I. Cu hnh phn cng h thng DCS CENTUM CS 3000 l mt h thng iu khin sn xut tch hp cho cc ng dng iu
khin qu trnh c thit k ph hp vi cc nh my c quy m t nh n rt ln. H thng ny l mt s t hp ca cc cng ngh mi nht hin nay vi cc tnh nng u
vit nh:

- HIS (Human Interface Station): trm giao din HIS c s dng ch yu cho vic vn hnh v gim st - n hin th cc bin qui trnh, cc

N lin kt bus ca h thng iu khin Vnet vi Bus ethernet (ti h thng my tnh gim st hoc vi my tnh c nhn thng).
Bng chc nng truyn thng rng CGW, ta c th lin kt hai mng Vnet ti cc v tr khc nhau s dng ng dy in thoi chuyn dng.

II. Trm vn hnh HIS
1. HIS KIU CONSOLE
HIS ny c cu thnh t bn giao tip ngi-my v my tnh c nhn thng thng. y l mt kiu mi ca trm giao din ngi-my s dng k thut PC mi nht v kh nng vn hnh v tnh nng ca DCS.
a. HIS loi Enclosed-Enclosed Display Style Console HIS

Loi Enclosed c thit k da theo kiu dng ca trm vn hnh phin bn c, cho php t cc trm st nhau, c mn hnh in t, mn hnh cm ng, bn phm vn hnh c 8 nhm iu khin, c tip im vo/ra ph v cc phm chc nng khc.

b. HIS loi Open Display- Open Display Style Console HIS HIS loi Open Display l loi kiu dng mi ca HIS vi mn hnh tinh th lng (LCD):

III. Trm iu khin hin trng Field Control Station (FCS) FCS Cung cp chc nng iu khin qu trnh, chng hn nh iu khin iu tit, iu
khin tun t v tnh ton. Chun FCS c hai loi gm: KFCS v LFCS
KFCS-Standard Type Filed Control Station for FIO: FCU v Node c kt ni s dng loi Bus m rng ni tip ESB (Extended Serial Backboard) hoc Bus tng cng ER (Enhanced Remote) LFCS- Standard Type Field Control Station for RIO: FCU v Node c kt ni s dng bus vo/ra t xa (RIO-Remode Input Output)
Loi trn b (Compact FCS): FCU v Node c kt ni cng mt t. loi trn b mi nht hin nay c cu trc rt gn c th lp t nhng khu vc gii hn v khng gian. Khi lp t trong t, cc b vo ra nh hn s c kch thc chn cm nh hn.

Cu hnh ca FCS
1. KFCS-Standard Type Field Control Station for FIO KFCS c kt hp bi mt FCU, ESB bus, EB bus v Node unit. Kin trc CPU

a. Field Control Unit (FCU)

FCU bao gm cc card x l v mt s cc b phn khc thc hin chc nng tnh ton iu khin cho FCS. CPU, card x l, cc b ngun, cc b pin v cc card bus giao tip ESB c d phng kp.
b. ESB Bus v ER Bus
ESB bus (Extended Serial Backboard) l mt bus truyn thng c s dng kt ni cc Node cc b c lp t trong cng mt t vi FCU. Bus ny c th c d phng kp. Khong cch truyn ti a l 10m
ER bus (Enhanced Remote bus) l mt bus truyn thng c s dng kt ni gia cc node t xa vi CPU c lp t node cc b. ER Bus ny cng c th c d phng kp, vic s dng bus ny, cc node c th c lp t trong cng mt t vi FCU hoc v tr cch xa t. Khong cch truyn ti a ca n l 185m (s dng cp ng trc 10 base 2 Ethernet tng thch hoc) 500m (s dng cp ng trc 10 Base 5), hoc ti 2 km (s dng b lp bus quang).

B iu khin hin trng i vi vo/ra t xa bao gm cc card x l, cc b ngun v cc card bus giao tip . FCU v tt c cc card x l, b ngun, Pin v card bus giao tip c d phng kp.
f. Bus vo ra t xa- RIO Bus
Bus vo ra t xa kt ni gia FCU v vo/ra ca cc node, v c th c d phng kp, vo ra ca cc node khng i hi phi gn trong t FCU, chng c th c gn t xa. Loi cp bc xn i c s dng cho khong cch ln ti 750m, v b lp bus hoc ng truyn bng cp quang c s dng cho khong cch xa hn-ti 20Km.

FCUS v Node c th c gn cng vi nhau hoc gn ring, chng ta c th gn mt s node trong cng mt t (hoc trong cng mt gi gn) vi FCU, v mt s node trong cc gi lp ti hin trng nu chng ta mun. Mi mt FCU c th kt ni ti 8 node, v mi mt b giao tip node (NIU) c th kt ni ti 5 b vo /ra

IV. NETWORK (MNG LI)
Bao gm mng Vnet v Ethernet. Hai mng li Vnet v Ethernet.
1. Vnet Vnet l bus iu khin thi gian thc 10 Mbps lin kt cc trm FCS, HIS, BCV v CGW. N thng l dng kp-d. C hai kiu cp:
Cp YCB111: ni cc trm khc HIS. Chiu di ln ti 500m. Cp YCB141: ni cc HIS vi nhau. Chiu di ln ti 185m.
Cp YCB111 v YCB141 c ni vi nhau qua mt converter hoc bus repeater. Khi kt hp cc kiu cp ny, chiu di ti a c tnh tan nh sau:
Chiu di cp YCB141 + (chiu di cp YCB111) x 0,4 185 M rng Vnet Khi Vnet c m rng, cc FCS phn b quanh nh my ln c th c theo di t HIS trong phng iu khin trung tm. Bus repeater v cc cp repeater quang hc c th c ha trn, tng s c th ti 4 b, m rng Vnet ti 20km.

2. Ethernet
HIS, ENG v cc h thng gim st c kt ni bi Ethernet LAN; cc my tnh gim st v cc my tnh c nhn trn Ethernet LAN c th truy cp cc tin nhn v d liu trend trong h thng DCS. Ethernet cng c th c s dng truyn cc file d liu trend t HIS ti cc my tnh gim st, cn bng ha c s d liu ca HIS v ly ngy trend cho cc trm khc, loi b ti trn Vnet. Mt h thng ch vi mt HIS n, vi cc chc nng thit k k thut ci t, khng cn mng Ethernet nhng mng ethernet ni chung l cn thit.
