1.退去日時を考える

■退去日を決める

退去期間は、2020 年 8 月 11 日（火）から 2020 年 8 月 31 日（月）のうち、

土曜日・日曜日・祝日と 8 月 12,13,14,17 日を除く平日です。

注意：

●手続きに時間がかかるため、退去日は、移動日（新潟から離れる日）の

「前日以前」にしてください。前日が祝日の場合は、退去できません。

●帰国便と退去日が同じ日の退去は受け付けません。

●8 月 7 日以前に退去・帰国を希望する場合は、必ず「理由書」を提出して

ください。

■退去手続きをする時間を決める

退去時の点検、清算の時間を①－③の中から選んでください。

※選んだ時間中は、手続きがすべて終了するまで自分の部屋にいてください。

2.退去届を提出する ■提出期限：2020 年 7 月 12 日（日）

以降の退去日・退去手続きをする時間の変更は認めません。

(ただし、帰国便がキャンセルされた為、変更する必要がある場合は相談してください)

ください。

3.すべての寄宿料を支払う

■退去する月も含め，すべての寄宿料を 2020 年 7 月 22 日（水）までに支払って

ください。

■後ほど提出してもらう可能性があるので、ATM レシートはすべて保管しておいてく

ださい。

1. Setting the date and time

■ Fix moving-out date

The period that you move out is between Tuesday, August 11, 2020 and Monday,

August 31, 2020, on a weekday except Saturdays, Sundays, national holiday and

O-bon holidays (August 12, 13, 14, and 17)

< Notice>

●You should book your flight at least one day after the day you move out because

we might take much time to complete the procedure.

●The day of moving out and the day of returning flight should be scheduled on a

different day.

●If you wish to move out or leave Japan before August 7, make sure to submit

“Statement of Reasons”.

Note: Stay in rooms during the inspection time until all procedures complete.

2. Submit ‘Notification of departure from Apartment House for International Students, Niigata University’ hereinafter referred to as the

“Notice”.

■Deadline: Sunday, July 12, 2020

Any changes after this date will not be considered.

(However, if you need to change the day of moving out because the return flight was

canceled, please contact International office.)

Make sure to take all the necessary procedures before Moving-out day.

4. 室内の掃除

家具などは入居した時の位置に戻します。台所、床や浴室のごみ、特に髪の毛は取り除

いておいてください。カーテンは、洗濯し、元通り設置しておいてください。

5．荷物・ごみの捨て方

荷物、ごみは正しい方法で処理してください。不要になった日用品を箱に入れて“take free/me”

のように置いていくことは禁止されています。

「テレビ」「パソコン」等の家電リサイクル対象品は、一般のごみや粗大ごみとして捨てること

はできません。捨てる場合は早めに留学交流推進課に相談してください。

撤去していない場合は、清掃代金をいただく可能性があります。ヒルズ、アーバンＦＭＣとカー

サラルゴの場合は、預託金 10,000 円を返還しない可能性があります。（清掃代金として使いま

す。）

6. ふとん、家具など「粗大ごみ」の処分について

「布団」や「家具」「自転車」など大きなごみを、燃やすごみや燃やさないごみのように捨てるこ

とはできません。

カーサラルゴ ゴミは自転車置き場の左脇に置きます。退去する日に収集してもらえるよう

友人などに譲る場合

1) 友だちなどにあげるものがある場合は、「退去届」に記入してください。

2) あげるものは退去時間までに友だちに渡しておいてください。退去時に室内に残っている場合

は処分代金を管理人さんと管理会社に対して支払っていただきます。

4. Clean up the room

Equipment and furnishings should be put back to the original place. Clean your room including the

kitchen sink and the bathroom floor. Especially, hair off your bathroom floor. Wash curtains with washing

machine and hang them in windows.

5. Garbage

■ Throw away garbage in a proper way. Placing a recycle bin/box on the premises is prohibited.

■ You are not allowed to dispose of any recyclable domestic electric appliances like TVs / PCs as an

oversized Household Waste. Early, you should consult with staff at the International Office if you have

any.

■ In the event that you fail to dispose, you will be charged cleaning fees. As for Hills, Urban FMC and

Casa Largo residents, residence deposits will be allocated for cleaning fees.

6. Oversized Household Waste

You are not allowed to dispose of oversized things such as Futons, furniture and bicycles as a burnable

trash or non-burnable trash to the garbage dump.

If you want to give some unwanted thing away your friends or other person,

■ Please fill in the “Notice”.

■ Please give them to your friends or other person before you move out.

Do not leave anything in the room. If anything still remains there, a fee will be charged.

１．部屋

家具などは入居した時の位置に戻します。室内の自分の荷物は、すべて外に出しておきましょう。

＊レンタルふとんについて（新潟大学が用意したもの……ふとんの色は青色）

レンタルふとんは、ふとんセット(ふとん、まくら、ふとんカバー、まくらカバー)を最初のバッグに

すべてもどして、朝 9時までにお部屋の入口の外に置いてください。朝 9時に業者が回収にきます。

２．ガス・水道・電気料金の精算

ガス会社・水道局の担当者が部屋に未払い分の精算に来ます。必ず部屋に居てください。未払い分

の料金は、現金で支払ってください。カードでの支払いはできません。

電気会社からは、「電気料金のお支払いについて」の請求書が渡されます。当日もしくは前日に渡

されます。有効期限内にセブンイレブンで支払いをしてください。

＜アーバンＦＭＣ＞

同居しているお二人のうち、後で退去する人の退去手続きの時にまとめて精算しますので、二人で

相談のうえ、先に退去する人は、後で退去する人に料金相当のお金を渡しておいてください。

３．室内・備品の点検

部屋の点検をします。汚したり、傷つけたり、なくしたものがある場合は、修理費用等を支払わな

ければなりません。

1. Room

Equipment and furnishings should be put back to the original place. Before the inspection time, move

out all your belongings.

Put Futons, pillows, and linens into the vinyl bag provided on the move-in day. Place the vinyl bag

outside the room before 9:00 am. Staff from the Futon Company will collect the bag at 9:00 am.

2. Cancellation of Gas, Water, and Electricity

Staff from Gas and Water companies will visit your room at the selected time. Prepare small changes

for adjusting utility charges. Pay in cash. Credit cards are not acceptable. Stay in your room until all

procedures completed.

Staff from Electric Company hands over “Payment of Electricity Bill” to you on the move-out day or

previous day. Be sure to make the payment on time at Seven-Eleven convenience stores.

<To Urban FMC residents >

Gas, Water and Electricity procedures will be done by the last person to check out the room. Make

clear that the first person to depart the room should hand in some money to the last person.

3. Room Inspection (cleanliness, damages, equipment and furnishings)

Staff will inspect rooms at the selected time. You will be charged the full cost of repairing any

damages and replacing any missing items.

4．預託金などの返還

５．鍵の返却

室内の点検・精算が完了次第、部屋の鍵を管理人さんなどに返却して、そのまま退去してください。精算後、室内に残ることはできません。

2．「粗大ごみ」収集の申込み(事前申込みのみです。)

電話またはインターネットで、粗大ごみの申込みをし、「受付番号」と「収集日」を確認する。

退去する日に収集してもらえるように、退去日 2週間まえに収集日の予約をしてください。

インターネット申込みを利用すると簡単です。自分でおこないましょう。

申し込みの場合、氏名、住所、電話番号、粗大ごみの種類（ふとん）と粗大ごみの数などが必要です。

申し込みをすると「受付番号」をもらいます。収集してもらうときに必要な番号です。必ずメモをし

てください。粗大ごみ処理券にもこの番号を記入します。

2. Make a Reservation (Reservation Only)

Make a reservation over the phone or through the internet at least two weeks before you move out.

Online reservation which is available 24 hours would be easier.

Fill in your name, address, phone number, the item name and number of items. The website/ operator

will give you the fees of disposal stickers, reservation number and the pick-up day.

The number is necessary for trash collection. Take a note of the number and then write the number

on the disposal stickers.

3．管理人さんや大家さんなどに「収集日」伝える

4．「粗大ごみ処理券」の買い方

スーパーマーケット、コンビニエンスストアなどで買います。たとえば ふとんは、1 枚１００円な

ので、１枚につき１００円の処理券が必要です。自転車は 200円です。

5．「粗大ごみ処理券」の貼り方

粗大ごみ処理券に「なまえと部屋番号」「粗大ごみ受付番号」を必ず油性のマーカーで記入し、はが

れないように直接貼ってください。また「収集日を書いた紙」も粗大ごみの上に貼ってください。

ふとんなどを燃えるごみの黄色いビニール袋で捨てることはできません。

6．粗大ごみの持ち出し

退去する日の朝８時までに、指定された置き場所（アパートの入口など）管理人、大家さんや新潟大

学生協組合員センターから指定された場所へ運び、「粗大ごみ処理券」「収集日を書いた紙」が見える

ようにきちんと畳んでおいてください。退去する日の前日の夜に出すのはしないでください。

4. Buy Oversized Waste Disposal Stickers

Purchase the stickers at a shop such as supermarkets and convenience stores.

E.g. 100- Yen -stamp is for one futon, 200-yen-stamp is for one bicycle.

5. What to do with Oversized Waste Disposal Stickers

Write “your name”, “room number” and“reservation number” on the stickers with oil marker. Apply it

directly on the waste surface. Write “the pick-up day” on another sheet of paper and then tape it to the

surface of trash as well. It is prohibited to put the futons in a yellow plastic bag to dispose.

6. Place the trash at the designated location by 8 am on the pick-up day.

Take out the trash on the assigned pick-up day and at the designated site. Make the disposal stickers

to be seen clearly. DO NOT put trash out prior to the collection date. E.g. the night before.
