• Recipe: ROSQUILLAS CASERAS

• Ingredients:

• TWO HUNDRED ML OLIVE OIL

• ONE HUNDRED ML MILK

• THREE EGGS

• THE ZEST OG ONE LEMON

• A TABLESPOON OF YEAST

• EIGHT HUNDRED GR OF SUGAR

• FIVE HUNDRED GR OF FLOUR

• FRYNG OIL

• Cooking instructions:

Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.

Put the dough into a large surface and extend it.

Cut the “rosquillas”.

Fry them into le olive oil.

Add sugar over each “rosquilla”

• Recipe: Tortilla

• Ingredients:

Potatoes, oil, salt and eggs.

• Cooking instructions:

Pell the potatoes and cut into very thin slices.

Put the oil in a pan and when the oil it´s hot put the

potatoes, the salt and fry.

When the potatoes are fried, beat the eggs and mix

with the potatoes.

Put the mix into the hot pan .

Turn the omelet when it´s fried, and it´s ready.

• Recipe: Cheesecake with blueberries

• Ingredients:

• 35 cookies

• 54 pounds of butter

• 250 grams of cheesecake

• 1/2 litre of cream

• 1 lemon jelly powder

• blueberries jam

• 1 glass of water

• ½ glass of sugar

• Cooking instructions:

• Melt the butter in the microwave.

• Crush the cookies, mix with the butter and put in a dish.

• Put in a saucepan, water and sugar. Boil it and add the jelly and get it cool.

• Put the cheese and cream into the blender and add the jelly.

• Put the mix in the dish over the cookies and butter and let it be cool in the fridge.

• Put blueberries jam above.

• Recipe:Apple cake

• Ingredients:

1 glass of milk

2 glass of flour

1 glassofsugar

4 eggs

3 big apples

1 envelope of yeast

1 coffe tablespoon of Curma

• Cooking instructions:

Put in the thermomix all the ingredients.

Beat at speed 5,2 minutes, until a homogenous mixture.

Pour in a cast a mold we will buttered.

Peell the apples and cut up into small pieces.

Decorate with the apples on the cake.

Put the cake in the oven 180 degrees 60 minutes.

Prick with a clean needle to see if the cake is baked.

• Cooking instructions:

Mix all the ingredients.

Make strips with the dough and cut them into small balls.

Fry the balls.

Put on the fried balls honey.

• Recipe: Vegetables filled with meatballs

• Ingredients:

-tomatoes

-onions Picture:

-pepper

-oil

-pepper

-bay leaf

-parsley

-garlics

-almonds

• Cooking instructions:

1º Wash the inside of onions and peppers and fill them

with the mass of meayballs. Fry them and put them on the casserole.

2º Later, in the oil, fry the tomatoes and onions and

red peppers.

Add pepper salt and bay leaf.

3º Later crush the parsley, garlic and almonds and grate the not walnut chew and put it into the casserole.

Add the water and cook for 20 minutes.

• Recipe: Olive oil cakes.

• Ingredients:

• 50g of olive oil Picture

• Skin of a lemon,

• 180g of flour

• 10g of yeast

• 1 tablespoon oniseed

• warm water 80g

• 20g dry anis,

• 1 tablespoon anjoli

• 15g sugar,

• 1 pinch of salt.

Cooking instructions:

Heat the olive oil in the frying pan with half skin of a lemon.

Past five minutes put one tablespoon anissed, take the skin

of a lemon and get cool.

Put into the dish the olive oil and rest of ingredients to

make a dough until it is double size.

Heat the oven 220º.

Make small balls and squash with a rolling pin for the dough

until it´s very thin.

Cover with sugar and put it into the tray of the oven

• Recipe: Tea cookies.

• Ingredients:

-250grams of wheat flour

-2egg yolks Picture:

-1 pinch of vanilla in powder

-100grams of corn flour

-2 water spoonfuls

-100grams of butter

-100grams of caster sugar

-and to decorate:cherries ,grated coconut ,nuts and

chocolate etc...

• Cooking instructions:

*1º-Mix corn flour with wheat flour ,sugar and vanilla.

*2º-Make a circle with the mixture and add in the centre

the yolks, two spoons of water and the melted butter.

*3º-Roll the mixture on a flat floured surface.

*4º-Cut the prepared dough in different shapes and place

them on a baking sheet covered with butter and flour.

*5º Paint the cookies with a beaten egg and decorate as you

like bake for 10 minutes at medium heat in the oven

• Recipe: Asadillo

• Ingredients:

• 5 red peppers.

• 3 riped tomatoes.

• 2 garlic gloves.

• 2 hard – cooked eggs peeled.

• Olive oil.

• Cumin (spice) and salt.

Cooking instructions:

Bake the peppers into the oven at 180 degrees for 45-60

minutes. Get cool the peppers; Peel and chop the peppers.

Add tomatoes, baked or fried, as you prefer.

Crush the garlic and add olive oil, cumin and salt.

Add this mix to the pepper.

Cut egg into quarters and add.

Eat cool or hot.

• Recipe: Sirloin in orange sauce.

Ingredients:

• A sirloin

• Three oranges

• Oil

• Cooking instructions:

• Take a sirloin and put it into the flour.

• Put oil in a pan and fry the sirloin.

• Squeeze three oranges and put the oranges juice into

the pan with the sirloin.

• Boiled it for 45 minutes.

You can serve it with chips

• Recipe: cookies’ balls.

• Ingredients:

4 cookies

3 spoons of milk chocolate.

1 spoon of butter

Cooking instructions:

Crush the cookies .

Add the butter .

Remove and put the milk chocolate.

Make balls with the mix .

Put the balls into the fridge for 2 hours.

• Recipe: Cod on a pil pil sauce. · Picture:

• Ingredients: (for 4 persons)

-Igredients.

-8 pieces of cod (desalting,not very thick).

-5 cloves of garlic.

-3 dl olive oil. *The time is 30 minuts.

-A chilli rings.

• Cooking instructions:

*1º-Desalting the cod. Flaking,toke the bones and dry with one clean cloth.

*2º-Put one casserole in the fire and heat the oil. Add the cloves of garlic cut into slices and chilli rings. When they start takins

colour,pull away and save.

*3º-Take the casserole from the fire and let it warm.Put into

the oil the pieces cod,(the skin faced up). It´s very important the cod to be dry ,otherwise the oil skip.Put the casserole in the fire.Boil the cod soft(ever fry)during 5 minutes.

*4º-Pull away the casserole from the fire and put the cod into another casserole.Pour two spoonfuls of the oil on cod.Leave

outside the fire 3 minutes so the cod can sweat.

*5º-Put the casserole into the soft fire with the cod and before

it starts boiling,pull away outside the fire.Move in circles the casserole.As the sauce is going thick, add spoonfuls of oil where we have fried the coat. Keep it outside the fire to keep a warm

temperature.

*6º-Serve the cod with the skin laced up and cover with the

sauce.On the cod put some of the garlic and chilli rings you have reserved.

• Recipe: Pig Saint Jacobs

• Ingredients:

8 thin pig steaks.

8 pineapples thin slices.

Egg.

Flour.

Grate bread.

Salt.

Oil.

2 apples.

1 walnut of butter.

• Cooking instructions:

Salt the steaks and prepare the sant Jacobss putting 2

pineapple slices between 2 pork steaks.

Afterwards steam with flour, egg and grate bread and

fry in a pan with oil.

Serve the Saint Jacobs in an dish with the apple fried

in butter

• Recipe: Baked salmon with potatoes

• Ingredients:

Salmon slices, choppeed parley, oil, salt, black pepper, a

dash of wine, lemon and potatoes

• Cooking instructions:

In a pan put oil on the bottom, then put the sliced

potatoes fat. Sprinkle a little bit of salt and parsley

and add the dash of wine and bake in the oven.

When the potatoes are half made, put the salmon slices

sprinkled with salt, pepper, parsley and some drops of

lemon. Bake for ten minutes and turn over the slices.

Put again some drops of lemon and bake for other ten

minutes.

• Ingredients:

• 3 potatoes

• ¼ prawns

• ¼ Squids

• Garlic

• Onions

• tomato

• oil

• salt

• Cooking instructions:

• Fry the tomato, garlic and onions .

• Add the prawns and the squid.

• Leave it boil.

• Add the salt and the potatoes.

• Leave ten minutes cooking and it’s ready.

• Ingredients:

• Salt

• White wine

• Chicken

• Potatoes

• Onion

• Oil

• Cooking instructions:

Preheat oven 180 degrees.

Cut the chicken and the onion.

Cut the potatoes and put on the tray.

Put the onion and the chicken over the potatoes.

Add the wine and the oil.

Bake for 45 minutes and it’s ready.

• Recipe: Catalana´s chicken

• Ingredients: Picture:

• 1 chicken

• 2 carrots

• Salt

• Oil 100 gr

• Prawns

• Water

• 2 Garlics

• 1 tomato

• White wine

• Cooking instructions:

• Cut up the chicken. Then fry it in the pan.

• Fry two carrots and add to the chicken.

• Then, fry two garlic gloves and the prawns.

• Also, add fried tomato. Then put parsley and a glass

of white wine.

• The wings of the chicken put in the boil and the rest

of the broth is added to the pan.

• Then add water and boil 30 minutes

• Bread.

• Salt.

• Cut the bread.

• Put it into a toaster, when the bread is toasted put

the bread into a plate.

• Pour the oil and the tomato and put the salt.

Toast the bread and scrub it with the garlic.

• Recipe: Brownies

Ingredients: Picture:

• 120 gr of chocolate

• 230 gr of butter

• 480 gr of sugar

• 4 eggs

• 140 gr of flour

• 1 cc of salt

• ½ cc of baking powder

• Cooking instructions:

Heat the oven to 180 – 200.

Melt the butter in the casserole in low heat.

Mix in a bowl the melted butter and sugar.

Add the eggs.

In a bowl over low heat melt the chocolate and add it to the

mixture.

Add the baking powder, flour and add salt.

Mix well.

Pour the butter into a buttered glass pan.

Bake for thirty to thirty-five minutes. The brownies should

not be over-cooked.

Let cool and cover with powdered sugar. Cut in squares.

• Recipe:Muffins.

• Ingredients:

• Half a dozen eggs.

• Half litre of fied oil.

• Grated lemon.

• Half kilo of sugar.

• Half litre of milk.

• ¾ kg flour.

• 4 envelopes of solid bicarbonate.

• Cooking instructions:

Beat the eggs,add the sugar, the flour, the grated lemon the bicarbonate and the milk.

Mix all very good and when it's well mixed pour it into the tins for the muffins.

Put in the oven 190 degrees and when they are golden they are ready.

• Recipe: Yogurt cake.

• Ingredients:

• One lemon yogurt

• One yeast envelope

• Four eggs

• Two glasses of sugar

• Three glasses of flour

• One glass of oil

• Cooking instructions:

Beat the eggs.

Later add the yogurt, the two glasses of sugar, the

flour, the oil and yeast.

Mix all very well.

Put butter in the mold and pour the mix.

Put in the oven 180 degrees. When it´s gold prick with

a needle to see if it´s ready.

• Recipe: Gachas.

• Ingredients:

Oil

garlic

hard pork

bacon

flour

paprika

water

• Cooking instructions:

Heat the oil.

Fry the garlic.

Fry the sausages and the bacon and separate.

Add the flour of almortas and fry.

Add the paprika and the salt.

Cook for five minutes, add the sausages and bacon

and it’s ready.

• Ingredients:

• 1kilo of chicken.

• Chopped parsley.

• Garlic.

• Flour.

• White wine

• Oil

• Salt

• Cooking instructions:

Cut the chicken and put the salt, parsley and garlic.

Batter the chicken with the flour.

Heat the oil, put the chicken and fry it.

Put the chicken into a casserole and fry garlic and

parsley in the oil.

Put this oil on the chicken, add the wine and cook for

10 minutes.
