CASE STUDY- 1

Akhil Gupta is a wholesale merchant in Kanpur. He is considered to be one of the most friendly and caring persons in the market. It is considered to be virtually impossible for anyone to take away the client with whom Akhil deals. Given the fact that Akhil offers a price which is a slightly higher than the market but people stick to him due to the quality , his commitment and service.

This was not so sometime back. Akhil worked very hard in developing new clients, however, the clients would shift to another dealer after a couple of transactions. The reasons that could be attributed to this 'go away' were two. One, his insensitive behavior. Two, major failure in commitment.

Akhil's elder brother happens to be a good friend and while I was at their house on a visit, this problem was discussed with me. I took a look at Akhil's shop cum office the next day.

CLIENT'S BRIEF -

BUSINESS SLOWING DOWN. UNABLE TO RETAIN CLIENTS DUE TOCOMMITMENT FAILURE.

AUDIT REOPRT -

The space was open from two sides. There were bags stacked on either sides of the spaces left for entrance from both sides. These spaces when considered as entrances at one side read at 106 to 117 degrees. The other side stretched between 206 and 223 degrees. Akhil's Gaddi ( sitting arrangement) was located in North east and his floor desk had red laminate on top of it. The shop's puja was placed in the Northwest with a red bulb lit in it.

RECOMMENDATIONS -

Akhil's gaddi was shifted in North and he was made to sit facing East. Red laminate removed from his desk. The Puja was shifted to Northeast and red bulb removed from it. The stacks of bags were made in such a way

Page 2: 202175889 vastu-case-study

that the space for entrance was opened between 70 and 88 degrees and 160 and 175 degrees. These entrances promise prosperity. Lighting in North was increased and a spot lamp was placed.

THE EFFECT -

Akhil has increased his business by almost 10 times and he has also diversified into other products.

CASE STUDY -   2

Deepak and Jennifer are married for 15 years now. Their's has been a love marriage. They started liking each other during school and their relationship carried on while they were pursuing their higher education.

Deepak's family was a bit orthodox and did not quite approve their tying a knot, however, they had to give in to the bonding both shared with each other.

Life was absolutely smooth. Neither of them had anything to complain about. The relationship just seemed perfect until they returned from Deepak's assignment in France.

They bought a single floor in South Delhi and started life again in the city they once studied together. This was such a good opportunity to unite with old friends once again and remember the old times.

Life was turning out to be good fun as they had experienced a sort of seclusion in France and now among their own they were trying to make up for the lost time.

In a life once again seeming perfect, they were experiencing some sort of repulsion from each other. One acidic remark from either while they were with friends would spoil the entire new week.

One of their friend; Amit; a psychiatrist by profession was quick to notice this change in their behavior and spoke to them.

One sitting at home with Amit and a couple of other sittings professionally at his clinic did not give the answer to this cold boxing going between the two. Amit caught on to just one clue which was at a constant repetition," ever since we have come here....."

Amit is a believer in Vastu as I had proved to him that space has its effect on us. I had audited his clinic. Amit game me a call and explained the problem his friends were facing.

I got the drawing of the apartment and went for the audit.

CLIENT'S BRIEF -

Page 3: 202175889 vastu-case-study

"THOUGH WE LOVE EACH OTHER BUT IT SEEMS WE ARE LOSING THE WARMTH IN OUR RELATIONSHIP. DON'T KNOW IF WE WILL BE ABLE TO PULL THIS FOR LONG".

AUDIT REPORT -

The entrance gate was located in a perfect space. Relationship; Southwest was well balanced. A painting having a woman and a man at a distance from each other with red colour dominating hung in Northeast. The rest of the house seemed balanced.

RECOMMENDATIONS -

The painting in Northeast removed and a painting with a man meditating placed there. A painting of fire to be hung on Southeast wall.

THE FOLLOW UP AFTER A MONTH WAS DEPRESSING FOR ME AS THE COUPLE DID NOT FIND ANY IMPROVEMENT IN THE SITUATION FROM WHERE I HAD LEFT THEM LAST.

Six hours in the house and I could not find the reason why was this happening. While having my coffee I suddenly got up and walked towards the Master Bedroom. Jennifer followed me and I stood in front of this wardrobe. "Please open it, I want to see what's there in it", I said. Jennifer told me their clothes were stored in it. I insisted on this wardrobe to be opened. The wardrobe was opened. "Yess", I exclaimed as a child. What I found was the wedding album and some memories of their past wrapped up in a cloth and kept there. This wardrobe was located in the South of Southwest.

The wedding album was placed in the North of Northwest with the memories. One month later on the next follow up I was introduced to their friends. The introduction that Jennifer gave to her friends went some what like this, " People, let me introduce you to a man who is some what crazy, Meet Pawan Sharma ! this guy understands space". That follow up left lots of sweet memories for me.

THE EFFECT-

Deepak and Jennifer are happily living together.

THINGS TO LEARN FROM THIS CASE STUDY-

Audit a space with an eagle's eye. Listen to your subconscious when its talks to you because it knows everything...

CASE STUDY -3

Rohan and Shivani were a fun loving couple. They were considered the most lively couple among their friend circle. Any party or get together that would be planned by any of the friends and the first invite would go to Rohan and Shivani. They were considered as the two people who could liven up any kind of mood. Enter this couple and the moods in the party would get energised. Such was the impact of their presence.

Rohan is a successful steel merchant in the Naraina market, Delhi. He lives in Sainik Farms with his family. Every single character in the family was very lively and lives life with complete joy. His dad had a group of friends which kept him busy. His elder brother too enjoyed company of a large group of friends. The whole family was very social and

out going.

But something went wrong ever since they shifted into this new house. They started to keep to themselves and majority of the times they avoided going out and stayed at home. Thought there was complete harmony within the family but they avoided sitting together. Most of the time the family members stayed in their rooms to themselves.

This condition started bothering Rohan's dad and he shared his feelings with me. The drawings of the house were prepared and I visited the house.

Arun was a very hard working executive. Everyone in his office praised him for his hard work and commitment. Arun loved his work more than anything else in life and tried to derive maximum happiness out of his work at the office. His commitment spoke manifolds as he had won best employee award twice in his 7 years with the company.

Arun was married to Reema. Life after marriage was beautiful. With both their salaries put together they were able to save enough to put in the initial amount for a two bedroom apartment for themselves.

Life was good but for one reason. His promotion. It had been two years since he had been eligible for his promotion. However, there was no response from the head office despite reminders from his immediate boss.

Reema's younger sister happened to learn astrology from me. One evening she discussed this problem asking if Vastu had anything to do with Arun's promotions. After I explained the cause of delay in promotions, she urged me to audit her sister's home. The drawing was made and I visited their home.

CASE STUDY -5

"I wish I had listened to you Pawan. I would not have lost my husband in an accident." This is what Sunita told me when I went to condole her on her husband's death.

Sunita is an architect. She and I became friends due to interactions with her over the drawings of the house of one of my client. One afternoon I was sitting in her office. While she was on a call, I shifted my attention to a drawing lying on her table. Inquisitive by nature I started studying it minutely.

I noticed that there was a bathroom in Southeast. The kitchen was in South of South west and there was a bathroom in the North of Northeast other than a couple of other faults.

After Sunita was through with this call she was on, I told her that the drawing showed major Vastu faults. I told her about probability of accidents due to disturbance in Southeast and the fire going to South of Southwest. Also I asked her if the home- maid stayed ? This got her attention since 6 house maids had left in two months and it was getting tough for her to manage both her home and the office. She said, " Bas Pawan tu kuch aisa bata de jis se meri maid ruk jaye". I asked for a home visit .

After going around the house I asked her if there were signs of sickness in the house to which she said her husband had not been keeping too well and he had been on medication for high BP. I asked her regarding the relationship between her husband and her Father in Law. To this again she confirmed that there had been frequent raise of voices act in the house.

Now, coming to the observations...

AUDIT REPORT -

Page 6: 202175889 vastu-case-study

Entrance gate between 36 and 49 degrees. Part space between 36 and 49 gives accidents, causes fire in the space and constant losses. large Glass painting in blue outside the bathroom wall in the Southeast. SE bathroom had black tiles and fittings in gold polish. Kitchen in SSW had red laminates on the storage cabinets. Green working slab in the kitchen. North of Northeast bathroom had pink tiles since it was attached to the kids' room in North. Pink net curtains in the children's room. baby pink on the walls. Painting of a Matador fighting a bull in the Master bedroom. Store room in South.

RECOMMENDATIONS-

Part of the entrance which gave bad effect to be blocked with a colour strip. Blue painting be removed from the SE wall and another one having lot of red be placed there. Black tiles be replaced with green tiles. Toilet seat be treated. Yellow sand stone be placed under the gas stove in the kitchen after shifting it more towards the Southwest. Pink in North of Northeast bathroom be replaced with blue and the toilet seat be treated. Sky blue in the children's room with matching curtains. Painting of Matador to be removed from the house.

After I gave her the recommendations Sunita remarked," Black I love. Kuch aur bata de. I insisted on the tiles be changed and recommended corrections be made. To this she lightly said, " Tum vastu waalo ki suno to tum ghar ka chiriya ghar banwaa do".

While leaving, I urged her to get the changes carried out. But as it was probably destined Sunita did not get anything done. Four months later I got this sad news that her husband had met with an accident while returning by road from Karnal. He got a heart attack on the way and probably lost balance on the wheels and smashed his car in a bus. Its sad but probably that's how life is sometimes when we ignore the warning...

CASE STUDY   6

"If I did not have my kids and my old parents to look after, I would have committed a suicide", said Raghav a successful businessman when he met me for Astrological advise on his friend's advise.

Raghav's Dasha periods were indicating a linkage between 1,6 and 8; a clear evidence of stress due to quarrel between husband and wife.

As his business grew, he had to spend more time outside the house and somewhere the family was getting neglected.

I requested Raghav to come the following weekend with his wife. They came and I could get to speak to them separately. After the conversation I expressed my desired to do a Vastu Audit of their house. This is what I found -

CASE STUDY -7

" Subah se shaam tak baithe - baithe darvaze ko taakti rehti hun ki koi customer to aaye. Samajh nahi aata kya ho gaya hai?" said Priti when my wife and I visited her shop.

A couple of months back , my wife and I had gone to a boutique in Indirapuram to get her clothes stitched. This was a new boutique which was referred to her by a friend who had been getting her clothes stitched for over two years. The scene at the boutique was astounding as it looked more like a chola bhatura ka shop rather than a boutique. It was a small shop and there were around 25 to 30 ladies in the shop waiting to try their clothes. This was a very busy boutique.Standing outside for an hour, I lost my patience and asked my wife to try this boutique which was empty.

While this drama was going on, I was trying to analyse what was the cause of one shop on the same floor doing so well and the other had just flies visiting it? I took out my compass and took degrees of both shops. The one shop that was busy was South Facing and the empty one was West facing.

I requested my wife to visit this empty shop. She expressed reservations saying, " Koi to dikh nahi raha is boutique mein, kapde kharaab nahi karwane". I insisted to go there as I was keen on talking to the boutique owner and to find out what was wrong in the shop that caused this situation. We went to the shop and this is what I discovered...

KEY POINTS TO LEARN-

Just as our body is made up of the Panch Tatva, so is the space in which we live and function in our life. If there is a disturbance in the Panch Tatwa in the space, our life becomes a mess.

The constructive cycle of the Panch Tatwa is Water, Air, Fire, Earth and Space. How they affect our lives I would write about them in my next case study. Happy reading and Happier learning

SEEK GUIDANCE FROM WITHIN THROUGH MEDITATION.

This incident happened four or five days after Diwali last year. I was on my way to Vrindavan with my family and I got a call from my younger brother from Kolkata. His brother in law was to undergo a brain surgery and he wanted me to go to Apollo Hospital, Delhi and be with the family as this was a very sensitive and serious matter. More so, since the Doctors had indicated that there was only a 5 % chance of survival.

I parked my car on the side and asked my brother for more details. He informed me that a couple of days back his brother in law had a brain hemorrhage and was admitted in a hospital in Hissar. Since, the case was complicated Doctors there referred the case to Apollo Hospital, Delhi. I was informed that one of the main vessels carrying blood to the brain had ruptured and another one had swollen and there was a problem in blood supply to the brain.

I simply closed my eyes and meditated for a while and got a feeling that there were 3 nails were hammered in the Northeast of the house where this person lived. I asked my

Page 10: 202175889 vastu-case-study

brother to have these nails removed immediately and have the holes made by the nails filled with white cement.

The family members in Hissar were informed and what I saw during my meditation was ratified by them. There were three nails hammered in the Northeast wall by the patient himself. The nails were removed instantly and the holes were filled with white cement. The MRI taken before the surgery was very encouraging. The decision to install balloons was withdrawn and a major surgery was thus avoided. Springs were implanted which worked as a conduit in the ruptured region and allowed proper blood flow in the brain. This gentleman is living a normal life after the surgery.Coming to the point now, meditation helps us connect with our inner-self and helps us find answers to complex life questions. It helps us connect with our subconscious which has answers to any question our mind can think of.

15-minutes of your time twice daily is by no means anything difficult to ask for. Meditate daily and live a happy, healthy and wealthy life. CASE STUDY  9

"Baal Baal Karze mein doob gaya hai Sharmaji, aapse hi last hope hai varna...."

This is precisely what Mr. G.N. Sethi told me when I first met him. Mr Sethi ran a small manufacturing unit and as demand increased he tried accommodating the expansion within the premises without caring for Vastu rules. In fact he did not believe much in Vastu and always said everything was dependent on hard work and luck. I audited both his factory and his home. Here's what I found in his factory. Home follows tomorrow.

I was approached by his brother-in- law who happens to be my client.

CLIENT'S BRIEF - BUSINESS HAS VIRTUALLY STOPPED. CLIENTS NOT PAYING OUTSTANDING. PROFITS HAVE DIED DUE TO DELAY IN PAYMENTS. OLD CLIENTS MOVED ON TO COMPETITORS. BANKS NOT SUPPORTING.

AUDIT REPORT - The conversation with Mr. Sethi revealed disturbance in Northeast, North, West, Southeast, and Northwest.

In the North they had a machine which had a heat dryer. Toilet in Northeast for workers. The entire working floor was painted red. Under ground water tank in Southeast. Executive toilet in the West. A 200 litre plastic drum used as garbage bin in Northwest. There were other small faults in other related zones.

RECOMMENDATIONS - Toilet for labour in Northeast demolished and another one built in West of Northwest. Dustbin removed from Northwest and placed in West of Northwest. Dryer in the North treated because dryer is fire and North is water. Hence, Dryer treated. Underground water tank in Southeast closed and new tank made in Northeast. Executive toilet treated. A picture of a ladder placed on the Northwest wall. Red colour enhanced in Southeast.

THE EFFECT - Mr. Sethi has been able to pay back the banks. Two of his old clients have returned to him. His factory is running three shifts. He is planning expansion and has bought an industrial property. The new factory's construction begins somewhere in October this year.

CASE STUDY   10

Mr. S N Sharma’s family was classic example of a joint family. Mr. Sharma was very successful exporter and wholesale merchant. He had inherited the wholesale business from his father whose name carried a lot of respect in their town. The family enjoyed such reputation that even if an envelope carried 'Satya Kutir' written on it, it would be delivered at his home.

Mr. Sharma was blessed with six sons. Every son was as humble and had good nature as him. As it is in most joint families that the eldest son gets to head business and his word is followed without question by one and all.

With the marriage of all of Mr. Sharma’s children, the space in Satya Kutir grew smaller. As a result, they bought a large property and constructed two buildings in it. Both looked identical from outside as well as inside. Each building had 3 floors which had been constructed absolutely identical. The construction of the boundary walls was done in a way it looked like one property.

Mr. Sharma grew irritable and emotionally fragile in the two years of staying in this house. He started keeping to himself in the house. No more morning walks and no more meeting with friends over a cup of tea in the evenings. All this was happening because he was seeing his well knit family build cracks in relationships. This concerned one of Mr. Sharma's childhood friends who also happened to be my client. I was called for a visit.

CLIENT'S BRIEF - RELATIONSHIPS FALLING APART IN THE FAMILY.

AUDIT REPORT - Excess of red colour used in the front elevation of the two buildings of the East facing house. Part space in the Northeast had store room. Puja kept in a room in East of Southeast. Kitchen cabinets in the Kitchen in Southeast had blue coloured laminates. Working platform in the kitchen made of black granite. Landing of each floor between 80 and 95 degrees. This space gives monetary benefits from influential people, aggressive behaviour and short temperament. Toilet seats on all floors in the Southwest. Elemental dis-balance.

Recommendations- Colour of the front elevation changed to green. Inside off white colour used on all floors. Colour of the laminates in the kitchen changed to red. Baroda green was laid on the kitchen slab. Store room shifted to east of Southeast and the Puja was placed in the Northeast space. Green cloth put on top of the refrigerators in the kitchen. A red bulb was lit in the kitchen. It is important to mention here that the meals were cooked in one kitchen on the ground floor where Mr. Sharma was staying with the eldest son and all of them had their meals together. Kitchens on the floors were used as pantry to prepare tea / coffee etc. Toilet seats in the Southwest were treated with the directional colour and metal. Space causing aggressive behaviour and short temperament were treated with the colour strips.

THE EFFECT- I have been declared as his 7th Son by Mr. S N Sharma. There is absolutely nothing done by the family without consulting me. Case Study 11 Rihana...

This is the story of Rihana, about how her life got into a terrible mess after shifting into a

Page 12: 202175889 vastu-case-study

new house. Rihana ran a boutique and was very very successful. She served the creme da la creme of Delhi. Her husband Sameer; a consultant was also doing very well and was at the peak of his career. They were both very successful and life offered them every single luxury one could ask for. They were considered to be the best family in their friend circle.I got a call from Rihana one day asking me to meet her at the boutique. She seemed into deep depression. Dark circles under her eyes and she seemed to have lost a lot of weight from what I had seen of her last. Just as she saw me she started sobbing like a baby. "Pawan, he is cheating on me. He has someone else in his life". Since, Sameer had to travel a great deal due to the nature of his profession he had built up interests outside his home.Rihana told me that she had started feeling their relationship started getting wobbly just after six months of their shifting into their new house. I expressed my desire to take a look at the house. So we waited for Sameer to travel out of town since Sameer was a complete non believer. The drawings of the house were made and I visited her house.

CLIENT'S BRIEF - HUSBAND INTO AN ILLICIT RELATIONSHIP.AUDIT REPORT- My Audit indicated that the entrance gate of the house was between 117 and 130 degrees. This indicates commitment failure and insensitive behavior. Toilet seat in Southwest but that bathroom was not used as the Puja was placed in the Southwest room. The bed in the Master bedroom was placed in the West of Northwest. East of Northeast of the house was excessively big. Northeast indicated elemental imbalance due to red used excessively in the bar placed there. Recommendations- Space cutting in East of Northeast with the help of colour strip. Bar shifted in East of North East. Puja placed in the Northeast area . Statue of Gautam Buddha be placed in Northeast with a blue spot light on top of the statue. The Bathroom in the Southwest treated. The Southwest room was converted into the Master bedroom. A pair of love birds was placed in the Southwest for attracting harmony between the couple. A large happy picture of both was placed on the Southwestern wall. A red bulb was lit in the Southeast . The entrance door was treated with colour strip and was closed for daily use. The door from the study cum home office which lay between 150 and 165 degrees was opened for regular use.

THE EFFECT- Sameer accepted his mistake and withdrew from his extra marital relationship. Rihana and Sameer have been blessed with twins; a boy and a girl. They are both happy and the bonding is even stronger than before

CASE STUDY   12

LEAVE ME ALONE!!!!! Yes, this is how Jahanvi; an extremely bright child would shout back at her mother on being constantly nagged for her studies. Jahanvi had been performing very well in her studies till class 11 and figured among the top students in her class. However, her performance dipped badly in her Senior Secondary pre- board exams.A good friend whom I value a great deal in my life had been teaching Jahanvi. On seeing Jahanvi’s results in her pre board exams grew concerned and expressed his desire to the parents for my visit. The drawings of the house were prepared. I studied them thoroughly and visited them on the delegated day for the meeting. As it is a part of my practice I demand the client to write down a note on the problems they are facing and their desired results from Vastu

Page 13: 202175889 vastu-case-study

Audit. I interviewed Jahanvi and her mother separately and made my notes. Jahanvi’s mother listed out 10 points which incorporated her concerns. 9 out of the 10 indicated relationship problem between the parents. This alarmed me a bit in the beginning but did not take me long to understand the root cause of Janhavi’s non performance. Let me take you through the case study now…

CLIENT’S BRIEF – DAUGHTER NOT PAYING ENOUGH ATTENTION, REQUIRED FOR SENIOR SECONDARY EXAMINATIONS.

AUDIT REPORT- Separate interviews with the mother and daughter indicated the nagging was more of a venting process. It was more of a relationship problem than anything else. The CAUSE was constant quarrels between the husband and wife. And the SYMPTOM was venting of that anger on the child. The Audit demanded a special focus in the Southwest (relationship), Northeast( clarity of mind), West of Southwest ( for education). Bedrooms of the child and the parents.

A bathroom was there in the Southwest. To add to the trouble a washing machine and a dustbin placed next to the washing machine were also placed in that bathroom. To further add to the trouble brooms, mops, empty buckets and a large drum to store daily garbage were placed in the verandah in the Southwest area. Bed of the parents was in the South of Southwest (disposal area). The child’s bedroom fell in the East of Northeast and her bed fell in the Eastern division. Her study table was in the East of Northeast (the biggest area as per sq.ft coverage). The table had a white marble top. There was a large painting on the wall behind the head position of the bed which had blue colour dominant in it. The painting depicted playfulness. Northeast of the house fell in the drawing room area and had lot of red colour . In the west of Southwest area there was a television hung on the wall. And most of the space in this area fell in the verandah.

RECOMMENDATIONS- The toilet in the Southwest was treated. The washing machine was placed over a white acrylic sheet. Bed of the parents shifted to the southern division of the space. A golden vase placed in the South of Southwest. Bedroom of the child shifted to the West of Southwest with her study table placed in that room. More strength provided to West of Southwest with yellow colour stripping. A picture of Goddess Saraswati was placed on the study table. For retention a pen stand was placed on the study table. Red colour was removed from the Northeast and more of blue was introduced. Light blue colour was increased in the puja area in the Northeast. THE EFFECT- The ‘DOG FIGHT’ between parents stopped. Jahanvi secured 87 plus percent in her Senior Secondary Exams. While I am writing this story Jahanvi has got an admission in one of the most reputed Law Colleges of India and her parents are enjoying a holiday in the United States. What more can anyone ask from Vastu ???

NOTE- THIS CASE STUDY IS VERY SPECIAL FROM THE POINT OF UNDERSTANDING CAUSE AND SYMPTOM. THE CAUSE WAS RELATIONSHIP PROBLEM BETWEEN THE PARENTS AND THE SYMPTOM SHOWED ON THE CHILD. WE MUST ALWAYS KEEP OUR MIND OPEN TO CATCH THE REAL PROBLEM. BEST VASTU SOLUTIONS COME FROM GOOD

UNDERSTANDING OF THE PROBLEM. SO PRACTICE HARD TO DEEPLY UNDERSTAND THE PROBLEM BECAUSE THE REAL SOLUTION LIES WITHIN THE PROBLEM.

CASE STUDY   13

Rajesh and Anu had a 5 years strong relationship before they decided to get married. Parents of both accepted and approved their relationship and the wedding ceremony was an elaborate and full of fun event. The wedding pictures showed the happy emotions and excitement of all who were a part of the event, including the Bride and the Groom. Just 5 months to the marriage they approached me for an astrological reading and spoke their mind that they were planning to go for a divorce. The marriage was just not working out. After reading their charts , I discovered that there were no indications of a divorce in either charts. I offered them for a Vastu Audit of their residence.

Client Brief - Relationship problem.

Audit Report- A discussion separately with both indicated that they were both working and were at good positions in their places of work. Both sensible persons but would quarrel over silly and meaningless issues.

The Audit indicated that their bed was in the East of Southeast space and a large picture of both hung on the wall behind the head position with a beautiful red frame. Their wedding album was placed in the side table of the bedroom. Mandir placed in the room in North of Northwest ( space of Rati according to Vastupurush mandal).

Recommendations- Since the bedroom was the biggest room in the flat they were reluctant to shift out of it, hence, the bed was shifted to the East. Mandir was shifted to the Northeast space in the flat. The couple's happy picture was fixed on the Southwest wall of the flat. Picture of Radha Krishna hung on the North of Northwest wall.

The Effect - They lived happily after that. Currently, they are in Canada and are expecting their first child in September

CASE STUDY   14

MYTH - Girl Child of a marriageable age must be made to sleep in the Northwest for timely marriage.

Client's Brief - Daughter nearing 27 and proper match not found.

Responsible Space- Primarily the responsible space for delay in marriages is Southwest, however, there could be involvement of other spaces which you shall discover as you read on.

Audit Report- While discussing the issue individually with the Mother, Father and the girl herself, I discovered that offers did come for marriage, however, they were rejected in one context or another. I concentrated on the spaces in the Northeast, East of Northeast, Southeast and Southwest.

Page 15: 202175889 vastu-case-study

In Northeast there was a presence of red colour in curtains. East of Southeast was over extended as per the square feet area tabulation. Minor colour disbalances observed in the Southwest and Southeast.

Recommendations- Red curtains be replaced with blue coulured curtains in the Northeast and the focus be on increasing blue colour in the area. Excess area in the East of Southeast be cut off. Red bulb to be lit in the Southeast. A pair of love birds be placed in the Southwest.

The Effect- This case study was done by me in February this year. Roka ceremony has been performed in May and the marriage takes place during Shardiya Navratras this year. CASE STUDY   15

CASE STUDY 16

This case study is about a 25 years old marriage full of torment a woman had to face to keep her marriage intact. It was probably her upbringing that was to blame for her to go through such a life.

Ritika is a daughter of a gentleman who has had a very successful career. Her father was treated as a father figure in his organisation. He took care for every single person of the 1500 strong work force in the organisation as his own family. He was called the 'Iron Man' in the organisation. Tough at work. But equally soft when it came to looking after the employees.

Ritika is her father's only child and was brought up like a princess. Not only at home but she was a darling of every single person in her dad's company.

Ritika was married to Jatin around 27 years back. They were blessed with two children; a boy and a girl. She brought them up well, but, it was more of a single handed affair as Jatin was always busy making money.

Ritika's dad got Jatin a product dealership in Ghaziabad which brought him good amount of money. As more and more money came in Jatin found out ways to spend it too. He got into certain activities outside his home and also indulged into heavy drinking and

Page 17: 202175889 vastu-case-study

gambling.

The daily drinking and questionable activities started affecting the peace at home in a big way and Ritika did not know how to deal with this problem. This led Ritika into severe depression. She started losing confidence completely.

Life went on like this for years and years. I bumped into Ritika at a Feng-Shui shop in Khan Market and instantly recognized her as her dad was one of my clients during my advertising days. We had a cup of coffee together in the market and she shared her problems with me. Ritika was in a state where she could have just done anything. Boy grown up and into doing his own thing in life. Daughter studying in a boarding school. With no one to talk to and share her feelings this situation was leaving a heavy effects on her.

I decided to do hypnotherapy sessions with her to first calm her down . We did around 8 to 10 sessions and I was seeing hope in Ritika's eyes. More probably due to the fact there was someone to talk to, someone to vent her frustration out. After she settled down a bit we decided to take a look at her house for Vastu corrections. The drawings were made and I visited their house.

CLIENT'S BRIEF -

MAJOR RELATIONSHIP PROBLEMS WITH HUSBAND. COMPLETE LOSS OF CONFIDENCE.

AUDIT REPORT-

Property was on a corner plot. Two entrances to the property. East entrance ( as suggested by a wise friend) between 110 degrees and 122 degrees. Another entrance in South between 155 and 163 degrees ( entrance closed as advised by the friend). Main entrance into the house between 62 and 73 degrees.

Husband sleeping in a bedroom in East of Northeast. Ritika had her bed placed in West of Northwest in a bedroom which was part West of Northwest and Northwest. Puja in the Southwest room which was small in size compared to rest of the bedrooms. Guest room part in South of Southeast and South. Large picture of Shri Krishna and Arjun on the chariot ( battlefield scene). Gas burner in East of Southeast space in the kitchen.

RECOMMENDATIONS-

Ritika was shifted into the bedroom in South. Her bed was shifted into the South of Southeast space. The bed in Northwest which was converted into guest room was shifted into the Northwestern area. Puja room shifted in the Northeast after construction of a little cubicle made out of fibre glass sheets in the balcony. Red bulb lit in the kitchen in Southeast. Gas burner shifted in Southeastern part in the kitchen. Picture of Shri Krishna and Arjun donated to a temple. The so called Eastern entrance to the property was treated with copper strip to block 'insensitive behaviour'. The Southern entrance was opened for regular use. All the above changes were carried out after taking Ritika's son into confidence .

THE EFFECT-

Ritika is settling down well and meditates thrice a day. She has begun meeting her old

Page 18: 202175889 vastu-case-study

friends and she seems to be gaining her confidence back.

What is most satisfying is that her husband took her out for dinner after almost 25 years on her birthday on the 12th of this month

CASE STUDY 17

Sanjeev Aggarwal is a motor part manufacturer. He had a unit in Noida. His products were appreciated a great deal in the market. He always had orders beyond his capacity. The constant hammering by Sanjeev's customers forced him and alongside encouraged him to go for expansion.

There was space available in the adjacent property which also belonged to Sanjeev where he was not doing much and the place was used to stock raw material, hence, he made a passage into this property to utilize it better for expansion.. Half the machines were shifted there with packaging. New machines were added in the unit to double the production. Money wass taken from relatives and friends on interest for expansion purpose.

One month and the demands slowed down. Second month the clients stopped calling for stocks. Complaints started coming on product quality. To top it all governmental issues started arising. Excise and Sales Tax department got after him. This surprised our friend a great deal as none of this had been witnessed by him ever. Pawan Sharma was approached for help on the recommendations of a friend. Drawings were made and I went for the audit.

Green was removed and white was introduced to enhance energies of the Northern spaces. Wall separating the ground floor of the administrative building from the hall was broken to include the space into the hall for storage purposes.

Property B - Main entrance treated with colour to block the negative effect. Toilet in the Southeast on the boundary wall demolished and the floor was leveled to avoid water accumulation. The entrance in the hall for loading finished goods was colour treated and an entrance was opened from the front to enter straight into the hall from the front gate.
