How to arrange a trip?1. 確認日期 / 區間2. 長榮 or 華航 網頁訂票通常最便宜3. 抓票 (USA Local 機票通常是以 Priceline.com, 搭配 southwest.com) 並看看
附近可選擇的機場4. 租車5. 手機 ? (T-Mobile 便宜 , AT&T or Verizon 網路品質較好 )6. GPS 帶著以防萬一 ( 防止 4G coverage 不足 )7. 確認列出主要景點 . 並先以 Google Map 預估車程8. 排出每日行程 . 細一點的餐廳 , 使用 Yelp 排出 .9. 想去的地方太多時 可以善用 Youtube 看看節目內容為何 .Example:

你需要準備的 :1. 一台 Wireless Router or NAS ( 可以連上 VPN 的裝置 | VPN Client)2. Media Players ( 串流撥放影片 or 音樂 )3. 註冊一個 VPN 帳號 . Or 跟美國的朋友講好 連到他家4. 選擇註冊那些美國的內容服務 (e.g. Netflix)
How-to:1. 把 VPN 帳號設定到裝置上2. 把 VPN 裝置 (Router or NAS) 裝在你的家用網路內3. 讓 Media Players 透過 VPN client 裝置跳上 VPN 網路 .

備註 : 第二台 router 除了接在原有 Gateway 的 LAN port 之外 .
另一種接法 : 由於台灣特殊的網路環境 , 支援 multiple PPPoE. 您也可以把 PPPoE 帳號設定 , 直接放到第二台 . 然後把router 接到你的 ADSL 數據機上 , 前方 ADSL modem 需要跑Bridge mode.

備註 : 此種接法 . Player 都需要手動設定固定 IP. (1) Default Gateway address 指向 NAS 的 IP. DNS 需要手動放入 . (e.g. 8.8.8.8)可以看後頁的 Example.

我補充一下 :1. VPN Service Provider 很多 . 平均成本大概 $5/month 以內 .
• 搜尋一下就很多選擇 . 我 demo 用的是 http://www.purrevpn.com • 至於我設定的是採用 PPTP VPN (簡單設定 , 但加密安全性不若 OpenVPN 高 .• 若同學們要花錢下去前 , 擔心花錯錢 , 有需要有個帳號先測試一下的話 , 可以聯絡我一下 . 我看我怎麼幫你…
2. Netflix 為例子 . $7.99 可以同時有 2 個帳號觀賞 , $11.99 可以有 4 個 . • 如果您真的沒有美國信用卡 , 可以跟我討論看怎麼幫你…
3. 其他你要解決的 , 就是怎麼有一台 Player, 一開始就是把它設定成美國的帳號 .4. 今天另外有提到的 Content Service. (1) Sling TV, (2) HBO ( 需要 cable 帳號開通 )… 有需要
