党工人党胜出就会给所有的在野势力

鼓舞，让他们看到希望，下次大选更加努力争取更好的成

8 CHANGE: Koh good as Welfare Committee Chief?

<Deputy Prime Minister Teo Chee Hean, who was one of the

rally speakers, said he intends to appoint Dr Koh to the Pasir Ris-Punggol Town Council’s Welfare Committee, “to look intohow we can better assist those residents who are facing financialdifficulties”.> - Today 19 Jan 2012

Comparing to previous parliament speaker Palmer, thenew PAP candidate, Dr Koh Poh Koon, is unlikely tomake any impact in the Parliament or raise any national

issues. Instead, he is likely to chair a Welfare Committeein a town council.

Perhaps, PM Lee realises that it is not enough to attractPunggol East voters. Just one night, less than 24 hours,the PAP has improved the offer. Now, PM Lee sees himdifferently and intends to appoint him to a suitable

political office.

What is the meaning of “a suitable political office”? Is thisa promise or just a by-election promise? After a goodnight sleep, Dr Koh has his potential moved up to a higherlevel. By the end of short campaign period, not besurprised, the PAP may claim that Dr Koh has thepotential to be a minister.



Hope, Family, Action – the limitation to change

The theme of Dr Koh’s rally speech last night concentrated

on hope, family and action. These three values, in fact,have very strong link with the housing problem. We mayuse this as an example for discussion.

The 200,000 new homes are 40% private properties, 5% ECapartments and 55% HDB units. In Singapore, about 85%of the population are staying in HDB flats. The newlybuilt HDB flats by 2016 are only accounted for 55% of the

total new homes.

What does it mean? Income of Singaporeans will continueto go up in the next few years so that they can afford tobuy private properties and ECs. Or the 40% privateproperties are for investors, local and foreign. From 85%down to 55% of HDB flats (supply), will Dr Koh raise the

issue and help to break the poverty cycle?

No. These are national issues. Hope, family and action areall national issues and there is a limit Dr Koh can changethem. As an ordinary MP if elected, there is not much hecan do in a national level.

Hence, if he is elected, he will perform the job of welfarecommittee chairman.

PM Lee questioned the performance of Workers’ Party in

the Parliament. Perhaps, he likes the idea of SingaporeDemocratic Party. SDP’s proposal to WP was to speak inthe Parliament and left the town council management toWP. May be he prefer a SDP candidate to stand in thePunggol East by-election. Unfortunately, his sweet hopewas not materialised and he felt disappointed.

Anyway, PM Lee moves the debate and campaign inPunggol East by-election to national level. This is certainly

different from the job of Welfare Committee. Then, votershave to judge Dr Koh’s ability to voice out in Parliamenttoo, not just local issues and welfare. In addition, votersshould also judge the two contributions that WPmentioned are valid or not.



9 总理自我感觉良好错把冯京当马凉

马来西亚《星洲日报》只选一张工人党支持者在提名现场的相片，这说明了什么？

在政治资源，政府资讯没有公开，自由分享的情形下，总

理在榜鹅东雨中拉票，自我感觉选情良好，还笑工人党拿

不出替代方案或强烈异议。



在 Aim 爱门事件中，在工人党接管阿裕尼集选区的过程中，

真的是一帆风顺吗？一切顺顺利利吗？为何有些原本归阿

裕尼区市镇会管理的公共设施，在交接前转手给人民协会

呢？在自我感觉良好后，总理应该扪心自问，打压在野党比建国工作更为重要吗？行动党花这么多心思来整在野党，

是第一世界民主国家的所为吗？

工人党没有强烈的反应出来，一直忍气吞声，就是明白一

个垄断新加坡全国资源的行动党的霸道。如果采取强烈行

动，提出异议，在资讯不全的情形下，难免会出错。尽管

如此，工人党管理的市镇会，并没有出现垃圾清理，电梯失修的基本问题。反而是接手后，就调低组屋维修月费，

行动党市镇会不但加价加月费，工人党市镇会却能够尽力

做到不加月费。

正如工人党秘书长刘程强说的，2011年大选后，工人党的

工作就是专心把阿裕尼-后港市镇会的工作做好。他们甚至

连临近的榜鹅东都没有时间照顾。这毕竟是第一次，在野

党取得一个集选区的管理工作，因此，只能专心把市镇会

工作做好。当然，出现 Aim爱门这样的事件，也是意料中

的事。如果让工人党顺利接手，那么其他选区的选民，在

下次大选，不是更放心投工人党了吗？

虽然如此，工人党秘书长刘程强发告选民书给榜鹅东选民，

指工人党进入国会后，过去一年人民的声音更受重视，但

他也呼吁人民给政府时间纠正过失，弥补缺漏#1。同时，

刘程强也指出工人党在 2011年大选后做出了两方面改善：

问责权与透明度改善，国家也更有人情味。新加坡人民应

该评估刘程强所说的这两点是否合情合理。并以此来评估

工人党这一年多来的表现。

同情票的错把冯京当马凉



总理认为工人党的沉默不出声是一种拿不出替代方案或强

烈异议的表现。他似乎忘了刘程强说的“呼吁人民给政府

时间纠正过失，弥补缺漏。”试问，这是否是一个负责任

在野党的所做所为？工人党的大方，在总理眼中竟然成了没有作为的在野党。

难道他希望在野党有如台湾，韩国在野党那样，具有强烈

的异议吗？新加坡国情不同，如果在野党有那么样的强烈

反应，行动党政府就可以借题发挥了。在资讯公开方面，

新加坡政府能够做到台湾和韩国政府那样的资讯开放程度

吗？

总理在批评在野党的时候，应该自我反省一下，作为一个

世界上最富裕的国家之一，我们在民主，自由，资讯开放，

新闻开放上，有没有与时共进？既然没有，也做不到，那

么就不用挖苦在野党。在上的做不到，却要求下面的人做

到，这不是错把冯京当马凉吗？当然，天在下雨，总理难

免会感到高处不胜寒，寒到连同情票都不要了。

不要同情票的延续版本

榜鹅东补选行动党候选人许宝琨提名前，高喊不要同情票。

昨天，他却没有在群众大会上这么呼吁选民。为什么他没

有重覆这句话，反而重覆他的家庭背景，他的贫苦出身，

他了解贫苦大众。他大可以再来一次，在台上高喊不要同

情票。为什么他不这么做呢？在这点上，总理还是摸不到

同情味。

总理到榜鹅东原本就是要为许宝琨拉票的。但却分开行程，

各自拉票。或许，许宝琨要树了个人形象，不要在提起同

情票的事情。但是，总理的到来，说出替代方案和强烈异

议的话来，难免使人想起行动党的强势霸道本色。既然这



么霸道，既然总理自我感觉良好，那么榜鹅东选民，实在

不需要同情行动党，把票投给工人党好了。

马来西亚《星洲日报》在 17日报道榜鹅东补选的新闻时，除了刊登四个候选人的相片外，还加加上一张工人党支持

者在提名现场的相片，这代表了什么？为何外国报纸会选

择一张对新加坡报纸来说是政治立场不正确的相片呢？

总理可能还不知道，在外人眼中，他们是怎么看待行动党

的。总理还一直活在 fix整在野党的感觉中，不知道外面

的世界已经改变了，他们对行动党的看法也已经改变了。

10 The By-election: Han’s ignorance, MSM reporting,and PAP’s problem

“Watch out for the mainstream media and check on theirreports on Punggol East by-election.” This is the messageLow Thia Kiang, WP secretary-general, wants PunggolEast voters to pay special attention to.

And this has to do with ignorance, reporting and problemof the PAP.

Han’s ignorance

Here, I am talking about Han Fook Kwang’s “The dirtytruth about Singapore” (Sunday Times 30 Dec 2012).Many see this as a wake-up call for the PAP andSingapore. I see this as a well-covered ignorance in bothreal innocence and intended or pretended act.

The article talked about his experience in Taiwan and hispositive comments about Taiwan.

Taipei or Taiwan as a large picture is not an unfamiliarname to us. And a former editor of the Straits Times said:

<Truth is I didn't know very much about Taiwan, not

having visited for more than 20 years - I was last there ona brief news assignment. >

Taiwan is one of the Asian dragons like us. Our editorfrom a government controlled mainstream newspapersaid he knew little about Taiwan. Then how aboutordinary people, how do we expect Singaporeans to have

a clearer and fuller picture of Taiwan.



Singapore achieves high economic growth, so do Taiwan.Economic development is vital to Singapore and we fail tounderstand economic developments of others. This is a

serious ignorance that shows even our journalists are notaware of happenings in other countries – even ourcompetitors.

If this is true, well informed people, like the Straits Timeseditor, don’t know or don’t care about events happeningin other countries, Singapore will be in great trouble. Weknow we can no longer base our future growth on low

cost factors and yet we refuse to know the realdevelopment outside Singapore.

This is a frightening ignorance of MSM or a pretended one.

For Han, it is even more frightening to learn that he doesread and watch Taiwan news. But he still does not know

the real happenings there until his visit there recently.

Does he read only the government approved newspapersand news channels? I don’t know is it related the failure ofour bilingualism or not? Most likely, people in the toponly read news sources on Taiwan in one language – English. So, there is an excuse for being ignorance.

Intended or pretended ignorance



Perhaps, there is an agenda behind it. There is a policy tocover news that the government wants it to be. Theintended negative impression of Taiwan reported in our

MSM is to mislead Singaporeans. So, the MSM has topretend and avoid the positive side of Taiwan story.

This selective reporting is not uncommon. Here is anexample:

<Responding to this, Straits Times editor WarrenFernandez said the paper would co-operate with anypolice investigation into the report. He said: "Ourreporters spoke with residents in Punggol East to get theircomments and a sense of the ground for our electionreports. This was not a full-scale survey, or scientific poll,by any means.

"The headline for our story overstated the significance ofthe information gathered by calling it a poll. We are sorryfor this lapse.">

When police wants to investigate the case, the StraitsTimes then pretends its ignorance. This pretendedinnocence and intended reporting have been practiced inthe MSM for so many years! Now, the Straits Timescalled it a “lapse”. It is a lapse of pretended and intendedignorance.

Ignorance cannot cover PAP’s problem








When people have more sources to read the news, theMSM ignorance will be exposed. The reporting of AIM inthe MSM is one example. If the MSM has done a job on

fair reporting on AIM then there will be less comment inthe social media and perhaps, PM Lee can avoid callingfor a review of town council management.

When we read the ‘no sympathy votes’ from PAPcandidate, Dr Koh Poh Koon before nomination day, wethink he is a hero. However, he has since stopped sayingthis anymore. When you compare his behavior before and

after nomination day, you may assess his ignorance is areal or an intended/pretended one.

Now, the MSM projects Dr Koh is running the by-electioncampaign as a one-man show. He continues to walk theground alone as he had done in the days before. It seemsto suggest he has done his campaign alone since he was

nominated by the PAP.

坡人已经遗憾了几十年了。每次大选都遗憾，2011才有小

突破，将来不可再遗憾下去了。

为何说几十年的遗憾，几十年的“后知后觉”呢？

韩德光向在台湾工作的同事问到，为何台湾人这么有公德

心？同事回答说，原因很多，特别是 1987年解严后，政治

与社会觉醒，更多人参与到与台湾有关的公众事务中，从

而让大家有了更强的“本体意识”。 #1

1987年就开始的改变，韩福光 2012年底才“后知后觉”，这几十年来，新加坡的主流媒体到底在扮演什么角色？榜

鹅东有这么多年轻选民，主流媒体是否能够一再让选民遗

憾下去呢？

韩福光的可爱之处，倒是自我承认对台湾了解不深。但是，

他并不是没有阅读台湾的新闻，他了解的台湾是从报纸和

电视上来的。他说，这些报道都是负面新闻。#2 韩福光并

不是没有跟进台湾的情形，而是白读书，白看报纸。他怎

么看到的都是负面新闻，一点好新闻，一点人情味都没有。

这就像行动党的所谓优秀人才，奖学金得主一样，会读书

不会了解民情。读书第一，考到甲级文凭，但是他们很多

都和韩福光一样白读书，白看报纸。只看到人家的负面，

没有看到人家的正面。因此，他后知后觉，他遗憾，他认

为新加坡人的公德心出问题。

榜鹅东选民，这次补选，千万要记得，你们不是选人才，

不是选读书第一，你们要选一个为民服务的国会议员。同

时，不要再让行动党政府和主流媒体让你遗憾下去。后知

后觉不是潮流，尤其是遗憾了这么多年，遗憾了这么多次，

现在，是时候，不再遗憾了。

看看韩福光怎么说：

他提到，台湾在政治上常有一些不光彩的事，经济发展迟

缓也有一段时间了，但“他们在社会态度举止方面，似乎

新加坡已经是世界上最富有的国家之一，我们的社会行为

却犹如第三世界国家，这样的生活是新加坡人民所要追求

的吗？韩福光对台湾政治和经济的看法有所保留，但是他对台湾社会的一大进步却给予高度认可。

韩福光的短视是，如果没有政治经济作为前提的改变，台

湾社会能够自我改变吗？同样的，新加坡社会的改变，很

大的力量还是要依靠政治上的改变。一党独大了这么久，

韩福光无法看清发展，选民们可要看清楚，不然，就会像

韩福光那样后知后觉，遗憾下去。政治上的改变，就只有依靠在野党的强大，先在国会制衡行动党，然后时机成熟

取而代之。

免两强相争，让行动党得利。既然，民主党已经看清了新

加坡政治的现实，支持在野阵营的榜鹅东选民选民，就应

该全力支持工人党候选人李丽连。其他两个品牌还未成气

候，分散在野票源，将会令行动党高兴，而整个在野阵营

将会大失所望。

那么，中间选民应该如何选呢？选民就要考虑和评估老招

牌行动党，是否有做到爱人民，以人民的利益为先，在选

区内有没有照顾到区内居民的利益。为什么，居委会的数

目比咖啡店还要多，比托儿服务还多？在全国范围，有没

有做到透明，公开和平等对待人民。这个老招牌值不值得一再的信任下去。

事实上，工人党也是老政党，只是过去 50年来，在一党独大的阴影下，一直不为人知。1955-1956年，新加坡第一位

党在 1950年代风光过后，就没有再出现什么突破了。一直

到 2011年大选，才取得一个集选区的突破。

这是工人党，这个和行动党一样在 50年活跃的政党开始重

新抬头的时候了。卧薪尝胆 50 多年，这个老政党仍然不倒，

选民应该想一想，为什么？这个政党值不值投它一票，它为什么能够重新开始，重新树立新的品牌，而这个品牌值

不值的支持？

现在的政治，和过去已经不大一样了。在经济第一，商业

味道这么浓厚的气氛下，政治的强大，一定要有一个团队，

但是，更加重要的是品牌。2011年大选，为何工人党候选

人，即使知名度不高的候选人，也能取得好成绩。这已经

证明选民认同工人党个品牌。为什么出席工人党群众大会

的人数这么多，因为大家都爱护这个品牌。

以手机品牌来说，苹果和三星目前是最红的品牌。但是，

还是有其他的品牌可以让人们选择。老品牌如诺基亚，黑

莓，曾经红极一时，现在却面临困境。行动党会不会是另

一个诺基亚呢？那就要看总理的智慧了，行动党的接班人



素质如何了？过去靠着政府，工会，行动党的老本顺利当

选的日子，就像诺基亚一样，不再回来了。

刘程强昨晚在群众大会的演讲值得我们深思，榜鹅东选民更是不可不思。因为，工人党要走一条自己的路，不要让

行动党把所有的在野政党都归为一类，尤其是行动党控制

着媒体。在主流媒体的操纵下，很容易把工人党归为和其

他新加坡反对党一样。因此，工人党要有自己的形象，自

己的品牌。这样才不会被行动党“趁机把所有的反对党都

捆绑在一起，一枝竹竿打翻一船人。”

《在行动党一党专政的新加坡政治环境里，其他的政党要能够抬头和成长，是一件非常非常不容易的事情。

我在 1982年从政，加入工人党，接近 30年的今天才看到工人党有一定的起色。我接触过许多支持反对

党的人，希望看到新加坡民主有所进展的人，他们常常感到痛心，恨铁不成钢，因为反对党阵营总是出现

种种的状况。我理解他们的失望与期待。

反对党其实是一个很复杂的阵营。不同的人，不同的领导，不同的问政方式。1991年可算是现代新加坡

民主进程最令人鼓舞的时代，当时国会里有 4位反对党议员，新加坡民主党是最强的政党。可是，后来，

民主党闹分裂。在 1997年的大选，行动党就趁机把所有的反对党都捆绑在一起，一枝竹竿打翻一船人，

大选结果是 4个反对党议员只剩下 2个，之后反对党士气一落千丈。

从 1997年大选以后，工人党就决定走自己的路。后来好些反对党成立了新加坡民主联盟，工人党也决定

不加入。

新加坡是个民主国家，任何人都能创立政党参加竞选。每个政党都有不同的方向和理想，即使都对政策有

意见，也不一定有同样的想法和做法。此外，对于怎样的反对党和政治的模式才对新加坡最有利，才适

合我们的国情也不一定会有一致的意见。所以，以新加坡目前的政治状况，要所有反对党团结成为一股力

量是个不可行的概念。

俗话说：“道不同，不相为谋。”政党和人一样，如果性格不同却勉强在一起，后果会如何呢？不但不会幸

福，还会误人误事。所谓的反对党团结，只怕到最后不但不能同步前进，反而落到四分五裂的地步。这样的结果只会让人民再次对反对党失去信心，成为新加坡民主发展的绊脚石。

工人党坚持走自己要走的路，一条备受批评的崎岖路，不是高傲，也不是不尊重其他的参政者；而是为了

避免历史重演，避免再次让人民失望，避免再次对，为了建设民主机制，努力无私付出的国人，造成伤害。

工人党誓言做个受人尊重，有理性和负责任的政党。我们重视每个选举，选民的信任和支持更时时提醒我

们不能辜负选民的委托。》

榜鹅东的选民们，现在是区别政党品牌的时候了。如果你

把补选当成一个股票市场，那现在就有两只优质股，在第

一级市场供你选择，一只是诺基亚，一只是苹果，还有两

只在第二级股市让你选择。你会选择那一只股票呢？

当然是工人党这只有潜力，有上升机会的股票。当然，工

人党前面的路也非一帆风顺，就像手机市场一样，其他品

牌也会冒出来，跟你争天下。最可怜的是诺基亚，就像行

动党那样，市场越做越小，最后，就出现替代政府了。不

过，现在，最重要的是支持工人党取得榜鹅东，把市场做

大。

刘程强在英语演讲的部分，首先感谢总理这么看得起工人

党，这么快就要工人党组成替代政府，成了影子内阁。#2

但是，工人党有自知之明，六个中选议员如何组成一个影

子内阁？哪来这么多资源？

说到底，总理是否有尊重在野党议员？如果有，为何把在

野议员打散开来，国会里不坐在一起。如果真的有影子内

阁，其影子内阁领袖就等同一名部长，那就可以领取部长

的薪金，一年上百万元，工人党要筹款买新总部，目标才

150万元。因此，还真的要感谢总理，快快认可国会反对党领袖，让工人党可以轻而易举的筹得 150万元，早点落实

壮大工人党的计划。

14 Can a last-minute press conference save a falling PAP?State of the PAP: Losing Brand Losing Ground

If politics in Singapore is like the business world, the PAPis in the declining state, losing goodwill, losing groundand losing market share.

Omy.sg reported that the PAP would call a last-minutepress conference at 11 pm just before the start of thecooling off day of Punggol East by-election. Andapparently, it has coincided with the WP press conference

at 7 pm the same day. The PAP - a falling brand, despitehaving a rally from 7 to 10 pm, still finds time not enough.So, will a last-minute press conference save the PAP andhelp it to retain Punggol East?

The PAP’s market share, in term of percentage of votes, isdeclining. In GE2011 it dropped to 60%. If you

considered PE2011 as another indicator, then it was evenlower, down to 35%. Can you imagine in 1968 GE, thePAP got 88% of the votes? Hence, its image and itsgoodwill in the eyes of many Singaporeans, especiallynetizens, are no more a trusted and reliable brand.

Punggol East voters when you go to the polling centres on26 Jan, you have to remind yourself that the PAP is not an

“in” thing. It has credible problem. It has lost its brandvalue and market share. And most importantly, it is nomore a people’s action party. It is a party driven bymoney. It is no more pro-Singapore and loves Singaporeas before.

Still remember Lee Kuan Yew’s famous speech:



“Even from my sick bed, even if you are going to lowerme into the grave and I feel something is going wrong, Iwill get up.”1988 National Day Rally, when he discussed the leadership transition to Goh Chok Tong in

So, you can judge how much he loves Singapore. This is aunique example that Lee senior shows his love toSingapore and how pro-Singapore he is. In later days, Leesenior thinks if Singapore is not stable, calling in armymay be an option: (this is another way of expression of

love).

When comes to Goh Chok Tong’s turn, he still loves

Singapore as Lee senior but he cannot provide the Swissstandard of living to Singaporeans as promised. But Goh’smission is still pro-Singapore and love-Singapore.

No wonder our life is getting difficult as we have to put

up chilies and onions to stop the rain. And chilies andonions make ones cry.

Even their Punggol East candidate, Dr Koh Poh Koon hasto admit and acknowledge that it is no more an “in” thingto join the PAP. What a change of world it is! He evenhesitated to stand for election when PM Lee asked him to

represent the PAP at PE BE.

So, the PAP has a branding problem. Dr Koh has aconfidence problem. Of course, this has to do with thequality of its leadership.

For Singaporeans old enough, as Low Thia Khiang (SGWP) said last night, they will notice the change of qualityin the PAP. From Lee senior to Goh to Lee junior, thequality of the PAP leadership has declined. Not only thequality standard drops, the moral standard drops too.

Punggol East voters, this is a golden opportunity to usethis by-election to slap the PAP and make them workharder for you.

“Ladies and gentlemen, we cannot afford to put our livesin the hands of a sleepy driver. Do not put another sleepydriver into Parliament,” he said with gusto, to loud cheersfrom an estimated 8,000-strong rally crowd, its biggestturn-out of the three rallies.

“May this by-election provide the ‘Punggol Slap’ whichthe PAP will never forget!”

榜鹅东补选结果出炉了。工人党胜出。这说明了什么？

选民认为行动党已经偏离了创党的目标。总理以为他和他

的同僚“一直没有改变目标”。但是，选民却不同意。因

此，选举的结果当然不是行动党所要的目标，只好饮恨榜

鹅东。过去的爱国亲新加坡的形象，已经褪色了，选民并

不认可李显龙出任总理以来，是以人民的利益做出发点的。

总理要站在人民的那一边，但是，选民认为他的诚意不够，没有以人民的利益为出发点，因此，选择了爱国亲新加坡

品牌的工人党。可惜啊！人民不要和总理站在一边，而要

和工人党站在一边。行动党能否好好的检讨，回到过去的

水准，过去的目标，那就而知了。

总理在行动党在补选的最后一场群众大会上说：

《“永远站在人民的那一边，永远以人民利益为出发点”。



“我们的政党，人民行动党，一直没有改变目标，而这个

目标就是为人民行动，替你办事，当你的代表、当你的公

仆、当你的代理人，让大家希望新加坡实现的梦想都能一一落实。”》

选民不认为也不认同行动党是为人民办事，做人民的公仆，

新加坡人的梦想已经越来越难实现了。行动党已经离开人

民越来越远了。因此，选民当然否定许宝琨的说法，不认

为他在国会是“有用的、有价值的另一把声音”。行动党

失去的不是许宝琨这把声音，而是失去过去辛辛苦苦建立

起来的形象和品牌。

为何说行动党不够爱国不够亲新加坡呢!

把国产转化为党产，把国家人民的财物变成行动党的家产，

这样做叫爱国吗？ Aim爱门事件没有解释清楚，最后需要设

立调查委员会，这是爱国吗？这叫有透明度，公开性吗？

急速的经济增长，引进人口，相关基础设施却跟不上，这

叫亲民亲新加坡吗？叫老年人到国外养老，这叫照顾国人，

爱护老年人吗？

低薪新加坡人几十年没有获得实际加薪，而政府高官则在

高薪养廉政策下，成为世界上薪金最高的政治人物，这是

爱民亲新加坡吗？不爱民怎么爱国？

前总理李光耀说过，即使感到新加坡会出问题，他在进入

坟墓前也要爬出来，协助新加坡。今天的行动党领袖，会

说这么爱国的话吗？他们想到的高薪，还有国民服役的白

马。不论我们对李光耀有什么看法，说他爱新加坡，基本

上大家都会同意。



几十年来，新加坡主流媒体就是一直为行动党树立爱国亲

新加坡的神像。但是，这个神像已经越来越少信徒。人们

已经发现事实的真相。为何徐顺全脱离破产的筹款活动获

得很多人的支持，在很短的时间就能筹到足够的款项，从而获得自由之身，有机会参加下次大选。人民基本上已经

看清楚徐顺全不是不爱国不亲新加坡。反而是很可能比行

动党更加的爱国亲新加坡。

难道，言辞激烈，说话冲动，就被定义为不爱国不亲新加

坡了吗？

过去只要是和政府持不同政治见解的人，都很容易被套上

“莫须有”的罪名。1987年被逮捕的人士，邓亮洪的华文

沙文主义，萧添寿和徐顺全和外国联系等等。在主流媒体

的大事渲染下，生花妙笔下，这些人是什么形象？难道他

们还会是一群爱国亲新加坡的人士吗？

爱国亲新加坡这个品牌，行动党想要都没有这个份。总理

是多么想要这个品牌，但是，选民却偏偏不给于认同不给于认可。

选民已经开始觉醒了。主流媒体的影响力已经大不如前。

当然，行动党的影响力也大不如从前。它离创党的目标渐

行渐远，自然地，也越来越变得不爱国不亲新加坡了。当

有一天我们的人口到达七百万时，行动党很可能变成网上

流行的品牌“外人行动党”了。

我们欢迎外人，但是底线是先要有“爱国亲新加坡”的政

策。偏偏行动党没有看清这点，或许根本不要看清。不管

有意无意，自认站在人民的一边是没有用的。口说而不没

有行动的行动党最后的下场将是下台鞠躬
