2.1 S phng thc bo v trm 110Kv Ph Bi.2.1.1 H thng iu khin:

- iu khin cc my ct ng/ct pha 110kV v 22kV bng cc kho iu khin t ti cc bng iu khin, bo v tr ca cc my ct bng cc n tn hiu v v tr tay kho.

- o lng in p cc pha pha 110kV, 22kV. o dng in, cng sut tc dng, cng sut phn khng ca cc phn t.

- iu chnh in p u ra ca my bin p lc bng kho iu khin

- iu chnh h thng qut mt ca cc my bin p lc bng kho iu khin.

- Cc b bo ng bng m thanh v tn hiu n khi xut hin s c v h thng bo v Rle t ng lm vic.

2.2. S nguyn l cc loi Rle s bo v cho trm bin p 110kV Ph Bi:

2.2.1. Bo v My bin p T1:

2.2.1.1. Bo v So lch 7UT612: y l rle bo v chnh cho my bin p T1

Bo v so lch 87T:

Bo v so lch c hm lm nhim v bo v chnh cho my bin p, loi tr cc s c ngn mch mt pha hay nhiu pha my bin p. thc hin chc nng ny, Rle 7UT612 ly tn hiu u vo l dng in th cp ca cc TI sau:

+ TI pha 110kV MBA T1 t s 300/1A, v tr TI 131.

+ TI pha 22kV MBA T1 t s 1000/1A, v tr my ct TI ca MC 431.

Khi c s c ngn mch bn trong my bin p T1 rle 7UT612 vi chc nng bo v so lch s tc ng a tn hiu i ct cc my ct 131, 431.

Bo v qu dng, qu dng chm t: F50/51, 50/51N

Khi c s c qu dng trong phm vi bo v, bo v s khi ng v i ct cc MC 131 v 431. y l bo v qu dng d phng.

Bo v qu ti: F49

Khi xut hin qu ti chc nng ny s khi ng i bo tn hiu.

2.2.1.2. Bo v qu dng pha 110kV MBAT1: 7SJ641

Bo v qu dng c hng: F67/67N

y l chc nng bo v chng cc dng s c pha 110kV, ngun dng a vo rle ly t TI chn s MBA pha 110kV t s 200/1A, ngun p a vo rle ly t TU TCC11. Khi c s c trong vng bo v (hng t TCC11 v pha MBAT1) th rle ny s tc ng i ct MC 131 v 431.

Bo v qu dng, qu dng chm t: F50/51, 50/51N

Khi c s c qu dng trong phm vi bo v, bo v s khi ng v i ct cc MC 131 v 431.

Bo v km p, qu p: F27/59

Khi in p pha 110kV thp hn gi tr ci t trong rle th chc nng km p s tc ng bo tn hiu.

Khi in p pha 110kV ln hn gi tr ci t trong rle th chc nng qu p s tc ng ct cc MC 131 v 431.

Bo v chng h hng my ct: F50BF

Khi c s c trong phm vi bo v, v mt l do no m MC khng ct c s c th chc nng ny s khi ng a tn hiu i ct cc MC k cn n.

2.2.1.3. Bo v qu dng pha 22kV MBAT1: 7SJ621

Bo v qu dng, qu dng chm t: F50/51, 50/51N

Khi c s c qu dng trong phm vi bo v, bo v s khi ng v i ct MC 431.

Bo v chng h hng my ct: F50BF

Khi c s c trong phm vi bo v, v mt l do no m MC khng ct c s c th chc nng ny s khi ng a tn hiu i ct cc MC k cn n.

2.2.2. Bo v My bin p T2:

2.2.2.1. Bo v So lch 7UT513: y l rle bo v chnh cho my bin p T2

Bo v so lch 87T:

Bo v so lch c hm lm nhim v bo v chnh cho my bin p, loi tr cc s c ngn mch mt pha hay nhiu pha my bin p. thc hin chc nng ny, Rle 7UT513 ly tn hiu u vo l dng in th cp ca cc TI sau:

+ TI pha 110kV MBA T2 t s 200/1A, v tr chn s MBAT2.

+ TI pha 110kV MBA T2 t s 200/1A, v tr chn s trung tn MBAT2.

+ TI pha 22kV MBA T2 t s 1000/1A, v tr my ct TI ca MC 432.

Khi c s c ngn mch bn trong my bin p T2 rle 7UT513 vi chc nng bo v so lch s tc ng a tn hiu i ct cc my ct 132, 432.

Bo v chm t c gii hn cun dy 110kV: REF

Khi cun dy pha 110kV chm t th chc nng ny s khi ng ct cc MC 132 v 432.

Bo v qu ti: F49

Khi xut hin qu ti chc nng ny s khi ng i bo tn hiu.

2.2.2.2. Bo v qu dng pha 110kV MBAT2: 7SJ610

Bo v qu dng, qu dng chm t: F50/51, 50/51N

Ngun dng in c ly t TI chn s MBAT2 vi t s 200/1A

Khi c s c qu dng trong phm vi bo v, bo v s khi ng v i ct cc MC 132 v 432.

Bo v chng h hng my ct: F50BF

Khi c s c trong phm vi bo v, v mt l do no m MC khng ct c s c th chc nng ny s khi ng a tn hiu i ct cc MC k cn n.

2.2.2.3. Bo v qu dng pha 22kV MBAT2: Micom P123

Bo v qu dng, qu dng chm t: F50/51, 50/51N

Khi c s c qu dng trong phm vi bo v, bo v s khi ng v i ct MC 432.

Bo v chng h hng my ct: F50BF

Khi c s c trong phm vi bo v, v mt l do no m MC khng ct c s c th chc nng ny s khi ng a tn hiu i ct cc MC k cn n.

2.2.3. Bo v xut tuyn 110kV

2.2.3.1. Bo v khong cch: 7SA522

Ngun dng in ly t TI 171 hoc TI 172 vi t s 600/1A

Ngun p ly t TU C11 hoc TU C12 vi t s 110/3/0,11/3 kV

Ngun p ly t TU 171 hoc TU 172 (pha B) vi t s 110/3/0,11/3 kV

Bo v khong cch: F21/21N

Khi c s c trong vng bo v: Bo v khong cch s khi ng i ct MC 171 hoc 172

Bo v qu dng chm t c hng: F67N

Khi c s c trong vng bo v: Bo v qu dng chm t c hng s khi ng i ct MC 171 hoc MC 172.

Bo v qu dng: F50/51

Khi c s c trong vng bo v: Bo v qu dng s khi ng i ct MC 171 hoc MC 172.

Kim tra ha ng b: F25

y l chc nng kim tra cc iu kin ha trc khi ng MC 171 hoc 172. Nu cc iu kin ha khng tha mn th rle s khng cho php ng MC

T ng ng lp li: F79

Sau khi ct MC chc nng ny s t ng khi ng ng li MC, ngi s dng c th t s ln ng li v kha nu s c vn tn ti sau ln ng li cui cng

2.2.3.2. Bo v qu dng c hng: 7SJ622

Ngun dng in ly t TI 171 hoc TI 172 vi t s 600/1A

Ngun p ly t TU C11 hoc TU C12 vi t s 110/3/0,11/3 kV

Bo v qu dng, qu dng chm t c hng: F67/67N

Khi c s c trong vng bo v: Bo v qu dng c hng ny s khi ng i ct MC 171 hoc MC 172.

Bo v qu dng, qu dng chm t: F50/51, 50/51N

Khi c s c qu dng trong phm vi bo v, bo v s khi ng v i ct MC 171 hoc MC 172.

Bo v chng h hng my ct: F50BF

Khi c s c trong phm vi bo v, v mt l do no m MC khng ct c s c th chc nng ny s khi ng a tn hiu i ct cc MC k cn n.

2.2.3.3. Bo v km p, qu p: 7RW600

Khi in p pha 110kV thp hn gi tr ci t trong rle th chc nng km p s tc ng bo tn hiu.

Khi in p pha 110kV ln hn gi tr ci t trong rle th chc nng qu p s tc ng ct cc MC 171 hoc MC 172.

2.2.4. Bo v xut tuyn 22kV

2.2.4.1. Xut tuyn thuc TCC41:

Bo v qu dng: 7SJ621

Bo v qu dng, qu dng chm t: F50/51, F50/51N

Khi c s c qu dng trong phm vi bo v, bo v s khi ng v i ct MC xut tuyn .

Bo v chng h hng My ct: F50BF

Khi c s c trong phm vi bo v, v mt l do no m MC khng ct c s c th chc nng ny s khi ng a tn hiu i ct cc MC k cn n.

T ng ng lp li: F79

Sau khi ct MC chc nng ny s t ng khi ng ng li MC, ngi s dng c th t s ln ng li v kha nu s c vn tn ti sau ln ng li cui cng

Bo v qu dng th t nghch: F46

Khi trn ng dy xut hin dng th t nghch (t pha, khng cn bng pha) th chc nng ny s tc ng a tn hiu i ct MC xut tuyn .

2.2.4.2. Xut tuyn thuc TCC42:

Bo v qu dng: Sepam 1000

Tng t nh bo v xut tuyn ca TC C41.

2.2.5. Bo v ni b MBAT1&T2

Bo v rle hi (96B)

Rle c p dng cho cc my bin p c cng sut trung bnh v ln, c t trn ng lin thng gia thng du chnh v bnh du ph ca my bin p.

Nguyn l lm vic ca rle l da trn tc hnh thnh kh khi xut hin s c bn trong thng du.

Cu to ca rle: gm c 2 phao

Mt phao trn (phao 1) c hnh cu rng, nh c th t nng h theo mc du, trong phao c cha mt tip im thy ngn c ni ra hp ni dy ti mt trn rle. Khi c s c nh, lng kh sinh ra t, tch t ln trn y phao 1 chm xung lm ng tip im thy ngn. Tip im ny c ni vo mch in bo tn hiu s c ca my bin p T1(T2).

Mt phao di (phao 2) c cu to tng t nh phao 1, khi xy ra s c nng, lng kh bc ra mnh y cnh chn quay, lm phao 2 chm xung, ng tip im thy ngn, truyn tn hiu i ct my ct 131(132), 431(432). Bo v rle dng du b OLTC (96P)

y l rle bo v hi b iu p di ti my bin p, dng kim sot v bo v my bin p khi c s c bn trong b iu p di ti.

Hot ng 1 cp: Bo ng bng tn hiu n, ci v tc ng ct my ct 131(132), 431(432) tch my bin p T1(T2) ra khi li.

Bo v nhit du (26Q)

y l rle bo v nhit du my bin p tng cao, gm cc tip im thng ng, thng m lp trn mt nhit k c kim ch th nhit . Nhit k gm c c cu ch th quay ghi s o, mt b phn cm bin nhit, mt ng mao dn ni b phn cm bin nhit vi c cu ch th. Bn trong ng mao dn l cht lng (dung dch hu c) c nn li. S co gin ca cht lng thay i theo nhit m b phn cm bin nhit nhn c, s tc ng c cu ch th v cc tip im. Cc tip im s i trng thi "m" thnh "ng", "ng" thnh "m" khi nhit cao hn tr s t trc.

Hot ng 2 cp:

+ Cp 1 : Khi nhit du MBA 90oC: Bo ng bng tn hiu n, ci.

+ Cp 2: Khi nhit du MBA 115oC: Bo tn hiu v tc ng ct my ct 131(132), 431(432).

Bo v nhit cun dy (26W)

y l rle nhit cun dy, c lp t trn my bin p. Dng kim sot v bo v my bin p khi nhit cun dy tng cao do s c hoc cc nh hng bt thng bn trong my bin p.

Hot ng 2 cp:

+ Cp 1: Nhit cun dy MBA 105oC: Bo ng bng tn hiu n, ci.

+ Cp 2: Nhit cun dy MBA 140oC: Bo ng bng tn hiu n, ci v tc ng ct my ct 131(132), 431(432).

Bo v mc du (71Q-1)

y l rle bo v mc du thng du chnh my bin p gim thp. Rle gm c 2 b tip im lp bn trong thit b ch th mc du.

+ Cp 1: Bo ng bng tn hiu n, ci.

+ Cp2 : Bo ng bng n, ci v tc ng ct my ct 131(132), 431(432).

Bo v mc du (71Q-2)

y l rle bo v mc du b iu p di ti gim thp.

Hot ng 2 cp:

+ Cp 1: Bo ng bng tn hiu n, ci.

+ Cp 2: Bo ng bng n, ci v tc ng ct my ct 131(132), 431(432). Bo v rle t bin p sut (63)

y l rle bo v p sut du bn trong my bin p tng cao t bin. Khi c s c bn trong my bin p lm p sut du bn trong my bin p tng cao t bin, r le tc ng ct my ct 131(132), 431(432).

Bo v van an ton (63S)

y l rle bo v p sut du bn trong my bin p tng cao. Khi c s c bn trong my bin p, thit b an ton p sut lp trn np thng du chnh s m rt nhanh thot kh du t thng du chnh ra mi trng bn ngoi. Trong thit b an ton p sut c gn rle p sut.

Hot ng: Khi c s c rle s bo ng bng tn hiu n, ci v tc ng ct my ct 131(132), 431(432).Sau y ta tin hnh nghin cu rle 7UT513 l loi bo v so lch c dng trong Trm bin p Ph Bi.
