About Central Test

Headquartered in Paris, Central Test is a French-based organisation founded by Patrick Leguide thatoffers a wide range of tailor-made psychometric assessments that cater to clients’ needs. It set sail in2002 with just four employees to support the launch of the organisation’s first personality test, theProfessional Profile. Central Test is one of the few providers to design and develop assessments alongwith customized training programs that cater to clients’ needs.

Conceptualisation:

This assessment is based on the 'Big Five' theory of personality, pioneered in a popular study in the year 1963
