HOT WEATHER PRECAUTIONSHigh-line pipes are in use for this water main replacement project. These pipes are two inches in diameter and run along the curb; connecting to your water meter. This connection allows water service to your residence/business during construction.

Because these pipes are exposed to the sun during periods of sustained heat, the pipes will heat up thus, heating the water.

PLEASE USE CAUTION WHEN INITIALLY TURNING ON THE COLD TAP AS WATER MAY BE HOTTER THAN EXPECTED.

If the water is hot, let it run until cooler water begins to flow or fill up bathtubs and/or containers which can sit and cool; and use that water for consumption, watering houseplants, bathing or whatever other needs may arise.

PRECAUCIONES PARA CLIMA CALUROSO Tuberías de alta línea están siendo usadas para el reemplazo de la línea principal de agua. Estas líneas de tubería tienen un diámetro de dos pulgadas y corren al lado de la curva, conectándose con su medidor de agua. Esta conexión permite que su residencia o negocio reciba agua durante la construcción.

Debido a que estas tuberías están expuestas al sol durante largos períodos de calor, los tubos se calientan, lo cual calentara el agua.

TENGA CUIDADO AL ABRIR EL AGUA DE LA LLAVE, PUEDE QUE INICIALMENTE ESTE MAS CALIENTE DE LO ESPERADO.

Si el agua está caliente, coloque un contenedor para capturar el agua y para que esta se enfrié naturalmente, luego use el agua para consumir, regar las plantas, para ducharse o para cualquier otra necesidad que requiera agua.
