1. Instruction

The VKWA 100 Tipping counter is a high-quality and reliable liquid-amount measuring

device. For keeping the measuring accuracy and function precise, please follow the enclosed

advices:

1. The first start-up should always be done by an expert;

Be aware the adjusting and testing prescription.

2. All the parts with threads are produced that way that fixing them and loosening them

can be made without any tool, for avoiding jiggering.

Never use a nipper or a screw wrench or something similar!

3. For inside and outside cleaning don’t use cleanser containing benzene or other

chemical aggressive substance.

Please avoid cleanser additives over max. 0,5 %, it produce material damages.

4. The used diaphragm is made of high-quality silicone, like all the other sealing parts.

5. Collecting bottle always pull off down vertically with easy throwing.

2. Installation

1. Get off the transportation lock (foam)

2. Set up the tipping counter levelled and fix it on the ground.

3. Calibrate the tipping tray

− at an amount of 100 ml the tray must tipping

− for adjusting the tipping moment there are two screws at the bottom side of

the casing

4. Fix the tube for inlet and outlet

− the inlet has two tube diameter possibilities

− BE AWARE that the water couldn’t flow out trough the free inlet (for big

amounts there is a cap)
