The Forum is our first global happening and will become a yearly event where all Partners will have the opportu-nity to meet with all our Members - There are 100 Member Agencies, with more than 400 reservation agents as of to-day, who are amongst the best luxury travel designers.

an innovative aPProach to netWorKingFor hotel groups we organise a "2-speed" event:Individual Hotel Partners' GM, DOSM or DOS are in-vited to attend the one-on-one 10' meetings with Member Agents, achieving approx. 100 meetings over 3 days, focu-sing on relationship buliding and product.Global Sales & Marketing and "Traveller Made Cham-pions" are invited to attend one-on-one 30' meetings with select Member Agency owners, achieving approx. 30 mee-tings over 3 days focusing on strategic discussions.

Relationships, relationships ... and relationships !

Once a selection of the best Travel Designers and the best Hotels and DMC is achieved, the strongest business driver is mutual recognition for quality and professionnalism. To achieve this recognition, we want to make Traveller Made and the Connection Forum a place of relationship buil-ding.Partners and Members will create bonding during one-on-one meetings, lunches, dinners, the Red Party and free time will be alloted in the afternoons to arrange addition-nal one-on-one meetings.

For the first time, Traveller Made Members will vote for award winners amongst all our Partners. The award no-minees will be announced in January 2015. We want to reward the "best-in-class" Partners from a VIP traveller standpoint as well as a travel designer's B2B standpoint.

TuToriaLSTraveller Made is a recent venture and not all Partners and Members have yet taken "ownership" of all the tools we have created. All Partners and Members will be invited to follow tutorials presenting all Traveller Made tools dri-vers of business.

conFerence

In Monaco in December 2013, we initiated discussions on key topics such as "who are the ultra-wealthy", "what are their needs and behaviors", "how to reach and satis-fy them". Our existing and new experts will continue to provide their visions in the veine of luxury topics that are useful to us all.

After one year of PR tests in France and a few other coun-tries, and the achievement of high media coverage, we have created new PR solutions with the Communication Committee. We will launch at the Connection Forum the first thematic press kit, a new and unique approach to luxury travel.

abouT monTreuxOur event will be hosted by the Fairmont Le Montreux Pa-lace and Le Grand Hotel Suisse Majestic with the support of Montreux Vevey Tourisme. This part of Switzerland is beautiful. Located by the lake on the northern east side and facing south, it is often called the Swiss Riviera as it benefits from an amazing micro-climate. It is a place of culture, vineyards, luxury and the ski slopes of Gstaad are one hour away. Montreux is also famous for its interna-tionally renowned Jazz Festival every July. We will make you discover this amazing region that deserves great at-tention from our Industry.

During travel shows hotel groups or label affiliated hotels often like to do their own "petit comité" dinner inviting their selection of key travel designers. We have reserved the Friday 27th evening for this purpose. To make your life easier, we have inspected many different locations and have created for you several "off-the-shelves" dinners. These Friday 27th dinner formats will be forwarded to you very shortly in a seperate email.

Note that if you decide to organise one of the Friday 27th

dinners it will include a "business promotion brainstor-ming" with your invitees on Friday afternoon before din-ner.
