1. ISUP/BICC thit lp cuc gi
Giao thc BICC ( Bearer Idependent Call Controll :Giao thc bo hiu c lpknh mang) c xy dng trn giao thc bo hiu s7 phn ISUP tng thchhon ton vi cc dich vhin c trn mng PSTN/IDNS. Gia BICC v ISUP c
nhiu bn tin bo hiu c tn tng tnhau, nhng chng khng tng thch peer-to-peer. Skhc bit l ISUP chc thgn cc khe thi gian ca hthng PCM-30 hoc PCM-24 c tc truyn dliu cnh ( 64 hoc 56 kbps) cho cc knhlu lng, trong khi BICC c thcung cp v kim sot bt k QoS cn thit chomt kt ni end-to-end. 1.1Thng sa chcho bn tin ISUP/BICCt nht hai giao thc cung cp dch vgiao vn cho ISUP v bn tin BICC: SS#7Message Transfer Part ( phn chuyn giao ca bn tin SS#7 (MTP)) v MTP Layer3 User Adaptation Layer( lp 3 lp giao tip ngi dng ( M3UA)). M3UA sdng dch vca giao thc SCTP (Stream Control Transmission Protocol : Giaothc iu khin lung truyn ti) v giao thc IP ( Internet Protocol).

Nh trong hnh 6.13, mc ch chnh ca giao din Gn l ng gi v to ng
hm cho cc gi tin IP. To ng hm dliu ngha l dn dliu mt cch

4.Bo hiu xl chuyn vng
Bo hiu xl chuyn vng cho UMTS gm hai kiu chnh: chuyn giao gia cc
MSC trong cng mng 3G v chuyn giao gia mng 2G-3G. Mc ny tp trung
vo cc ni dung lin quan ti bo hiu chuyn vng trong ni mng 3G. Nh
bit, giao thc ng dng di ng MAP khng chsdng cho truyn thng gia
cc c sdliu m cn iu hnh thng tin trao i gia cc MSC cng nhh
trchc nng truyn ti cho cc giao thc truy nhp mng v tuyn RAN lp 3
khc nhau. MAP c thmang cc bn tin RANAP c trao i gia cc RNC kt
ni ti cc MSC khc nhau. Khi RANAP htrmt phn chc nng truyn ti cho
giao thc RRC, cc bn tin RANAP mang thng tin RRC MSC trn giao din E
trong vng mng 3G, c nhng trong cc hot ng ca MAP. Cc RNC ca
cng mt UTRAN c thkt ni qua giao din Iur nhng khng c giao din Iurcho cc RNC khc UTRAN.

Bc 2: Khi SRNC (RNC 1) nhn c bn tin bo co RRC, quyt nh thc hin
