Metering machines of the TOPLINE series have always been a synonym for top class high-pressure polyurethane processing andthe heart of countless PU processing systems. All over the world, several thousand HK machines are successfully in use in almost all fields of application. The design of the TOPLINE series comprisesa sophisticated arrangement of the individual units, top-quality components, an ultramodern, user-friendly control system and state-of-the-art mixhead technology.

One machine, countless possibilities – the range of application

More than 60 years ago, machines from the HK series heralded a new era – high-pressure polyurethane processing. Almost all imaginable PU applications can be covered by the new TOPLINE HK.

Machine characteristics

The current TOPLINE generation has a revised design and optimizedfeatures. Even the standard equipment has been significantly upgraded. PU processors can thus cover a variety of applications without having to compromise at all in terms of quality. But it is notonly the improved range of performance which means it makes senseto enter the top league in PU processing - The consistent modular design of the TOPLINE series also offers more long-term flexibility, for example when the production is later extended or combined withany other plant.
