myHRSuite integrates with most biometric devices. Our system reads data from these devices and displays it in our employee self service system so that employees can ensure that this data is accurate. Employees are alerted if no swipes have been found during a 24 hour period. Employees can request that missed swipes be inserted into the system.Such requests & approvals are logged for audit purposes.

HR or Managers can assign shifts or shift patterns to employees and have access to a team summary screen which shows you which of your team members are available at work. Alerts are sent out when shifts are assigned or modified. Late and early rules, Shift allowances, etc are automatically applied to payroll after attendance has been created from biometric data.

myHRSuite’s Appraisal system is a 360 degree appraisal tool which allows you to launch appraisals to the appraises co workers, subordinates & managers.

Customised question sets & forms can be created which can be sent to different sets of employees.

Employee KRAs can be created by managers & employees and can be rated by the employees & managers.

Final ratings can be viewed by a reviewer who can recommend and increment. The HR team can either accept or modify this recommendation and transfer the increment to salary.
