Dear James,

We have received with thanks your L/C No. 6433 established

against S/C No. 2018082513, but much to our regret, there are

some discrepancies between the L/C and the S/C. Hereby we

list them as follows for your attention.

1.According to S/C No. 2018082513, your L/C shall allow

transshipment instead of “TRANSSHIPMENT PROHIBITED”.

2. “Shipment is to be made in a single lot not later than

September 28, 2018” should be amended to “Shipment is to be

made in two equal lots within September.”

3. The word “about” should be put before the quantity and

amount in the L/C.
