1. Application form duly filled in 2. A copy of the ID (passport or ID card) 3. Diploma in original language 4. Diploma Supplement or certificate of the exams (transcript) in original language; 5. Translation in Italian or English of the two documents mentioned in points 3 and 4: please note that translations
are not required in case the documents are produced directly in English, French, German, Spanish, Portuguese and Latin by the institution.

In addition to the standard documentation indicated, CIMEA reserves the rights to require additional documentation in order to better understand each element of the foreign qualification. to the national rules of the foreign system concerned (i.e. Selectividad in Spain, Prova de Aferiçao or Prova Geral de Acesso ao Ensino Superior in Portugal, etc.);
5. Translation in Italian or English of the three documents mentioned in points 1, 2 and 3: please note that translations are not required in case the documents are produced directly in English, French, German, Spanish, Portuguese and Latin by the institution.
