What I am!



I am Periyasamy Surendran known fondly as Pery Suren. I hold the post of research consultant at ILDP & I am the founder as well. Born in Sri Lanka to a Farmer turned businessman who pioneered the coconut oil industry during the eighties under the brand name of CCC. I started my early schooling days at Wesley College, further moving to the premiere Montfort School. I completed my MSc Strategic Education at Strategy college affiliated to Asia e university Malaysia. I’m a strong believer in my attitude and had to toil hard in my early days to achieve my goals, I have a background full of rich experience from farming to business.

In this July 24, 2014, photo, Sri Lankans collect purified water distributed by a government supplier in Padaviya, Sri Lanka. Baffling doctors, researchers and even the World Health Organization for two decades. A WHO report did find raised levels of cadmium and lead in certain plants and vegetables, such as lotus root and tobacco but water, the source widely suspected as the culprit, came up clean. However, the WHO study's Geneva-based author, Shanthi Mendis, said water could still be playing a key role when combined with other factors.

What is an enzyme and how does it aid in digestion by the bacteria?

An enzyme is a catalyst (method) that breaks up long, complex waste molecules into smaller, simpler pieces. The smaller, broken up pieces can then be digested directly by the bacteria. Enzymes are not living things, and they cannot grow or reproduce themselves. They are catalysts that are manufactured and used by bacteria in order to digest waste. When added to the organic waste, enzymes immediately go to work breaking down the waste.



Most soils have three major horizons -- the surface horizon (A), the subsoil (B), and the substratum ( C ) Some soils have an organic horizon (O) on the surface, but this horizon can also be buried. The master horizon, E, is used for subsurface horizons that have a significant loss of minerals (eluviations). Hard bedrock, which is not soil, uses the letter R
