Program Details
About Lose 2 Win
•Eight week, team and incentive-based weight loss challenge•The winner is the team with the largest percentage of weight loss!•Teams will be lead by L&T SERVICE Leader captains•Team captains will hold weekly events, including:
• Weigh-ins• Workouts• Homework assignments
•Are you underweight? This program is not for you.
Initial weigh-ins: Friday, March 21st
8 Week Program: Monday, March 24th –
Friday, May 16th
Your captain will provide invitations to all weigh-ins and workouts for the whole program from Day 1. If you have conflicts, please
communicate with your captain.
Important Dates
• Captains will provide the platform, you must do the work! • Healthy and safe weight loss is 1-2 pounds a week.• Take advantage of the classes offered and utilize the knowledge and
support of your captain!• If you miss a weigh-in, you should make it up. Previous participants
who weighed in the most, had the most success.• If the team workouts do not fit well with your schedule, speak to your
captain about other opportunities.
Expectations
Why are these necessary?
•We want you to be successful! Previous participants who completed homework lost the most weight!•Assignments are the same each week:
1. Physical Activity Log• How many calories are you burning?• What type of exercise, duration, intensity?
2. Nutrition Log• How many calories are you eating?• What foods, serving size of foods?
•Send your captain proof that you are tracking:•Scan, email, fax or deliver in person•Assignments are due every Friday throughout the program and MUST be submitted before your weigh in.
• Week 1 assignment is due Friday, March 28th. You will not be able to submit all 8 weeks at the end of the program in order to receive credit.
