Twin share with private bathroom is RMB 3,500 per 2 terms/semester; Single room is RMB6000 per 2 terms/semester. All the rooms are equipped with air-‐conditioning, 24-‐hour hot water, Wi-‐Fi access, water dispenser, 24-‐hour staff on duty. All electricity, water and Wi-‐Fi bills are included in the Accommodation Fee. The school will issue water and electricity cards to students at the extra cost (nonrefundable). Beds linen packs are provided in the room and no extra fee charged for that. Meals are not included in the fee. RMB 1500/month should be allowed as a basic living standard in China, assuming students will have three meals per day at the students’ canteen. Other costs (Approximate): Medical check -‐ RMB600: Resident permit -‐ RMB800/year. These amounts are payable to local hospital and police bureau directly. The amounts are approximate, based on 2013 charges, and may change in accordance with Government policy.

Remarks: Accommodation Options in Sydney: Students studying at our Sydney campus live off-‐campus, but accommodation is available with other Blue Mountains students on application (subject to availability). The current cost is AUD335 per week. This accommodation is only 15 minutes walk from campus or a very short bus or train trip. Accommodation is available in three and four single bedroom apartments, with crockery and cutlery supplied, as well as bed linen, television, internet access, kitchenette and coin-‐operated laundry facilities Potential earning is indicative and should only be used as a guide. Each term figure is based on AUD 16.37 per hour (gross minimum wage before tax) for 20 hours per week over ten weeks. Industry placement figure is based on AUD 16.37 per hour multiplied by the hours stated above.
