This story takes place in one of China’s small cities, where our protagonists live.

This is Mr Zhou. He is 28 years old.

This is Mr Li. He is also 28 years old.

This is Mr Zhou’s house.

This is Mr Li’s house.

One day, Mr Li went to collect the electricity bill for Mr Zhou.

Mr Li saw something on the electricity bills, which he was not very happy about…

The bill electricity bills in June…

The electricity bills in December…

The number on the meter was bad as well…

Something has to be done!!!

Mr Li ran upstairs and knocked at Mr Zhou’s door.

Mr Zhou pointed at the light on his desk and smiled…

It’s the efficient bulb!!!

Months ago…

Mr. Zhou invited Mr. Li to the supermarket to buy efficient bulbs.

Mr Li laughed at Mr Zhou and bought a normal bulb home.
