Bi bo ny trnh by v sc ti mi trng ca m ph da trn cc tnh ton t m hnh Delft-3D v cc phng php tnh ton khc. Kt qu cho thy kh nng tip nhn ca m ph l 8.980,6 tn TSS, 2.822,5 tn COD, 1.390,6 tn BOD, 44,19 tn amoni, 2,8 tn nitrit v 2,2 tn phosphat. Ti nm 2020, kh nng tip nhn ca m ph s gim i t 1,3 n 6,8 ln i vi cc thng s khc nhau. Vo thi im ny, m ph qu ti i vi cc thng s dinh dng v hu c t 2 - 5 ln v khong chc ln i vi TSS.

Hnh 1. Khu vc nghin cu Phng php nghin cu
nh gi kh nng tip nhn cc cht gy nhim nh cht hu c, dinh dng khu vc m ph Tam Giang - Cu Hai (hnh 1), s dng hai phng php: m hnh v tnh ton.
Phng php m hnh: s dng m hnh Delft 3D ca Vin Thy ng lc H Lan [1] m phng ch thy ng lc v cht lng nc ti khu vc nghin cu. Vic tnh ton v nh gi kh nng tch ly, kh nng tip nhn cc cht gy nhim ti cc khu vc Tam Giang, Thy T v Cu Hai c thc hin thng qua vic tnh ton tng khi lng cht gy nhim hin ti v so snh vi khi lng cc cht gy nhim c th tip nhn theo tiu chun Vit Nam.

Phng php iu tra kho st bin, thc nghim ngoi hin trng v trong phng th nghim xc nh kh nng t lm sch ca thu vc theo nghin cu ca t chc JICA (Nht Bn) thc hin ti vnh H Long nm 1999.

Trong phn ny, s dng m hnh Delft-3D [1] tnh ton kh nng tch ly cht nhim v kh nng tip nhn ca thy vc cho thi im hin ti v thi im nm 2020. i vi mi khu vc ph Tam Giang, m Sam - Thy T v m Cu Hai, tnh ton cho cc thi im nc rng, nc ln, triu cng, triu km. Bng 1 v 2 trnh by gi tr trung bnh cc kt qu tnh ton ny.

Cht lng nc m ph Tam Giang - Cu Hai
Cc kt qu kho st ca Vin Ti nguyn v Mi trng Bin cho thy, nng COD ti m ph Tam Giang kh cao, trung bnh gp 2,43 - 2,8 ln GHCP (3 mg/l) theo QCVN 10: 2008/BTNMT [10], nng amoni xp x GHCP (100 g/l), nng du vt GHCP (0,1 mg/l) t 1,55-1,85 ln, nng TSS mc xp x GHCP (50 mg/l) n vt GHCP khong 1,25 ln. y l nhng thng s thng xuyn c trong nc thi sinh hat-du lch, chn nui, nui trng thy sn.
Theo Nguyn Huy Anh, 2009 [7], nc ti ph Tam Giang c gi tr COD trung bnh l 12,15 mg/l, ln hn GHCP 4 ln, nng amoni ln hn GHCP 1,35 ln; nc ti m Sam - Thy T c gi tr COD trung bnh l 11,9 mg/l, ln hn GHCP gn 4 ln, nng amoni ln hn GHCP 1,57 ln; nc ti m Cu Hai c COD trung bnh l 15,60 mg/l, ln hn GHCP gn 5,2 ln, nng amoni chm ngng GHCP.
Cc kt qu ny cng kh tng ng vi kt qu ca Trm quan trc mi trng tnh Tha Thin Hu nm 2011. Cc kt qu nghin cu ny khng nh mi trng nc ti m ph c xu hng b nhim bi cc cht thi thng thng nh cc cht hu c, cc cht dinh dng.

Theo cng thc (1) trn c th thy ngoi nng hin ti trong mi trng th t l trao i nc ng vai tr rt quan trng. T l ny phn nh kh nng trao i nc ca khu vc vi bn ngoi. Nng trung bnh ca cc cht nhim ti m ph Tam Giang - Cu Hai c ly theo gi tr trung bnh qua cc t
kho st. T l trao i nc v th tch trung bnh ti 3 khu vc nh ti m ph c tnh ton t m hnh Delft 3-D trong ma ma v ma kh. Trn c s , tnh c sc ti mi trng ti ph Tam Giang, m Sam - Thy T v m Cu Hai (bng 4).
T bng 4 thy rng, vi nng cht nhim nh hin ti th mi ngy ph Tam Giang ch c th tip nhn mt lng thi l 1,3 tn BOD, 2,5 tn COD, 0,0314 tn amoni, 0,0022 tn nitrit, 0,006 tn phosphat v 5,16 tn TSS khng vi phm tiu chun mi trng. Tuy nhin, tnh ton lng thi li thy rng, mi ngy ph Tam Giang phi tip nhn 5,91 tn BOD, 9,28 tn COD, 0,194 tn amoni, 0,015 tn nitrit, 0,034 tn phosphate v 103,21 tn TSS. Chnh v lng cht thi hng ngy a vo ph Tam Giang ln hn rt nhiu kh nng tip nhn ca n nn cht lng nc ca ph Tam Giang cng ngy cng suy gim. C th thy rng, vi tc thi nh hin nay th nc ph Tam Giang s vi phm hu ht cc tiu chun mi trng.

Tuy nhin, tnh ton lng thi li thy rng, mi ngy m Sam - Thy T phi tip nhn 4,7 tn BOD, 7,4 tn COD, 0,082 tn amoni, 0,006 tn nitrit, 0,021 tn phosphate v 76,7 tn TSS. Chnh v lng cht thi hng ngy a vo m Sam - Thy T ln hn rt nhiu kh nng tip nhn ca n nn cht lng nc ca m c nguy c suy thoi. C th thy rng, vi tc thi nh hin nay th nng cht nhim khi nc s c xu hng tng ln v vi phm cc tiu chun mi trng.

Cc kt qu nghin cu trong bi bo ch ra rng:
Kt qu tnh ton lng cht tch ly v kh nng tip nhn cht nhim bng m hnh Delft-3D cho thy ti nm 2020, kh nng tip nhn cc cht nhim ti cc thy vc s gim i t 1,3 ln n 6,8 ln, trung bnh l gim i t 2-3 ln.
Kt qu tnh ton sc ti ca thy vc cho thy so snh gia kh nng tip nhn v lng thi hin ti th ph Tam Giang, m Sam - Thy T, m Cu Hai qu ti vi hu ht cc thng s t 2 n 5 ln i vi nhm cht hu c v dinh dng, ngha l kh nng nng cc cht ny vt tiu chun mi trng rt

ASSESSMENT OF ENVIRONMENTAL CARRYING CAPACITY OF TAM GIANG - CAU HAI LAGOON, THUA THIEN - HUE PROVINCE

ABSTRACT: Tam Giang - Cau Hai lagoon in Thua Thien - Hue Province is the biggest lagoon in Viet Nam and located in the geographic coordinate 1601500 - 1604200N - 10702200 - 10705700E. The lagoon has surface of 216 km2, length of 68 km, wide of 2 - 10 km and average depth of 1.6 m, with the deepest point being is 4.2 m. There are two inlets that exchange water mass with sea: Thuan An inlet in the North and Tu Hien inlet in the South. The lagoon is closed, brackish-water and strongly stratifies. Every year, Tam Giang - Cau Hai lagoon receives a large amount of wastewater from 5 coastal districts Phong Dien, Quang Dien, Huong Tra, Phu Vang and Phu Loc with different waste sources such as living activities - tourism, aquaculture, livestock, industry With the low water exchange through two inlets Thuan An and Tu Hien, the more wastewater discharged into the lagoon, the more pollutants accumulated in the water and it results in their concentration being over environmental strandards. This paper presents the environmental carrying capacity of the lagoon based on calculations from Delft-3D model and other calculated methods. It is indicated that, the received capacity of the lagoon is 8980.6 tons of TSS, 2822.5 tons of COD, 1390.6 tons of BOD, 44.19 tons of ammonium, 2.8 tones of nitrite and 2.2 tons of phosphate. Until 2020, the received capacity will reduce from 1.3 - 6.8 times with different parameters. At the moment, the environmental carrying capacity of the lagoon is overloaded with nutrients and organic matters from 2 - 5 times and ten times with TSS.
