The farmhouse is set in the heart of the

countryside on a privately owned wine estate.

The location is completely secluded and

accessed via a private country road.

EXTERIOR

Masseria Amaranto is an old farmhouse built in

the late sixteenth century. With fenced garden,

swimming pool and large lounging areas, the

villa is surrounded by 200 hectares of olive

groves and vineyards.

INTERIOR

Beautifully designed and retaining plenty of

rustic charm, Villa Amaranto is a delightful mix

of contemporary furnishings and the original

architecture of an ancient Masseria.

The grand entrance on the first floor opens into

an elegant living area with a spectacular

sweeping staircase leading to a stunning

outside terrace.

Downstairs two corridors lead you to 5 large

en-suite bedrooms, with 1 large bedroom

able to accommodate an additional single

bed or cot for a child.

All bedrooms feature traditional wrought iron

beds and include flat screen satellite TV’s,

and tea and coffee facilities. All rooms are

fitted with air conditioning and free Wi-Fi

throughout.

The opulent dining room offers an 8-seated

dining table with French doors leading

outside to the garden and swimming pool.

The dining room is perfect for large family

meals or dining with friends.

The nearby kitchen complete with breakfast

table is fully fitted with a fridge freezer,

dishwasher and washing machine.

The villa itself consists of 5 large en-suite

bedrooms all elegantly furnished and

fitted with satellite TVs and tea and coffee

facilities.

A smartly furnished living room with

conformable sofas is located at the bottom of

the staircase and leads to a beautiful 8-seated

dining room, perfect for family meals or formal

dining with friends.

The swimming pool is situated on one side of

the farmhouse and is beautifully decked with

several sun loungers. Shady pergolas nearby

provide the perfect respite and shade from

the hot sun and overlook the 200-acre vineyard estate.
