BRUNYOLS RECIPE

INGREDIENTS:

850 g FLOUR 25 g SALT

80 g BUTTER

100 g SUGAR

100 g EGGS

300 cl WATER 100 cl MILK

2 LEMONS

INGREDIENTS:

20 g MATAFALUGA/ ANISEED

30 g YEAST/BAKING POWDER OLIVE OIL

A JUG A BOWLA FRYING PAN

A PERFORATED SPOON

A GRATER

A KNIFE

PROCESS:1. MAKE A VOLCANO WITH THE FLOUR.

2. ADD HOT MILK, YEAST/BAKING POWDER, MELT BUTTER, SUGAR AND MATAFALUGA/ANISEED .

3. GRATE THE LEMON WITH THE GRATER AND ADD IT.

PROCESS:4. ADD HOT WATER AND SALT.

5. THEN MIX ALL THE INGREDIENTS.

6. MAKE THE DOUGH AND KNEAD IT.

7. CUT THE DOUGH INTO SMALL PIECES.

PROCESS:8. LEAVE THE DOUGH TO REST FOR AN HOUR.9. ROLL THE DOUGH INTO SMALL BALLS10. HEAT THE OIL IN A FRYING PAN AND DROP THE BALL CAREFULLY.

11. FINALLY GET THE BALL WITH THE PERFORATED SPOON AND LEAVE TO COOL.
