A, B, & C, City-owned lakefront parking lots, Public Square, and North Coast Marina …

� (d) City will provide all security, traffic control, and related protective services…

� (e) City will coordinate a comprehensive technology/ telecommunications services plan.

� (2) Director of Public Safety….security and traffic control plan...consultation with federal,

state, and other local law enforcement...consistent with national security

requirements...security zones...

� (7) ...insurance policies…

� (11) Public Works, Public Safety and Capital Projects….issue public gathering

permits...during period one month before the first day of the Convention.. subject to time,

place, manner restrictions…in accordance with security plan...

� (15) Can reserve airport and lakefront property, including Burke Lakefront Airport and

parking areas for RNC...

� (17) ...may enter into contracts with...State of Ohio, Greater Cleveland Regional

Transit Authority, Cuyahoga County, Gateway Development Corporation, Cleveland-

Cuyahoga County Port Authority, Cavaliers Operating Company, Cleveland Indians

Baseball Company, and any other entity involved in the Convention process as needed...
