緣起 PROJECT E.T 的使命就是把對軟體開發有興趣卻沒有機會繼續深造的的⾼中畢業⽣培訓成合格的軟體編程員，希望通過這個平台造就更多的軟體開發員以應付職場的需求，同時提⾼他們的基本收⼊，改變他們的⼈⽣。它是⼀個結合課堂教學和實習的學習課程。我們希望通過這個計劃的學⽣可以，•  提⾼他們的思考能⼒和正⾯思考•  ⾃我探索和開發⾃⾝的潛能和創意•  參與軟體開發，並有能⼒開發⾃⼰網絡或⾏動軟體•  提⾼他們的邏輯思考和分析能⼒•  提⾼他們的表達能⼒•  提⾼他們對社會問題的敏感度

問題的所在和解決的方法

科技領域目前遇到的問題

•  軟體工程師的需求日益增加 •  好的軟體工程師大都被大企業聘用，而且薪資很高，不是一般科

技初創或非盈利組織可以請得起 •  即使大企業，也面對人才短缺的問題

•  在供給的一方 •  一般本地大專畢業的軟體工程師無法達到企業的技術和其他基本

技能（如表達能力，邏輯思考等）的需求 •  很多修讀軟體或電腦科技有關課程的畢業生選擇不從事軟體開發

的工作，因為很多人以為編程很沈悶，學習的過程很耗腦力，反

而有一些修讀與軟體開發無關的課程的學生喜歡編程卻無門向這

方面發展

解決方法我麼的方法 •  提供一個密集和專注的培訓課程給高中畢業生，把他們訓練成有素

養素質的軟體開發專才

•  由資深的軟體工程師和企業領袖參與科技教學，並配合心靈和心理

方面的輔導，和生活技能的培訓。有些課程可以由我們的教育夥伴

提供，如社會企業的部份可以由 myHarapan 提供。

•  課程包括三個月的職場訓練，和六個月的外包(outsourcing) 以增加

自己在這個領域的信心和視野。畢業後，我們會幫他們物色新的雇

主，或鼓勵他們創業，當我們的夥伴

•  學習期間學生會參與不同項目的開發，包括先進科技如iOT，大數據

等等，也有機會和非盈利組織一起探索現今社會和世界的問題並參

與改變的行動。

成效的評估

我們目前暫定的關鍵成效指數 KPI •  個人收入的提高－從一個高中畢業生的直接進入職場的新鮮人的月薪

（約馬幣 1千到2千之間），提高到軟體開發員的市場薪金（2千以上） •  畢業生在一年以內可以以軟體開發員的資格被聘用 •  學生的人數

第1 年: In house* – 8 個學生第2 年: In house – 18 個學生第3 年: In house – 30 個學生

好玩的元素 •  參與客戶的項目開發，如果在項目擬定的時間表完成並有盈利的話，可

以分一杯羹 •  每個學生將給予徽章以獎勵付出過的努力的和成就，包括編程的能力，

以代替一般的畢業證書 •  設計好玩的軟體以突破學生對軟體編程的概念

Mizu Ad - Water fountain Advertising Board that display patterns and words based on image submitted by user online. The software translate the image into binary code that control the water valve with time. - By interns from TAR college with the help from our staffs

The idea was inspired by this water fountain in Japan.
