Posterior Fossa
Cerebellopontine angle and prepontine cisterns are seen normally.
Fourth ventricle is normal in size and midline in location.
Cerebellar parenchyma and brain stem appears to be normal.
Supratentorial
Large hypodense area is seen in left fronto-temporo parietal region . Faint
hyperdensity is seen in left basal ganglionic region .
Calcified foci are seen in bilateral cerebral parenchyma .
Basal cisterns are seen normally.
Third and left lateral ventricles are compressed.
Midline shift to right is seen.
OPINION:
