Tool and Die Maker, Team Leader and Night Shift Tool Room Foreman. Built new progressive dies and prototype parts for the electronics industry for such companies as

Motorola. Other tasks including die maintenance and repair, as well as production support and trouble

shooting. Due to the trouble shooting, innovative ideas, brainstorming and teamwork, the company was able to build more efficient and user friendly dies. Provided services on a consultant basis for the Chicago and Singapore plants to improve company wide procedures.

2002 – 2005 Sunbelt – Tamarac, Florida

Tool and Die Maker Production of progressive dies to produce and manufacture electronic components for the

automotive industry. Other tasks including die maintenance and set-up, repair as well as production support and

trouble shooting. Worked hand in hand with on staff engineers to trouble shoot and brainstorm to bring the concept components to realization.

2005 – Present Real-Time Laboratories, Inc. – Boca Raton, Florida

Tool Room Team Leader Refurbish gunner controls for the Abrams M1 tank and associated military vehicles. Production of in flight fueling motors for military aircraft.

Work with engineering department and quality control personnel to develop and trouble shoot hydraulic motor assemblies for various military and commercial vehicles for such companies as Lockheed Martin and Boeing.
