技術，以備將來能夠在充滿挑戰及急速變化的環境中發揮專長，並

本學科於柴灣、李惠利、摩理臣山、沙田、青衣及屯門共六間 IVE

分校均有開辦一系列資訊科技課程，當中包括資訊及通訊科技與多

媒體及娛樂科技兩大範疇，全面迎合不同行業的需要。資訊及通訊

科技課程培育學生開發及管理各種軟件方案及網絡和雲端系統；多

媒體及娛樂科技課程則讓學生充份掌握多媒體創作、影音娛樂科藝

The IT Discipline offers a comprehensive range of IT programmes that provide students with the latest knowledge and skills required to develop exciting careers in this rapidly changing industry.

Our programmes serve specific market needs in two broad areas: Information and Communications Technology (ICT) and Multimedia and Entertainment Technology (MET). ICT programmes equip students with the skills and knowledge to develop and implement various types of IT software solutions, communication network and cloud systems; whereas MET programmes prepare students to satisfy the manpower needs of the creative industries such as multimedia advertising, digital audio-visual entertainment technology, computer games and animation.

的大型活動，例如香港創業實驗室、第

九屆港澳青少年網路技能大賽，更獲得

很多行內經驗。完成高級文憑課程後，

為了進一步擴闊眼界，我入讀香港浸會

大學的計算機科學(資訊系統)理學士(榮

譽)學位課程。

I gained a lot of experience from various events on technological invention such as Startup Bootcamp for Tertiary Students & Graduates in Hong Kong, The 9th Hong Kong-Macau Youth Networking Skill Competition and the 3rd International Symposium on Technology for Sustainability. After receiving my Higher Diploma, I enrolled in the BSc (Hons) in Computing Studies - Information Systems Degree offered by The Hong Kong Baptist University.

I have strong interest in film and multimedia production since I was a child, therefore I collected lots of posters and news clippings about film and moving images. Because of my interest, I took the Higher Diploma in Multimedia to study video shooting, post-production and multimedia design. The programme has provided me with a much clearer direction on what I love.

深刻的是 IET Present Around the world 2012 比賽，我不單獲得香港區總冠軍，

並代表香港到新加坡競逐亞太區冠軍。

獲得賀維雅基金會的全額獎學金，使我

能在海外升學的夢想成真。

With my lecturers’ encouragement, I participated in open competitions in software development for widening my visions and horizons. The most memorable competition is the IET Present Around the World 2012. I won the champion of the Hong Kong region and represented Hong Kong to join the final competition for the Asia-Pacific region in Singapore. With the support of the Alistair Harvey Foundation Scholarship, my dream of studying abroad comes true.

「智多星」智能書包重約 1.2 千克，內置一部平板電腦，具備自動核對、提示及位置追蹤功能

等主要功能。來自軟件工程高級文憑和產品設計高級文憑的學生先後獲邀接受 DBC 數碼電台、

香港電台及東方日報等媒體訪問。「智多星」智能書包更獲選為「創新科技嘉年華 2014」其中

一項重點展品。

The Smart School Bag is a small backpack weighing 1.2 kilograms and containing a tablet computer which

provides auto-checking function with the timetable and homework list from respective online school server.

The Smart School Bag also allows parents to locate their kids on Google Map via real-time GPS. Students

from Higher Diploma in Software Engineering and Higher Diploma in Product Design were interviewed by

various medias including DBC, RTHK and Oriental Daily etc. The product was a popular exhibit and has drawn

much public interest in the “Innocarnival 2014” at Science Park.
