Charges: Participation of persons for fraud according to the arrested warrant of Pattaya Court No. จ. 26/2553

Scene of crime: January 09, 2010. Royal Gardens Hotel Pattaya, Tambon Nongprue, Banglamung District, Chonburi Province.

Alleged Offender: Michael CHARVOLIN, age 56 years old, French Citizen

Circumstances : For investigation of the officers, the offices found that a foreigner who fraud the assets of the other persons, therefore coordinate with the inquired officers for asking the arrested warrant. Later on, the inquired officers informed that a French person was already wanted by arrested warrant of Pattaya Court in charge of Fraud. On January 9, 2010 the police officer found Mr. Michael at Tennis Court in Royal Garden Hotel, therefore the officers showed the arrested warrant and Mr. Michael accepted that he was the same person in the arrested warrant and was never arrested, therefore the officers inform about the charge and took him to the inquired officer at Pattaya Police Station for proceeding with the case.
