Waste wood that is accepted from the discharge company, is crushed by heavy

equipment and roughly sorted at a chip recycling facility. After going through the

repurposing process, the waste is transformed into three high-quality recycled

products: raw material chips (board material), fuel chips (fossil fuel substitute), and

powder chips (fertilizers and moisture control agents).


Waste plastic and paper waste from a discharge company is recycled into high-quality

solid fuel (RPF) through a compression process at this facility.

RPF solid fuel has been used as an

“Debris” from such activities as demolition work and civil engineering construction sites

(i.e. concrete blocks and asphalt mass) are recycled at this facility. After the recycling

process of crushing, RC-40 (0-40 mm) is produced. This has been used in both public

and private construction mainly for lower roadbeds and basic backfill material.

In order to promote the “efficient use of resources”, knowing how to effectively reuse our finite

resources is the key. We, through “recyclable building dismantling”, are working on the basis to

help the “preservation and creation of the living environment” and the “promotion of recycling”. In

addition, along with strict enforcement of the “Construction Recycling Law”, we are advocating for

more detailed classifications of recycling such as “dismantling and recycling”.

It should be noted that CLEAN SYSTEM, Ltd. gives the “separated dismantled waste” a new

breath of life when it is processed by the “intermediate processing system” into a variety of raw

materials and products, used both inside and outside the prefecture as “high-quality recycled

products”. We will continue working hard to pioneer the system of total recycling construction.


In order to properly collect and transport a wide variety of waste, we maintain a diverse fleet of

trucks. By creating a system in accordance with our customers’ needs, we, naturally, provide rapid

response. To fulfill our motto of “safe, quick, and reliable”, we work with our customers on a total

recycling plan.

such as strengthening relationships with

stakeholders, compliance adherence,

and employee satisfaction. We are

currently working on implementing an

employee idea proposal system.

We also conduct activities contributing

to society such as the collection of

plastic bottle caps and can tabs, and

cleanup of the region. In addition, we

have an agreement to provide

emergency power utilizing solar panels

to local residents.

Furthermore regarding CSR, we have

created and distributed a CSR report

(separate publication), the content of

which is also published on our company

website.

We have been carrying out creative and advanced research of new business focusing on

Reduce・Reuse・Recycle (3R). Customers can take advantage of our expertise identifying and

analyzing the business of waste through our suggestions on such things as waste processing

systems and the use of the network for consignment recycling/mediation. In addition, by visiting our

facilities, we can conduct environmental education with a view to the next generation.
