Telefonica / O2The O 2 Live Store and Telefónica BASE CAMP in Berlin are modern and well equipped mobile shops that offer visitors on shopping, a comprehensive digital experience. The central concept stores are café and meeting place, serving as a space for events and as a platform for exchange and discussion. In O 2 Live Store Berlin was built on more than 350 square meters, a completely new shop concept that clearly from all other O to 2 Shops lifts. The focus is on the customer experience. The Telefónica BASECAMP in the heart of Berlin-Mitte is significantly larger than other stores with 330 square meters. It won the 2011 Policy Award in the Social Media category and was twice nominated for the PR Report Award in the category Public Affairs and Social Media.

Telefonica / O2With its new flagship store on Tauentzienstraße, one of the most exclusive Berlin retail locations, O2 consequently refines its concept for shopping experience. The “Live Concept Store” is systematically centering around product and brand experience – the visitors are animated to touch, test, and get inspired, thus identifying for themselves the benefits of digital services and products. In order to support this, O2 offers panel discussions, workshops, concerts, and thematic events, in addition to its comprehensive services. The store design likewise, mirrors customer focus: natural materials, benign design and furnishing details are creating an atmosphere of invitation to stay.

EEThe Everything Everywhere flagship store pushed the trial concept further by focusing on the possibilities of a connected world.
The store focussed on mobile handsets as an enabler of a connected lifestyle connected to your home, connected on the go and connected while you play. Each zone includes 'wow' products that allow you to do more with your device.

T-MobileСommunity focused store from Deutsche Telekom based in Cologne. With the notion of the shop as an atelier – a “place of art, community, exchange and experiments” – the idea was to create unique environments for each of their stores based upon their locations, the first in Berlin was heavily influenced by street art, whilst this Cologne based store has offered a nod to the city’s Ludwig Museum – founded by Peter and Irene Ludwig, who put together the biggest pop art collection outside the United States – with its decidedly pop art inspired interiors. Designed by Hamburg’s PARAT, for Mutabor, the presence of art is heavily entwined into the fabric of the interiors, with the shop’s gallery wall displaying new works from different artists every few months, and trestles, stretcher frames and canvases being used as product display devices.
Elsewhere a mix of modern and vintage furniture offer the space a relaxed vibe that, much like the rest of this inspired space, is so blissfully at odds with the pressured, hard sell environment of many telecoms store.

OrangeThe Multimedia Store is essentially a hyped-up Orange store. It’ll feature a 70-inch cinema style screen and a bouncy rubber entrance floor.
Customers of Orange Multimedia Store can try out the latest mobile, broadband and digital offerings, watch educational workshops on a giant 7-inch screen and get advice from in-house experts. Also it is possible to watch film previews, book launches and product demonstrations in the cinema's seated area. The idea of this experiential store is to take away the mystique of technology, to show customers how to use different devices, how to unlock the technology and make it easy for customers to adopt new devices
