我要向山舉目 ( 詩121:1)我的幫助從何而來 我的幫助從造天地的耶和華而來I look up to the hills.

Where does my help come from?  

My help comes from the Lord.

He is the Maker of heaven and earth.

詩二十三篇 The Lord’s my Shepherd

耶和華是我的牧者我必不致缺乏

祂使我躺臥在青草地上 領我在可安歇的水邊

The Lord’s my Shepherd, I’ll not want;

He makes me down to lie In pastures green;

He leadeth me the quiet waters by.

祂使我的靈魂甦醒 為自己的名引導我走義路我雖然行過死蔭的幽谷

也不怕遭害 因為祢與我同在My soul He doth restore again,

  And me to walk doth makeWithin the paths of righteousness,

  E’en for His own name’s sake.

Yea, though I walk in death’s dark vale,  Yet will I fear no ill;

祢的杖 祢的竿 都安慰我 在我敵人面前 祢為我擺設筵席

For Thou art with me, and Thy rod  And staff me comfort still

My table Thou hast furnished  In presence of my foes

祢用油膏了我的頭使我的福杯滿溢

我一生一世必有恩惠慈愛隨著我我且要住在耶和華的殿中

直到永遠My head Thou dost with oil anoint,

  And my cup overflows.

Goodness and mercy all my life  Shall surely follow me,

And in God’s house forevermore  My dwelling-place shall be.

獻得贖的整個人All my being’s ransomed powers

獻我意念以及動作All my thoughts and words and doings

獻我光陰 獻一生All my days and all my hours

主禱文我們在天上的父Our Father in Heaven,

願人都尊祢的名為聖Hallowed be Your name

願祢的國降臨Your Kingdom come

願祢的旨意行在地上 如同行在天上Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven

我們日用的飲食 今日賜給我們Give us today our daily bread

免我們的債 Forgive our debts

如同我們免了人的債As we also have forgiven our debtors

不叫我們遇見試探And lead us not into temptation

救我們脫離兇惡 But deliver us from the evil one

因為國度 權柄 榮耀全是祢的直到永遠阿們For the Kingdom

The power

And the glory are Yours
