The word ‚‘‘MAZE“ is used as metaphor for where anyone look for what they want- the organisation they work in, or the family or community they live in.

Mice poses simple brain and good instincts, whereas the little people complex brains filled with many beliefs and emotions.
1. SNIFF- He is a little mouse who sniffes out changes early.
2. SCURRY- He is a little mouse who adapt himself according to the changes and acts accordingly.
3. HEM- He is a little person who denies and resist change as he fears it will lead to something worse.
4. HAW- He is a little person who learns to adapt in time when sees changing can lead to something better.
