GRC-S series of Sejong Pharmatech is designed and produced to be suitable for pharmaceutical company’s labs, university research institutes, or small-scale production lines, while being characterized by simple but all-inclusive functions for tablet production. In particular, GRC-S series is a small tablet press that is able to produce a maximum of 132,000 tablets per hour and is aided by AWC system to produce tablet exactly as required. It implements a powder feeding system with a mechanical feed as a basic option(customers can also select an open feeder as an option). Also, its large touch screen of 15 inches enables the user to easily operate the machine.

A standard rotary tablet press of Sejong Pharmatech, MRC-S series is based on HMI system to ensure easy use and optimum performance. This series adopts a disk exchange method to maximize productivity improvementand cost saving effect, and is designed to have 31 holes, 37 holes, 45 holes, 47 holesstations as basic options so that customers can replace it with any disk wanted. Also, it is designed to manufacture any type of tablet regardless of type of punch and can produce oblong type tablets from min. 11mm to max. 25mm. A separate dust collector on the disk and ejection chute effectively minimizes powderscattering in the machine during tablet production.

MRC-D SeriesOne of the key features of MRC-D series lies in the fact that it can produce double-layer tablets and in case of the production of single-layer tablets, it is possible to increase productivity two-fold by applying a double-sided discharge system. Also, compared with the HRC-S model of Sejong, though it is relatively smaller in appearance, it enables mass-production. In producing double-layer tablets, in particular, it is equipped with a powder retrievalfunction to minimize color mixing between different tablet layers, thereby ensuringmore effective double-layer tablet production. It applies 580mm disk PCD to increase output per hour by about 14% while decreasing noise by increasing the up and down curve section of a punch.

Auto Powder LoadingSystemThis equipment is designed on a sensor-operatedvacuum and automatically delivers powder to ahopper inside the machine. As it uses a low-pressure vacuum ejector, it keeps excellent performance in low air pressure of 3 to 4 kilos. You can choose between automatic mode by sensorand manual mode. It is easy to mount and dismount and to clean and manage.
CAF(Constant Amount Feeder)
When it is necessary to provide a feeder with a certain amount of powder due to low liquidityor bad ingredients, this constant amount feeder is highly effective. It can provide a constant amount of powder to the feeder through the rotary motion of the sensor-operated motor and is effective in accurate tabletproduction if there is a weight variation or bad liquidity through constant powder provision.
UTS(Universal Tablet Testing System)
While the existing AWC is a weight-adjustingsystem by pressure, the universal tablet testingsystem is a comprehensive tablet measuringdevice that measures actual tablet weight to givefeedback to the machine. It is a statistical analysis system that measures atablet's weight, height, diameter and hardnessby regularly carrying out a sampling of tabletsdischarged from the machine.

AWC(Automatic Weight Control System)
An automatic weight control system is a computer-operated function in which a central processing unitautomatically controls tablet production to carry outstatistical analyse, to prepare production processdocuments and to adjust the weight of tablets. As the program system is connected to the maincomputer, it obviates the needs for humaninvolvement in producing tablets; controls the process by assigning various functions to the machine basedon compression pressure; indirectly monitors themachine to maintain consistent tablet compressionaccording to preset weight and thickness; and print out a perfect production specification by statistically evaluating all collected data.
Deduster
A device that shakes up dust on the surfaceof the discharged tablets from the machinebased on vibration principles. By connecting it to a dust collector, it can absorb dust from tablets and givethem an air shower to make them cleaner.
Dust Collector
Connected to the main body, it enables work in a pleasant environmentby powerfully inhaling dust inside the machine. Also by connecting it to the deduster, it inhales dust coming from the tablets.

is that the amount of pharmaceuticals being filled in a capsule is absolutely precise.
All of Sejong Pharmatech's Automatic Capsule Filling Machine line compresses
the powder after going through 5 compression stages before inserting it into
the capsule, and pellets and tablets can be filled by the optional device.
Also, by applying an index and cam drive method, we were able to reduce noise
and vibration and achieve strong durability, and by strengthening

Auto Capsule PolishingMachine & Capsule Sorter This machine removes dust on the filled and discharged capsules from the main body then gives them a polishing treatment. It is easy to clean, disassemble and assemble as a brush cover dismounting from a brush, shaft or support is made simple. Capsule sorter is a device to separate capsules that are not filled with powder used by vacuumpressure in the main machine. The assorted capsules will be stored in a separatecontainer and the sorter is structured in a manner that allows easy disassembly and assembly.
Auto Capsule Sampling Machine This automatic device helps you to check the weightof filled capsules in the main body for a certainnumber and time. Once divided, the capsule will take a free fall to be divided into capsule and powder then collected separately.

Tablet Coating SystemSejong Pharmatech’s tablet coating system is designed with the most effective air supply and exhaust structure to maximize drying efficiency while its patent-earned spray gun auto-sliding is designed to enable easy nozzle replacement and cleaning. It adopts a counter-rotating automatic discharge method by an easily removable dischargescraper that will complete the end of tablet coating process while maximizing ease of use with electric and pneumatic tool boxes embedded in the main body for easy repair and maintenance. Sejong Pharmatech has launched a new SM series high-speed mixer. The new high-speed mixer has broadened the range of choices for customers from a lab specific SM-5 to a large sized SM-600 and designed to meet various GMPstandards in different countries. Stylish external design fashioned in stainless steel 316L also fully satisfies customers. The internal vessel is polished to ensure smooth movement of ingredients while enabling various processes including mixing, assembling, micro-granules,granules, etc. in a short time to significantly improve productivity. Also, with Sejong Pharmatech’s independent new technology, it can carry outautomatic cleaning of the internal vessel upon completion of tasks by adopting a new automatic cleaner, or C.I.P. system.

The newly introduced capsule weight checker by Sejong Pharmatech allows easy equipment checks and maintenance by minimizing the size of the equipment. As it adopts a servo motor operation method, it exerts better and moreaccurate operation and control. It is also designed to maintain consistentand accurate functions with a system that provides and dischargescapsules by switching servo motor’s rotation power through a cam. In addition, it is marked by easy-to-remove change parts and a “weightmeasurement” function that can accurately measure weight even at high RPM of 100 RPM to distinguish between normal and faulty items to discharge or to store. All data in all capsule weight checkers by Sejong Pharmatech are automatically saved by HMI system while enabling you to check allnecessary data from a touch screen on the operation panel.
