E Business refers to a broader definition of EC(e-commerce) descibes the process of buying, selling, transferring, or exchanging products, services, and/or information via computer networks , including the internet . It refers to a broader definition of EC, not just the buying and selling of goods and services, but also servicing customers, collaborating with business partners, conducting electronic transactions within an organisation .e-Business allows companies to link their internal and external processes more efficientlyAnd effectively, and work more closely with suppliers and partners to bettr satisfy the needs and expectations of their customers , leading to improvements in overall business performance.
