NAIT Dormitory- SketchUp Model/ Presentation Board The NAIT Dormitory project involved us to first design what the
building will look like and the potential floor plan. The second part of this project was to complete a set of construction drawings for the dormitory.
These images display my SketchUp model and my presentation board.

Main Floor PlanIn my residential construction class we had to create a house design for a client.
We had a list of needs and wants to follow in order to create a house for them.
The main floor consists of a large kitchen with a walk-thru pantry as well as a front den.

Second Floor PlanThe second floor features three bedrooms with an ensuite off the master bedroom.
The laundry room is also located upstairs.

Foundation PlanThe foundation plan helps show some of the structural elemants such as beams and joists as well as the foundation wall.
