ü  Cosmic Farm is a small scale restaurant with a focus primarily on serving highly healthy vegan organic super natural food at a affordable price.

ü  Cosmic vegan food consumers major concern is food safety, healthy and nutrition, climate change and animal welfare.

ü  Cosmic Farm will certified by BMEL(The Federal Ministry of Food, Agricultural and Consumer Protection German)

ü  Serve shows that approximately 10% of Germany population is vegetarian and and half of these are vegans.

What is our strategy? !

•  In every business there are two types of strategies that are the lowest cost(cost leadership) strategy and differentiate(Uniqueness) strategy.

ü  So, as we know that our product is unique as we purify it with the help of Cosmic energy but we have to maintain that the cost of our product(food) should be affordable (not that much high) because if we want our self at the top level in our segment, so we will have to adopt these two strategies and we should be high standard in these thing.

ü  We are going to open our first restaurant in Munich so, first and foremost thing is that we will have to have good location because good location attracts good market.

•  No “alcohol” will serve by Cosmic Farm but we will have to serve a large variety of non-alcoholic beverages(like juices, tea, coffee, beer and wine) which is worth to try in Deutschland cultural.

Our Location Strategy: !It is the quit simple, “the best Location to be is as close to our biggest competitor as we can” because by being in close proximity to our competitors, we can benefit from their marketing efforts and it is the best way to attract the customers at new site. Of course we need a winning our Cosmic Farm’s product, too, but how will anyone know about that product unless we get them through the door? So acc. to our location strategy we have to figure out our biggest competitor in this segment and then we will introduce our first Cosmic Farm near to that place as near as possible. Note: Be take care of that “First impression is the last impression”. So, no compromise with a location and quality. !! !

Take care of what? !ü  Is the facility located in an area zoned for our type of business? ü  Is the facility large enough for our business? Does it offer workroom

space as we need? ü  Does it meet our layout requirements? ü  Does the building needs some repair? ü  Are the lease terms and rent favorable? ü  If we choose a location that’s relatively remote from our customer

base, will we be able to afford the higher advertising expenses? ü  Are there any competitors located close to the facility? If so, can we

compete with them successfully? ü  Is there any parking space and public transportation? ü  If our business expands in the future, will the facility be able to

accommodate its growth? !

Entry  strategy? •  We are going to open our first Cosmic Farm restaurant branch

in Munich city center. •  We will have to entre in this market before September’16. •  Because Vegan Oktoberfest is always in between last week of

Sept. to first week of October and it is a traditional Oktoberfest celebration featuring great vegan food and beer! The 2015 event is already over but stay tuned for updates on 2016 Vegan Oktoberfest!. So, that we can take an advantage of October fest(mostly stoles have VEGAN theme in this fest), by advertising of our restaurant.

•  And we have to find out that how we can enter in this fest with our Cosmic Farm restaurant, because it’s a world largest beer fest so, it not that much easy to put our stole of our restaurant in this fest.
