Expanding market orientation of the Government for foreign investment , real estate sector rose to second position, accounting for 16 % of total FDI inflows into Vietnam.In the first 9 months of 2014, the real estate industry reached 1224.6 million, accounting for 10.9 % of all new registered capital of USD 11,182.6 million , 30 % higher than the 2013.In 2014, many banks offer preferential credit package for real estate in both the supply side and demand .Real estate transaction volume doubled compared to 2013.Housing law in 2014 with many new features will contribute to increased confidence in the future of the real estate market promising to create conditions to attract investment from the savings of the people .Amendments of housing law , the National Assembly adopted on 25th November, 2014 with effect from 1st July, 2015, extend the conditions for leasing for individuals who are overseas Vietnam in addition, organizations and individuals abroad .

Sources in Hanoi• In quarter 3/2014, Hanoi has 7 new

projects in operation, provide 1,655 apartments, which total supply in the primary market in the first quarter 9673 reached the apartment, increased 20.6 % compared to last quarter before .

• Medium apartment : accounting for 55.4 % of total primary supply of Hanoi.

• The amount of high and low apartments: accounting for 13.4 % respectively and 31.2 % .

• In 2015 and 2016, Hanoi is expected about 41,000 apartments offered from 48 projects

has added 3,372 apartments from 10 projects , an increase of 29.1 % over the previous quarter .

By the end of 2014, Da Nang has 71 investment projects in the field of tourism, with a total investment of US $ 8180.9 million, of which 15 foreign investment projects with a total investment of 1668.5 million (35,039 billion) and 56 domestic investment projects totaling US $ 6512.4 million (136,760 billion).

The real estate market in Danang are " warm " up. Trading signals appears more optimistic, citing tourism real estate projects of Vinacapital Ocean Village has sold 110 villas.

In the second quarter/2014, absorption rate increased 32.1 % compared with the previous quarter . The number of projects have traded as Hyatt Regency , Azura , Fusions Suites , Ocean Apartment , Da Nang and La Paz Lakeside Tower.

As of early 2014 , nearly 200 investors registered with approximately 100 investment projects

Currently, Phu Quoc has 2.839 rooms , but high levels of rooms is limited, just under 1,000 rooms

As of 11th June 2014, Khanh Hoa province welcomed more than 3.3 million visitors, including 770,000 international tourists arrivals, an increase of 6 % over the same period.In the first 3 quarters of 2014, international arrivals reached 606 thousand, up 25.8 % over the same period of 2013.
