1)Gasifier was successful in feeding coal and ignition on December 31,
2013, with the first running period more than 60 days
气化炉2013年12月31日一次投煤点火成功,首次运行超过60天
2)Single gasifier continuous operation lasted more than 218 days,
multiple gasifiers co-production can meet “stability and often
excellent” requirement. 单台气化炉连续运行超过218天,多台联产满足“安稳长满优”的需要;
3) Less water consumption, low steam to oxygen ratio, high steam
decomposition rate, less phenolic wastewater.
耗水少、汽氧比低、蒸汽分解率高,产生含酚废水较少的优势;
4)multiple successful cold standby start-up without emptying the
gasifier.

6)During gasification, economic advantages of pyrolytic by-products such
as methane, naphtha, middle oil, tar and crude phenol can be obtained
with higher added value which put the effective utilization of coal into true.

For Solution 1: it can increase the tar/oil yield to 55-70%
percent to some extent.
方法1: 能够一定程度上提高到煤含油量的55-70%;
For Solution 2: change the gas distribution, maintain the high
throughput of processed solid material and can reach higher
process thermal efficiency with tar/oil yield up to 80%.
方法2: 改变气流分布,维持固体物料的处理能力,可以达到更高的热效率,焦油/油产率高达80%。
