Present illness 2 yr PTA

ขณะก้�วลงจ�ก MC พล�ดล้ม หวัเข�่ขว�กระแทกพื้น มี ปวดหวัเข�่ขว�เล็กน้อย เดินได้ปกติ ไมไ่ด้ไปรบัก�รรกัษ�ท่ีใด

1 yr PTA เริม่มอี�ก�รปวดหวัเข�่ขว� ไมร่�้วไปที่ใด จะปวดม�กเวล�

เดิน มเีสยีงกรอบแกรบเวล�เหยยีด งอ ในตอนเช�้หลังตื่น นอนมอี�ก�รหวัเข�่ขว� ฝืด ติด ประม�ณ 15 น�ที ไมม่ไีข้ จงึ

ไปพบแพทย์ ได้ย�ท�นแก้ปวด และย�ฉีดเข�้หวัเข�่ 2 ครัง้ 3 month PTA

adventitious sound both lung Abdomen : soft, not tender, normoactive

Rt knee : - antalgic gait, lateral thrust gait- genu varus deformity- mild swlling - no scar- no piont of tenderness- no quadripcep atrophy- crepitus : positive- flexion / extension 100 / 20- varus / valgus stress test : negative- gliding : negative- grinding : negative- ballotment : negative - ant / post drawer : negative
