Problem• Behavior change programs don’t make the WANT greater than the

activity.

Solution

Build something SIMPLE that allows for HIGH MOTIVATION: a fun game that focuses on incremental changes to behavior.• 1) Focus on walking only.

• Walking is a gateway drug o healthy living.

• 2) Encourage incremental changes.• 50 more steps is a success.• Goal: “I only have 100 more steps to get the next treat.”

• 3) Make it social.• Collection Games (Pokeman)• Pets (Nintendogs)• Encouragement - differentiator

Validation

• Built a visual prototype via PPT• What could it look like?• Can we even code the game using the accelerometer function?

• Coded our MVP

• Responses• “I need that!” ; “I can already see myself going around my neighborhood

trying to collect the pets.”• “This would be great for kids.”• “It looks like a kids game.”

Milestones

1. Artwork1. need to know what the style of art will be appealing to ur demographic for collecting

2. Animation1. Create a mock up for animation

3. Coding1. Access coding needs

1. Profile creation2. Early testing (TestFlightApp)

4. Market1. Understand triggers (behavior change mechanisms)2. Go to market strategy
