After enjoying our lunch paired with aspecial selection of Sperling wines we willhave the opportunity to tour some of thevineyards and winery and have a tutoredtasting of the elegantly crafted wines AnnSperling is known for.

215pmOur afternoon will be spent with theexceptional Riesling, Pinot Noir and Sparklingwines of Tantalus. This will be a fantasticopportunity to taste through the portfolio andvisit the oldest continually producingvineyard in British Columbia.


Wine BC will welcome our group for adinner celebrating a leading producer ofthe Okanagan Valley. Locale tobe determined, we will have theopportunity to enjoy a speciallyprepared dinner, taste through anumber of wines with a winery principleand discuss the Alberta market.

With a focus on science and researchCulmina is a viticultural leader in theOkanagan Valley. We are lucky enoughto have an educational tasting andviticulture seminar. Culmina alsoproduced the first Gruner Veltliner in theOkanagan and we will have anopportunity to explore this excitingaddition to the region.

Before returning to the hotel to freshen up fordinner we will visit one of the original 8pioneering wineries of the Okanagan Valley Ceder Creek Estate Vineyard. We will visitthe Kelowna vineyards, one of the oldestsites in the Valley and taste a range of CedarCreek Wines.

We will join John Skinner, proprietor ofPainted Rock for a tasting and discussion ofthe geography of the Skaha Bench and howthat translates to the acclaimed wines ofPainted Rock. With lunch onsite we will have anopportunity to meet with the wineries of theOkanagan Falls Winery Association andhave a walk around tasting with them.
