2014年6月毕业于广东外语外贸大学,毕业之后她没有直

接工作,而是选择去巴西MES EVENTOS公司(拉美电

动车博览会主办方)参与海外实习,通过与巴中工商总

会、贸促会、中巴中心的合作,她帮助更多中国公司前往

南美销售自己的产品,她说:“我希望越来越多中国制造

的绿色电动产品可以把握住南美市场先机,而我自己愿意

成为桥梁,中国走出去其实并不光是政府的事,而需要每

一个90后的切实行动”。

俄罗斯总统国民经济和公共管理学院大四学生,当老师问

她毕业论文写什么的时候,她说她想写中俄经济合作,

2014年9月,她来到中国,通过AIESEC在北京富力万丽

酒店担任对外关系实习生,她说 “每天的工作让我接触到

不同领域的客户,在扩大酒店国际销售业绩的同时,我也

通过和他们的交流感受不同的商业思维,了解到不同行业

在中国的发展,之后应该会做中俄贸易领域相关的创业,

因为我看到了它未来的潜力。我越来越觉得,只有看的世

界更大,才会拥有更多机会”。

Juniee is a sophomore in Thang Long University in Vietnam.

She joined in the Dare to Dream project where she taught

cultural lessons to left-behind children in Wuhan in the

summer of 2014. Before Juniee left her country, her

mother was quite worried about her safety, but Juniee

found that China was totally different from what she had

imagined after she arrived. She said, “there is no barrier

between us anymore, and the world is becoming smaller.

I’ve learned to face difficulties sturdily and confidently, and

realized the value of everybody. I've also learned to be

proud of the colors of our skin, hair and eyes, and

meanwhile, respect the differences.” “I used to think that I

wouldn’t fall in love with China, but now I just missed this

country so much,” she wrote on the postcard sent to the

national head office of AIESEC in Mainland of China.

Luin Liang graduated from Guangdong University of Foreign Studies in June 2014. She didn’t go for career directly after

graduation; instead, she left for Brazil MES Eventos Company (the sponsor of Latin America Electric Vehicle Expo) for an

internship. She helped many Chinese companies sell their products to South America through the co-operation with CCIBC,

CBCDE and CTC. “I hope that more and more green electric products that are made in China can grasp the market opportuni-

ties in South America, and I’d love to be the bridge connecting them,” said Liang, "actually, embracing the world is not only a

responsibility of government, but also a call for actions to all the post-90s.”

Olesya is a senior student from Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration. When her

teacher asked what her graduation paper was about, she chose to write about the Sino-Russian Economic Cooperation. In

September 2014, she came to China, and worked in Renaissance Hotel, Beijing Capital as an intern with the help of AIESEC.

She said, “my daily work helped me get in touch with customers from different industries. While I’m expanding the interna-

tional sales of our hotel, I’m experiencing different business intelligence through our communications while knowing the

development of different industries in China. Afterwards I may be doing the Sino-Russian trade business, because I’ve

realized its potential in the future. I’m really coming to the thought that the more you know about the world, the more oppor-

tunities you can get.”

越南唐龙大学大二学生,2014年夏天她

来到武汉参与“幸福微梦想”项目,去到农村为留守儿童

教授文化课程,在出发之前她的母亲看到新闻非常担心她

的安全,而在到达之后她发现中国和想象中完全不一样,

她说:“人与人之间隔阂不再,世界的另一角也不再遥不

可及。我学会了坚强和自信面对,去了解每个人所拥有的

价值,去为自己的国家,自己皮肤、头发、眼睛的颜色骄

傲,去尊重所有的差异”。她在给AIESEC中国大陆区总

会办公室寄的明信片上写到:“曾经以为,自己不会喜欢

上中国。但是现在,如此想念”。

JUNIEE

浙江大学大二历史系学生,2014年7月他

去到埃及参与教育类海外志愿者项目,他的学生是一群因

为埃及战乱失去父母的小孩子,本来以为只是一次跨国支

教,但是和这群孩子的相处让他对战争与和平有更多的思

考,他说“尽管我们口口声声谴责战争,但是却越来越流

于表面,从来没有如此深入的了解到战争的创伤”。如今

的他继续留在AIESEC帮助更多的浙大学生走出国门,他

说“改变世界不能只是说说,而是需要你真的走出去看看

世界到底怎样”。

Irvin Tian, a sophomore majoring in History in Zhejiang

University, went to Egypt for an Education Traineeship in

July, 2014. His students were children who lost their

parents in wars. At the beginning, he thought it was only an

international voluntary teaching activity; however, getting

along with those children made him think about more

about war and peace. Tian mentioned that “although we

condemn wars repeatedly, we seldom put our words into

practice. We never understand the traumas that wars have

caused.” Now he is helping more students in Zhejiang

University to go abroad through AIESEC. “You can’t change

the world only by your words. You do need to take actions

and see what the world truly looks like”, said Tian.

上海交通大学传播学大四学生,AIESEC上交分会2014

届主席,去年夏天她放弃了知名快消公司的实习,独自闯

荡坦桑尼亚开拓当地企业市场,为中国大学生寻找更多海

外实习机会,通过市场分析、建立商会合作以及培训当地

AIESEC成员销售能力,去年前往坦桑参与海外实习的大

学生数量同期增加300%。她说,“大千的世界,激荡的

时代,闯荡不再是一张双程机票和一次交换体验,而是脚

踏实地地去摸清一个陌生市场的脉络,为更多年轻人创造

更多机会。”

Sasa Tao, a senior student majoring in Communication Studies in Shanghai Jiao Tong University, was the President of AIESEC

in SJTU Local Committee of 2014. Last summer, she gave up the chance to be a trainee in a well-known FMCG company and

explored the local market alone in Tanzania, seeking for more Global Internship opportunities for Chinese college students.

Through marketing analysis, establishing partnerships with chambers of commerce and training local AIESECers on sales

skills, she witnessed the number of overseas trainees coming to Tanzania triple in 2014. She said, "adventure is not a round

trip tickets or an exchange program, but getting familiar with a new market step by step and creating more opportunities for

young people in this colorful world at a young age."

This year, 212 Chinese young people took internships

overseas in 80 enterprises from 20 countries, making

great efforts to the multilateral trade among China and

the rest of the world.

这一年,212名中国年轻人前往20个国家共计80

家企业参与海外实习,推动中国与世界的多边商

业合作。

This year, 3,000 Chinese young people went abroad to

take part in the voluntary programs, having left their

footprints in 62 countries and territories, and devoted

themselves to advocating global civic awareness and

promoting the development of public welfare.

这一年,3000名中国年轻人奔赴海外参与海外志

愿者项目,足迹遍布62个国家和地区,以己之

力,倡导世界公民意识,推动当地公益发展。

This year, all the experiences were created by 3,721

AIESECers who were selected from more than 25,000

applicants. They experienced different opportunities

from our global platform to develop their entrepreneuri-

al leadership potential in cooperating with different

teams in voluntary and business practices.

这一年,所有跨文化交流体验由3721名AIESEC

成员一起创造,他们从超过25000名申请者中脱

颖而出,在全球化学习平台中尝试多种发展机

会,在团队经历中提升领导力,在公益与商业实

践中培养企业家精神。

This year, we held 3 National Leadership Summits, 12

Regional Conferences, 3 Cross-Strait Youth Forums, 20

Youth to Business Forums, 6 National Youth to Society

Forums, 3 National Career Development Forums and 1

Chindia Summit. The total number of participants of all

the conferences this year added up to 15,000.

这一年,我们举办了3场全国性领导力峰会,12场

区域性会议,3场海峡两岸青年论坛,20场青年商

业论坛,6场全国青年社会论坛,3场全国职业发

展论坛,并历史性的举办了一场中印青年领袖峰

会,全年会议活动参与人数达到15000人次。

This year, we received RMB1.3 million financial support

from our national partners as well as the sponsors

around the country. Thanks to the cooperation with the

enterprise partners, we managed to expand our brand

influence of AIESEC in Mainland of China through CSR

projects and Youth Development projects.

这一年,我们收到了全国合作伙伴及赞助企业130

万人民币的资金支持,并协同企业合作伙伴通过

CSR项目和青年发展项目将AIESEC的影响力在

中国大陆区持续扩大。

This year, 1,155 overseas young people came to China,

engaging themselves in social voluntary work in over 30

cities and influencing more than 50,000 local residents

from various communities.

这一年,1155名海外年轻人来到中国,在超过30

个城市运营社会公益项目,影响了来自当地不同

社区的逾50000名居民。

而这五个故事,是2014-2015年AIESEC中国大陆区的缩影

business internships, making positive influence on the

process of globalization for 200 Chinese companies.

这一年,357名海外年轻人来到中国参与商业实

examples where AIESEC could be benefited by

connecting more with the business community

and thus creating new ways to introduce its global

internship programs to senior corporate execu-

tives, as well as learning opportunities for AIESEC

members.

As for linking AIESEC MoC to the alumni network,

it still remains as an area for improvement though

we have had some good cases. Mr. Fredy Gilabert

(alumnus from AIESEC Peru from 1965 and a core

member for Peru’s alumni association) and Mr.

Terence Tan (alumnus from AIESEC Singapore and

NCP 1991) are two senior alumni who we invited

to join us at BoA meetings and I believe both my

fellow BoA members and MC team cherish the

experience and time we spent together with

them. Another milestone I should probably

mention here would be the fact that we started

the “tradition” of recruiting a former MC team

member to the BoA – Lisa Gao (MCP 13-14) in the

beginning of the term, and she is subsequently

replaced by Angela Wang (VPF 13-14) given Lisa’s

overseas job assignments. This is a significant step

to help ensure continuity for the MC and AIESEC

MoC as a whole.

Regarding BoA’s plan in the coming year, there

are three priority areas I would like to help drive

with other BoA members and the incoming MC

Team. First, we will continue to monitor the

implementation of the newly adopted financial

model and make sure it truly improves LCs’

sustainability. Besides, personally I would like to

work closely with Eric (MCP 14-15) and Lily (MCP

15-16) especially to set up the “Board of Honor-

ary Advisors”, which consists of a small number of

high-profile alumni and elite external figures who

will advise AIESEC MoC on long-term develop-

ment issues, e.g. legality. Last but not the least, we

will continue to work with MC to re-connect with

the alumni residing in China hopefully, and

eventually we will be able to establish a formal

alumni association for AIESEC in MoC.

4. Providing mentorship and coaching to MC

bers;

In more specifics, I would like to elaborate on

number 2 and 3 particularly. In the past term, we

saw AIESEC globally moving more to “digital” and

striving to strengthen its relevancy to the youth.

In Mainland of China, the BoA introduced AIESEC

to the Young People Matters, or YPM. YPM’s aim

is to help connect company executives to the

young people and therefore it is such an ideal

platform to illustrate AIESEC’s power and create

more impact on the business world as it is an

industry consortium initiated by RenRen compa-

ny and a dozen other organizations who have

demonstrated their commitment to the youth or

are passionate about learning and working with

the youth. That opens the door for AIESEC to

access to most of the YPM member companies,

e.g. Ren Ren and EE-Media, or better known as

Tian Yu, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Hunan TV.

Secondly, AIESEC was also introduced to the

Great Wall Club (GWC), who organizes the

renowned Global Mobile Internet Conference

(GMIC) every year, as well as a networking

platform for VP-level and C-suite executives in

the digital industry. These are two concrete

We envision, a generation of globally competitive leaders

positively impact tomorrow's China.

In the previous year, we saw China playing a leading role

in APEC, Chinese companies creating their global impact

(like Alibaba and Huawei), Prime Minister Li Keqiang

visiting start-ups in Beijing and global entrepreneurs

coming to explore Chinese market (like LinkedIn, Uber

and Airbnb). AIESEC has never been more relevant than

now.

For the 25 million young students in China, to become

globally competitive is a call of our time. It’s not just about

speaking another language, but having the capacity to

succeed in a global team environment.

AIESEC gives me the most intensive outer journey -

working globally, accomplishing seemingly impossible

goals, leading diverse people, talking to amazing business

leaders in the industry and so much more. In the end, all

the experiences come down to a stronger sense of aware-

ness: my strengths, my values and my patterns.

We are aware of our strengths so we know how we can

best contribute in the team. We are aware of our culture

so we see our unique competency in a global business.

That is how AIESEC makes me grow and this happens to

the other 10,000 young students in China every year who

go through an AIESEC experience.

Looking back at the previous year, we are grateful to work

with all the leading companies mentioned above and

many more, to be part of the trend and make an impact on

around 10,000 young students in China.

We are also proud to see AIESECers bringing dynamic

culture and business growth to our partners in their

intensive practices.

We are building our entrepreneurial and responsible

leadership to match the growth of China. And we are only

10,000 of the 25,000,000.

No matter who is there reading this report, there is a lot

more we can contribute with you.

市场。我们看到,企业家精神在祖国大地日富新机,第

一代具有国际领导力的中国企业在全球范围初具影响,

而全球领先的企业也在中国的市场热烈发展。

在这样的时代,对于中国两千五百万的大学生而言,培

养国际竞争力不仅仅是一个选项,更是时代赋予的使

命。国际竞争力并非只是会说一门外语,更是无论身处

何种文化语境,都能成功。

AIESEC让我有机会在全球的工作环境中实践,带领多

元的团队实现充满野心的目标,也让我有机会与各行各

业的领袖请教与合作,而这些都让我更加了解自己的优

势,价值观和行为模式。这让我更加懂得如何在国际化

的团队中发挥所长,协作成功。

这是AIESEC培养我的方式,同样的成长发生在每年近

万名AIESECer的身上。

回顾这一年,我们充满感激,能够与上述走进来和走出

去的行业先锋并肩合作,共同培养近万名中国大学生的

国际竞争力,我们也为这近万名年轻人感到自豪,他们

为合作伙伴带来活力与市场增长,与企业共同成长。

我们希望培养更多富有社会责任感和企业家精神的年轻

人,不负时代,不负中国的发展。

In 2002, China joined WTO and from that moment, it opened the Ancient Oriental to the world. In 2002, AIESEC entered

Mainland of China, exploring to build a great platform for youth development. AIESEC is run by youth, for youth and youth.

As young people, we believe through cultural conversations across the world, volunteer practices and global internships, we

can let the world understand China better.

2013年,在组织发展的第十一个年头,我们提出我们的十年愿景-“打造一代具有全球竞争力和社会责任感的青年人

才”。因为在当今社会,国际竞争力已不容中国忽视,而一个强大的中国亦不容世界小觑。我们相信,并不断提醒每一

位AIESEC成员,AIESEC不是一个帮助青年人获得海外经历的中介,而是通过这些海外经历发展青年人领导力,从而

让他们更好的回馈社会。

In 2013, the eleventh year of organizational development, we created AIESEC’s 10-year vision: “we envision,a generation of

globally competitive leaders positively impact tomorrow's China”. Because we have realized in today’s society: global

competition is not something Chinese people can ignore,and a competitive China is not something the world can ignore.

Additionally we believe we must constantly remind our membership that AIESEC is not an agency sending youth abroad.

Instead, through these learning experiences we aim to create a larger impact in the world by providing leaders that are able

to make positive impact in the society.

我们希望这一代青年人既有企业家精神也具社会责任感,出类拔萃更心系国家。更重要的是,作为21世纪的人才,他们

不仅能在中国社会一马当先,更能在世界舞台大显身手。

We aim to develop entrepreneurial and responsible leaders who have the ability, the skill and the desire to solve diverse

challenges in China and in the world. More importantly, given the context of the 21st century, the leaders we develop must

be globally competitive, who are not only highly talented young people in China, but should also excel while working in a

global talent pool.

自2002年起,一共有2264名中国年轻人通过海外实习项目去到80多个国家和地区,为超过1200家企业带去了积极影

响。这群年轻人不仅获得了全球化的个人与职业发展机会,他们更通过异国的实习与生活锻炼跨文化沟通和适应能力,

深入洞察全球化的洪流下企业的生存与发展之道,从零开始与当地市场一同成长。

Since 2002, there are 2,264 Chinese students who participated in the Global Internship Program. They have set foot in more

than 1200 companies, 80 different countries and territories. And by doing so, they improved their global competitiveness.

By working in a culturally diverse team in a completely new environment, they are able to improve their adaptability and

cross-culture communication skills. They could deeply analyze the local economy, drive multilateral cooperation with

Chinese economy and understand global business insight. More importantly, they are experiencing hands on enterpreneuri-

al spirit by starting their practical experience from the scratch.

因为这份独一无二的经历,实习生中许多人直接留在海外工作,归国实习生也受到了国内各大跨国企业青睐,而更有一部

分实习生在看到国际市场中各行各业的巨大潜力,通过自己在实习中获得的知识、经验与人脉开启了自己的创业项目,成

为新一代90后创业者。不论在怎样的岗位中工作,实习生们都继续践行着海外实习赋予他们的精神——企业家精神。

It is also because of this unique experience, some interns chose to stay and work abroad, while others came back to China

and entered their dream companies. A large part of the interns saw the great potential in the international market. They

started their own business with the knowledge, experience and network they gained in the global internship, becoming the

new generation of entrepreneurs. No matter what kind of job they can obtain, these young people continuously hold on to

the spirit they picked up in the global internship, namely entrepreneurship.

这一年,我们聚焦全球经济趋势,当金砖国家、东南亚、非洲等新兴市场成为跨国企业扩张版图第一站,成为跨国贸易

最热门区域,我们重新细分实习项目,致力于发展新兴市场的海外实习项目,我们重新设计海外实习品牌模型,建立全

新的AIESEC海外实习网站,更新AIESEC海外实习在学生群体当中的定位——让中国大学生走进新兴市场,感受时代

趋势,培养企业家精神。

As emerging markets including BRICS countries, South-east Asia, and Africa have become the primary alternatives for

transnational enterprises to extend their domains and the most popular domains for cross-border trades, we repackaged

our internship programs, striving to promote Global Internship Programs of emerging markets. We redesigned brand model

for AIESEC Global Internship Program, built a new website and refreshed the program brand positioning. We have done this

to offer Chinese college students opportunities to access emerging markets and for them to understand the business trends

while developing entrepreneurial and responsible leadership.

旨在通过3-6个月在俄罗斯或印度的海外商务实习项目,帮助青年学生在体验

不同文化的同时,通过自己真实的商务实践,帮助公司拓展中国市场。而随

着近年来印度的快速增长,我们输送中国实习生前往印度的数量正在快速上

升当中。

整个流程,维护中国客户关系,开发新客户。在过程中了解到印度和中国在软

件上合作的发展潜力。体验过印度家庭的生活,爱上印度的多元文化和印度人

的热情;体验过印度工作的氛围,喜欢印度人的敢闯和耐心做事的态度。一个

人闯印度,用实例去证明一个女生在印度也很安全。近年来中印贸易合作正在

Program aims to engage young students to help foreign enterprises expand the market in China through real business

practice while experiencing different culture in a Russian or Indian business internship for three to six months. With the

rapid growth in India these years, the number of Chinese interns we send to India is dramatically increasing.

旨在通过为实习生提供非洲金融业、能源业等知名公司实习项目(多为市场

调研类、客户关系管理类、中小企业融资类实习),让实习生在半年到一年

的实习生活中以一个企业家、创业者的角度去感受蓬勃发展的非洲给这个世

界经济格局带来的冲击。

Program aims to let interns feel the impact brought by the prosperous Africa to the world economy from the perspective of

an entrepreneur by providing them with internship programs in finance and energy industry in Africa. Positions ranges from

marketing, customer relationship management and financing for SMEs.

这一年,我们主动出击打通全球产业链,输送AIESEC成员前往印度、印尼、肯尼亚、坦桑尼亚、俄罗斯、土耳其、南

非、美国、墨西哥,直接与海外当地企业洽谈,了解企业需求,推广普及中国大学生的国际竞争力,创造更多跨国实习

机会。

This year, we actively expanded global supply chain for Chinese interns through sending AIESEC members to India, Indone-

sia, Kenya, Tanzania, Russia, Turkey, South Africa, the United States and Mexico for Global Internship Program. These

AIESEC members negotiated with overseas enterprises to identify their talent needs, and promoted globally competitive

leadership of Chinese college students to create more international internship opportunities.

这一年,我们重新设计的以“培养未来国际竞争力人才”为主题的青年商业论坛在北京、上海、大连、武汉等十个城市

举办,我们承办世界青年论坛的金砖四国专场,让大学生与世界有了更深入的对话,启发他们对国际人才、商业趋势、

世界议题的进一步思考,因为我们深知新的时代需要新的求职观念,中国大学生不但需要立足中国,更需要放眼全球。

This year, we successfully hosted Youth to Business Forums, which were redesigned with the theme of “Developing Future

Talents with Globally Competitive Leadership” in ten cities including Beijing, Shanghai, Dalian and Wuhan. We hosted the

BRIC session for World Youth Forum, giving access to college students to have deep dialogues with the world and inspire

them to consider international career, business trend and world issues. We came to understand that we need to renew our

concept of employment with the new era. Chinese college students have to embrace the world, instead of only focusing on

their own country.

化的培训,并运用自己学习到的商业和旅游业知识帮助公司拓展海外市场,

在近三年开放了大量针对中国实习生的机会。

大陆区旅行社的合作,具体包括拓展国内市场,维护现有的客户关系,规划旅

行团的行程,接待来自国内各地的游客,处理旅行团途中出现的问题。 这份工

作让我了解旅游业和酒店服务业的运作方式,接触到国内一线旅行社并和其合

作,有幸在习主席访问斯里兰卡时一睹其真容,切身感受这座千年古国悠久的

Program aims to provide young students with marketing internships in a period from 6 months to 12 months. The local

companies first train the interns, and the intern help the companies expand overseas markets through putting their skill and

knowledge about the tourism industry. Meanwhile, they are given the opportunity to fully experience the charm of tourism.

Among all countries, tourism in Sri Lanka and Indonesia has opened up a huge number of opportunities targeting Chinese

interns in the recent three years.

东南亚旅游与市场类项目MARKETING & TOURISM IN SOUTH EAST ASIA

旨在为高校精英大学毕业生提供前往美国、德国、加拿大、瑞士等国家进行

一年至一年半的商业实习的机会。实习生可以在在发达国家学习先进的商业

模式、行业管理经验,并充分探索西方思维模式,锻炼沟通能力和团队协作

能力。

“我目前的工作主要是跨界电商研究,然后开展针对中国市场的市场营销计

划,提高公司在中国市场的市场份额。这份实习与国内实习不太一样的是,我

会同时负责好几个项目,老板会安排我去接触各个部门的人,让我可以去学习

根据埃森哲和中国企业联合会共同发布的《多极世界,长袖善舞——中国企业的全球化之路》报告,中国企业全球化的

前五大劣势分别是缺乏管理跨地域业务的经验(21%)、缺乏创新和核心技术(19%)、缺乏全球化的管理人才

(18%)、品牌还不为国外消费者所接受(11%),企业文化缺乏全球化的基因(11%)。

According to a report of Accenture, the top five disadvantages of Chinese enterprise globalization are the lack in manage-

ment skills of cross-region business (21%), the lack of innovation and core technology (19%), the lack of global management

talents (18%), foreign consumers' non-acceptance of our brands(11%), and enterprises' lack of globalization gene (11%).

AIESEC海外青年人才引进项目通过帮助在华企业连接全球126个国家和地区的青年人才网络,对接企业的全球化战略。

一方面,海外青年人才可以更好地协助企业开展海外业务,并且同时也提升员工的国际化多元化工作体验;另一方面, 也

把发展和开放的中国展示给来自全球的青年人才,促进不同文化的交流和了解,支持全球青年人的发展。在过去一年,

我们共帮助200家企业招募到357名来自全球40个国家和地区的海外青年人才。

AIESEC Global Talent Outsourcing Program aims to help companies in China connect with global network for young talents

among 126 countries and territories, docking the globalization strategies of enterprises. On one hand, foreign young talents

can assist enterprises to execute overseas business better, and enhance the international diversity of the working environ-

ment. On the other hand, it shows the open mind of Chinese companies to foreign youth talents through promoting exchang-

es and understanding of different cultures. In the past year, we helped over 200 companies to recruit a total number of 357

overseas youth talents from over 40 countries and territories.

的创业公司提供海外青年人才进行短期实习。在2到3个月的工作中,海外青年人才将会参与一个创业团队运营的方方面

面,并提供其对本国的创业洞察。

1.推出全球创业家项目 GLOBAL ENTREPRENEUR PROGRAM

In this entrepreneurial era, with our office located at the heart of Zhongguancun - the center of entrepreneurs, we can feel

the demand of great talents in those start-ups popping out from every corner. The Global Entrepreneur Program is created

for providing short-term talent solution for start-ups. Within a length of 2 to 3 months, young people will engage and learn

from different aspects in an entrepreneurial environment while providing their global insights.

这一年,我们将数字化营销运用到与公司的合作中。首先,我们根据客户习惯重新设计了项目网站,同时进行了移动端

优化,同时,我们对现有的合作伙伴进行了分类,并且设计定制化的营销内容与他们沟通,和他们共同讨论全球化背景

下的人才解决方案。另外,我们开始采用LINKEDIN等新的社交平台去拓展新客户,发掘市场需求。

3.企业数字化营销 DIGITAL ENDEAVOR IN B2B MARKETING

Digitalization should not only be limited to student market, in this year of innovative trials, we chose to implement digital

strategies for our company stakeholders. Challenging our traditional methods of sales, we implemented B2B marketing

strategies to provide customized information to our potential partners. This all started with creating a national wide Global

Internship Program website with centralized information and conversion channels. We also endeavored new channels like

Linkedin.

这一年,我们不止想成为在华企业和海外青年人才之间的桥梁,我们希望为企业提供走向国际化的人才定制解决方案,

从战略层面协助企业的全球化。AIESEC中国大陆区总会推出全国海外青年人才合作伙伴发展方案,在人才分布咨询

上,我们将提供定制化的全球青年人才市场信息,在人才筛选上,我们推出了特别人才招聘渠道,可以联系海外目标高

校进行线下宣传,同时有专门的客户经理跟踪管理,提供人才签证办理支持与信息咨询,在人才管理上,我们将提供专

职的接待团队以及实习生管理和评估系统。

2. 更加专业的国际化人才解决方案 GLOBAL YOUTH SOLUTION

This year, our hope is not only to become the bridge between enterprises in China, but also to provide professional HR

solution for those enterprises that are in the process of globalization. To achieve this, AIESEC Mainland of China has

launched the strategic plan of National Exchange Partner development. In terms of the consultancy of talent distribution, we

will provide customized information of global youth talent market; in terms of talent selection, we will provide a special

channel for talent recruitment, which enable us to contact foreign targeted colleges for offline promotion, and there will also

be an specially appointed customer managers offering supports of visa issues and information consultancy; for talent

management, we will provide special reception team, interns management, and internship evaluation support.

Over 40% of our partners specialize in the hospitality industry, notably with hotel management. The majority are four or

five-star hotels, including Hilton Hotel, Ramada Worldwide, Guangzhou Garden Hotel, Days Inn China and Wyndham Hotel

Group. The professional attitude and fast learning capacity of our global talents have been greatly recognized in contributing

to their enterprise’s vision and ambitions.

The international trading industry has been our focus industry in the recent years, viewing the great potential of China’s

Information Technology

Today, AIESEC in Mainland of China has successful partnerships with Pactera, Alibaba Group ,iSoftstone, Neusoft among

other top-ranking companies within the IT industry. The majority of our talents assist in project management and software

development, with their adaptability and professional knowledge impressing co-workers and company leaders.

自2002年起至今,AIESEC海外志愿者项目为12361名中国年轻人提供了跨越80多个不同国家和地区的志愿者机会。围

绕文化传播、社会企业家精神、健康、环境保护、语言教育等众多社会议题,志愿者们在全球化的团队中拓展国际视

野、实现自我成长、经历深度文化体验,通过亲身努力,实实在在地促进当地社会发展。

Since 2002, AIESEC Global Citizen program has provided volunteer opportunities in over 80 countries and territories for

12,361 Chinese youth. Our volunteers, through projects on social issues like cultural understanding, social entrepreneur-

ship, health, environment and education, have expanded their international horizon, achieved self-growth, and gone through

deep cultural experiences along with their teammates from all over the globe. Their efforts have, without denying, contribut-

ed to the development of the local communities.

更重要的,这些海外志愿者体验不仅是一段经历,更是一个起点。许多志愿者在归国之后,继续积极参与到世界议题在

全球范围内的改进,让这个世界变得更好的同时,也让自己成为更好的人。在过去一年里,我们对18000名申请者进行

面试遴选,送出3000名中国大学生前往62个国家参与海外志愿者项目。

What is more significant is that these global volunteer opportunities are more like starting points than experiences. Many of

the volunteers continued their voluntary work in coping with the social issues after they came back to China. They are

becoming better persons while making the world better. In the past year, from 18,000 applicants, we selected more than

3,000 Chinese college students to 62 countries to take part in Global Citizen Program.

青年人来到中国内地,与内地大学生携手设计社会议题解决方案,以青年之力践行社会责任,为中国公益

产业提供人才支持。

这一年,我们聚焦海外志愿者项目的核心竞争力升级,完善领导力培养系统。我们为每一位志愿者设计个人发展课程,

邀请专业NGO分享公益趋势和项目运营方法,加强世界议题的学习和实践,让志愿者有更多的机会拥有团队经验锻炼自

身领导力。因为我们深知,海外志愿者项目不能只是一次出国的机会,它拥有更多的精神内涵,让每一个大学生在更大

的世界里,发现更好的自己。

In this year, we focused on upgrading the core competence of AIESEC Global Citizen Program, as well as optimizing our

leadership cultivating system. We designed personal development path for every volunteer, invited professional NGO

members to share the trend of public benefit and skills of running project, focused on the learning and practicing of global

issues, and created more opportunities for our volunteers to practice their leadership through team experience. All of these

are because we have developed an unwavering faith that Global Citizen program should not only be a chance to go abroad;

instead, it should carry more spiritual meanings to enable every participant to find a better self in a bigger world.

这一年,全新的世界公民论坛在北京、宁波、武汉等6座城市举办,影响了2000名即将去到全世界创造积极改变的大学

生。两天的论坛涵盖了环保、教育资源不足、艾滋病患者关爱、弱势群体保护等公益热点话题,志愿者通过不同形式探

讨世界范围内的相关议题,设计对应的解决方案,他们还可以倾听归国志愿者和NGO工作人员的公益分享,和志同道合

的伙伴真诚交流成为朋友。

In this year, global citizen conferences have been held in 6 cities, such as Beijing, Ningbo and Wuhan, which involved 2,000

college students going around the world to create positive impacts. These two-day conferences covered issues such as

environmental protection, insufficiency of education resources, caring about AIDS sufferers, protection of the non-privi-

leged, etc. In spite of listening to the sharing of returnees and NGO staff and becoming friends with those who uphold the

same beliefs, the attendants are able to discuss the global issues in many ways as well as to design the solution plans.

这一年,我们以己之力推动整个AIESEC全球的公益发展水平。通过“公益种子计划”(CEED)项目,送出超过20名

优秀的AIESEC成员到俄罗斯、印度尼西亚、埃及、印度、哥伦比亚、斯里兰卡、埃塞俄比亚、突尼斯、肯尼亚、坦桑

尼亚、加纳、毛里求斯等国家,与当地AIESEC全国总会团队探讨如何更好的设计和运营可持续性公益项目,进一步提

升项目质量,促进各个总会之间的公益合作。

In this year, we contributed all our efforts to the development of public benefit of AIESEC globally. Through the CEED

program, we have successfully sent more than 20 outstanding AIESECers to various countries including Russia, Indonesia,

Egypt, India, Colombia, Sri Lanka, Ethiopia, Tunisia, Kenya, Tanzania, Ghana and Mauritius to discuss with the local member-

ship committees about how to design and operate sustainable volunteer projects, improve the quality of the projects and

deepen the voluntary cooperation among membership committees.

教育类

志愿者们通过融入当地教育体系,参与教学活动,从而锻炼专业的教育技能、提高自己的表达与

交流能力。通过此类项目可以让教育机会更加普遍,为当地教育活动增添青年活力。

Education

The volunteers practice their educational skills and improve their expression and communication

skills through integrating into local educational system and taking part in education events. These

projects will make education opportunities more common, while adding fresh liveliness to local

educational events.

我们的海外志愿者项目主要分为五大议题:

“我的项目是在一个残疾人学校工作,上课内容从数学、英语到音乐、美术、折纸、体育;课后时

间则是帮他们准备参加音乐节的节目和各种活动。每天放学之后用蹩脚的西语和建校阿姨聊天的时

候,看着墙上挂满了的奖状和报导,再看看渐渐走远的学生们,总会觉得看起来伟大的事情其实离

自己并不遥远。最后一天下课的时候和每个孩子握手、拥抱,和家长们说再见的时候,我在心里暗

暗下了决心,总有一天自己要回来看看这个学校,看这里的孩子们。他们在出生的时候虽然落后于

常人,但他们每天都在向着正常的生活努力。既然他们都没有放弃,我们又怎么可以?”

文化交流类

志愿者们可以通过做中国的文化大使,展示中国传统文化,探索不同国际文化,通过不同文化之

间的碰撞和沟通,消除人与人之间的文化误解、促进文化交流与传播。

Cultural Understanding

Volunteers have the opportunity to be the Chinese cultural ambassador, showing Chinese tradition-

al culture and exploring various foreign cultures in these projects. Through the exchange and

collision of the culture, cultural prejudices are likely to be eliminated, and cultural understanding

and communication can be promoted.

“我在墨西哥的大学里工作,把中文课以文化沙龙的形式展现在学生面前。我和我的搭档抛弃枯

燥的教材,每天选取一个主题,如美食、旅行等,利用各种网络资源和亲身经历,让学生边感受

纯正的中国文化边学习最地道的中文。而与此同时,在与这些文化背景相异的学生交流时总汇碰

撞出特别的火花,让我们通过不同的文化看到了这个世界的多样性。当我回国时,我发现自己已

经成为了半个墨西哥人,对地球那端的第二故乡更是无尽的牵挂。这让我想起了AIESEC的初

衷:如果这个世界多一些文化交流,是不是就会少一些冲突多一些和平。”

环境保护类

志愿者们可以参与当地环保议题研究,将环保理念变为实践行动,深入了解当地环境现状,为当

地环保议题带来可实施的解决方案,增强公众对于环保议题的关注。

Environment

Volunteers can attend the research on local environmental issues, bring their environmental protec-

tion thoughts into practice, understand the local environment status deeply, and raise public aware-

ness, as well as bring executable plans on local environmental protection issues.

“在巴西的这个暑假,由于需要对学生教授环保知识,一方面整个团队需要做很多环保议题的研

究,另一方面更需要去思考将知识变得更加易懂,所以自己不仅收获了环保领域的知识储备,教

育和沟通技能也有很大的提升,另外,自己感受最深的还有持续不断的文化冲击,比如巴西人在

狂欢之后的懒洋洋个性,比如埃及的男孩不会干活儿是因为文化中的男性主义,秘鲁男生讲义气

但是有时候会很懒惰,俄罗斯女孩工作时候非常负责不能随便开玩笑,这些经历真的让世界在我

的眼里更加立体化,让我明白世界很大不如去闯的深刻道理。”

社会企业运营类

志愿者们可以通过参与当地NGO的市场调查研究、现有商业模式革新、财务及信息系统改革等工

作内容,将专业技能与社会企业未来相连接,帮助当地中小社会企业发展,促进社会公益组织的

价值的最大发挥。

Social Entrepreneurship

Volunteers can link their professional skills to the enterprises’ future through market analysis with

local NGOs, renovation of the existing business model and updating the finance and information

system. These projects aim at helping the local medium and small social companies to develop, and

promoting the value of volunteer organizations in the society.

“我在开罗的现代语言学院做品牌宣传的工作,这是一家致力于英语教育普及的机构,我的工作

包括在线上运用社交网络做市场推广,策划线下宣传活动,以及通过各种方式收集不同阶层市民

的信息,了解当地人对英语学习的需求特点以帮助学院设计课程。通过这份工作我不仅实践了自

己的商科专业知识,还提升了自己的跨文化交流水平。另外,能在埃及这样一个目前教育水平参

差不齐的国家,为英语教育普及出一份力,让更多人认识到学习英语的重要性、有机会系统学习

英语,也是一件非常欣慰的事。”

健康发展类

志愿者可以通过参与当地健康生活方式调查、弱势人群健康咨询、普及疾病预防知识等活动,收获

相关健康知识,学习疏导、宣传等相关技能,从而促进更多当地公众对于的健康生活理念的关注。

Health

Volunteers can take part in surveys to the local lifestyle, health consultance of the disadvantages,

public promotion of healthy lifestyles, etc. Through this activities, volunteers will be equipped with

health-related knowledge, skills of persuasion and promotion, thus to raise local public's concern

about the idea of healthy lifestyle.

“从斯里兰卡回来之后,开始忍不住关心我国的吸毒人员数据,看到报纸上有关明星吸毒的报道

也会下意识地多看几眼,甚至看到某餐厅为了宣传新菜而强调出来的“大”“麻”二字的广告,

都会觉得刺眼,我明白,这一切都是因为我参与了DRUG FREE YOUTH这个项目。在与戒毒所

里的吸毒者接触之后,对他们原来的抵触在不知不觉中转为了同情,与其说是毒品,不如说是无

知和空虚毁掉了他们的生活,与毒品的斗争实则是与人性当中空虚、无知、痛苦的斗争。在经历

了这次项目之后,在禁毒这方面,突然想为自己的社区、城市甚至是国家做更多!”

2015年寒假前往斯里兰卡参与健康发展类项目

2011年,AIESEC中国大陆区推出“AIESEC海外志愿者领跑计划”,鼓励每一个志愿者在国外进行项目的同时,充分利

用在国外项目的时间和资源,开展一些自己感兴趣并且有意义的项目,进一步拓展自己的经历,将自己的想法付诸实践。

In the year of 2011, AIESEC in Mainland of China launched the “AIESEC Global Citizen - Exchange Participants (EP) Leader

Program”, encouraging every volunteer to make the best use of the time and resources abroad, to design and deliver a

brand-new project in the spare time of their original volunteer project, which can help them enrich their experience and have

the opportunity to achieve their own purpose.

2011-2015,领跑计划已经迎来了第五个年头,五年来一共有超过1500名海外志愿者报名参与:他们中有人为非洲贫

民窟建设希望小学还登上了中央电视台,有人调研印度童工议题呼唤更多社会关注,有人研究俄罗斯中等教育体系……

到目前为止,领跑计划共涵盖文化研究、教育调查、社会纪实、NGO运营、特色艺术传播等多个主题。

By 2015, EP Leader Program has come to its fifth year. More than 1,500 volunteers have signed up for this project and

fulfilled their projects: some built schools in African slums, which even brought them to the CCTV; some investigated the

children workers in India to raise more social awareness; some dug into the middle education system in Russia, etc. So far, the

EP Leader Program has covered issues like cultural investigation, education research, social documentary, NGO operation,

promotion of special arts, and so on.

领跑计划对于AIESEC的意义是巨大的,它让我们更加主动去思考如何最大化青年人的价值,鼓励海外志愿者们更主动

的去创造属于自己的AIESEC经历,让自己的青春岁月因为这些热血经历而更加绚烂。

This program is very valuable to AIESEC. It makes us to think actively about how to maximize the value of young talents,

about how to encourage the volunteers to create AIESEC experiences of their own, and about how to make our youth time

more splendid because of these experiences.

学和MAMA AFRICA等学校任教与调研。也希望有更多的志愿者能够帮助当地建

设更多的新学校,让这样一种希望一直传递下去。”

然贫穷,没有土地的他们只能通过在广场为游客做洗礼来赚钱。我希望明年、后

AIESEC国际青年公益项目部成立于2006年,在过去的8年里,超过5000名来自60个国家和地区的海外青年,不远万里

来到中国,与本地大学生志愿者一起携手运营公益项目,同时,他们也成为搭建中国文化走向世界的桥梁。

AIESEC Global Community Development Program was founded in 2006. In the past 8 years, over 5,000 overseas youth from

60 countries and entities came to China, and operated volunteer projects together with local volunteers. By doing so, they

became the bridge connecting Chinese culture and the world.

2014-2015这一年,1150名海外青年与900名中国内地志愿者组成130支公益团队去到30个不同城市,关注社会议题

覆盖社区发展、环保教育、乡村青少年发展、文化传承、特殊人群关爱等多个领域。一方面,这些年轻人通过社会调

查、项目设计、寻求合作、项目执行等一套完整的公益运营流程,培养自己的企业家精神和社会责任感,让自己往未来

公益行业需要的新型人才迈进,另一方面,在产生积极社会影响的同时,让更多海外青年志愿者体验中国文化和了解社

会公益现状,促进创新改变,让世界更懂中国,让中国更懂世界。

这一年,我们积极寻求跨领域合作,希望未来有更多的企业和公益组织和我们一起携手培养未来公益新兴力量:2014年

9月,AIESEC国际青年公益项目部代表AIESEC中国大陆区受邀参与第三届中国慈展会,2015年5月,与安利基金会

就公益创新人才发展计划达成合作,2015年5月,与中国红十字基金会就幸福微梦想项目达成框架性合作。

In this year, we sought interdisciplinary collaboration, in hope that there would be more enterprises and social organizations

that could train new public talents together with us in the future. In September 2014, AIESEC Global Community Develop-

ment Program Department was invited to the third China Charity Fair on behalf of AIESEC Mainland of China. In May 2015,

we cooperated in the Public Innovative Talent Development Plan with Amway Foundation. In the same month, we reached

framework cooperation in Dare To Dream with China Red Cross Foundation.

2014年,两岸议题一度成为媒体焦点,为了推动两岸青年层面的交流,让更多

台湾青年了解大陆的商业环境和经济发展,我们秉承以青年人文和商业探索,筑

两岸文化与理解之桥的理念,与AIESEC台湾总会合作开创两岸青年商业领导力

交流项目。2014年8月至10月,一共有三场两岸青年商业领导力论坛在北京和广

州举办,受邀嘉宾包括台商协会会长叶宏灯先生,通用设计创始人唐峰正先生,

活动行CEO罗子文先生等,并且接受了国台办下属中国台湾网记者的访问。

In the year of 2014, cross-strait issue once became the focus of the media. In order to promote cross-strait youth communi-

cation, and give more Taiwan youth a better understanding of the business environment and economic development in

Mainland of China, we held the idea of building a bridge of cross-strait culture and understanding by exploring culture and

business. From August to October 2014, there were totally 3 cross-strait Youth to Business Leadership Forums held in

Beijing and Guangzhou. We invited some distinguished guests including the President of Taiwan Businessmen Association

Hongdeng Ye, the founder of Tongyong Design Fengzheng Tang, Huodongxing CEO Ziwen Luo, etc. They also accepted an

interview from journalists from China Taiwan Net attached to Taiwan Affairs Office.

这一年,我们分析当前社会议题,鼓励青年人运用自己的洞察与行动成为创变者。

In this year, we analyzed current social issues and encouraged young people to become change makers using their own

insights and actions.

From 2014 to 2015, 1,150 foreign youth and 900 volunteers from Mainland of China formed 130 projects teams covering 30

different cities. The projects focused on social issues including community development, environmental education, rural

youth development, cultural heritage and special care, etc. On one hand, those young people cultivated their entrepreneur-

ship and sense of social responsibility through running a complete public service operation process that includes social

investigation, project designing, seeking cooperation and project execution. As we made a positive social impact, we also

made more overseas young volunteers experience Chinese culture and know about current situation of public service, and

promote creative changes. In this way, we are able to show a real China to the world while letting more Chinese to know

more about the world through the stories of those foreign youths.

绿色力量 GREEN POWER NOW

通过引进国际志愿者经过专业培训成为环保讲师,每年4-6月和11-12月在全国50多所高中开

展低碳环保课程, 通过环保课程培训以及环保特色活动,提升同学们的环保意识,同时举办办中英

文环保议题策划大赛,激发同学们的创新能力,锻炼同学们的团队协作能力、英语综合素质以及

项目运行能力。在过去六年,绿色力量与海梦基金会、GREENNOVATE、自然之友等NGO积

极合作,不断提升我们在中学生环保教育的专业度。

Green Power Now is designed according to a sustainable and smart project business model to make sure its impact will last

from generation to generation. AIESEC raised schools to the project, who received 6-week green project courses while these

high school students are the potential future AIESECers. The international trainees are trained as school facilitators by

national NGO partners for better professional knowledge on sustainability, and they will work as a group to co-create

environmental protection courses to spread out issue based knowledge on sustainability.

今年,我们专注发展四个规模最大,影响最深的全国公益项目:In this year, we focused on the development of the four national public welfare projects with the largest scales and the most profound impact:

幸福微梦想 DARE TO DREAM

“幸福微梦想”是AIESEC中国大陆区规模最大的全国性项目,旨在通过中外志愿者在中国二三

线城市及乡村中小学开展公益冬、夏令营,为乡村的青少年生打开看世界的窗口,鼓励乡村青少

年勇于实现自己的梦想,为中外大学生志愿者提供乡村教育社会实践平台,培养未来的有社会责

任感的人。过去一年,共有53支团队共计840中外大学生一起为超过9000名乡村青少年打开一

个更大的世界。

Founded in 2008, Dare to Dream was initiated to improve the educational resources balance between rural areas and urban

areas, aiming at providing opportunities for teenagers in rural middle schools to know the outer world better and be bold to

chase their dreams, by hosting summer camps and winter camps with young people from all over the world. In 2014-2015,

53 teams hosted Dare to Dream summer camps or winter camps, with more than 840 trainees, impacting more than 9000

rural teenagers.

探索中国 EXPLORE CHINA

旨在通过引进外国志愿者,基于外国文化与中国文化,使不同文化背景的当代青年人认识中国、

了解中国文化。从而将中国文化推向全世界。同时,本项目也希望能够借助海外志愿者的全新视

角在文化传播全球化的浪潮下让本地青年能对自己的文化有全新的认识,唤醒他们对传统文化的

关注、传承、保护欲发展意识。过去一年,探索中国项目共在中国的十个省份开展,与195个文

博类机构合作,接受了78次媒体报道。

Explore China is initiated to make the world understand China better through bridging the west and east. Foreign volunteers

will participate in a series of Chinese culture to have a wider engagement and interaction with local Chinese people. The

long-term vision for the project is to establish a new platform between university students across the world to promote

Chinese intangible culture heritage and raise the awareness of Chinese traditional inheritance. In the past year, we went to

10 more provinces to explore the local Chinese cultures and cooperated with more than 195 cultural institutions. As one of

the most impactful cross-cultural experience project, Explore China gets more than 78 media exposures.

特殊关爱 SPECIAL CARE

主要关注自闭症儿童关爱、听障儿童关爱和其他残障儿童关爱。项目模式主要为与相关机构合

作,引入海外志愿者参与康复课程并举办公众活动扩大社会影响力,让更多人了解这些特殊群体

并影响公众身体力行参与其中。AIESEC希望未来能够通过引入具有相关专业背景的海外志愿者

能够帮助中国的特殊人群关爱机构进行更加科学的管理,优化康复课程,提升机构工作人员的专

业程度;同时能够将社会、企业资源与公益组织机构实现对接,起到桥梁的作用,帮助机构更好

的发展;另外,通过举行大型的社会公众活动,扩大社会影响力,让更多的人关注这类群体和

NGO的发展。

Special care is mainly focusing on helping autism children, hearing impaired children and other physically and mentally

disadvantaged children. By participating in daily works in such institutions, trainees will gain more knowledge about these

special groups, and they are supposed to host public events, such as fund raising or experience sharing activities, to raise

public awareness towards the special groups. Besides, we are also connection CSR resources to the institutions in need. The

long-term vision is that AIESEC could be a bridge between the institutions and social resources, engaging trainees with

“我至今还记得当我第一次向我的团队提出要把印度作为未来的重点合作对象

时,大家脸上的质疑与反对。面对这样的场景,换作以前的我,一定会立刻

“舌战群雄“,说服大部分人然后马上把计划付诸于实施。不过这次,我选择

在不同场合经常与团队分享商界政界越加青睐印度的新闻,选择千里迢迢地邀

请了一位印度AIESEC成员来到外经贸大学来做文化分享。前前后后几个月的

磨合后,不用我的督促,整个团队早已把印度项目做的风生水起。从小学到中

学一路当班长的经历,曾让我以为领导力就意味着权威性的分配任务给他人完

成。而AIESEC完全改变了我的这个观念。它让我明白,领导力不仅只是简单

的通过管理人员把事做好,更是在做事的过程中发展人。在AIESEC的两年

多,我逐渐学会了做一个LEADER,而不只是一个MANAGER。”

“加入市场部全国支持团队之后,我的第一份工作负责海外实习的品牌模型更

新,由于当时给我的时间只有半个月,根本没有办法对所有样本进行充分调

研,通过向专业老师、市场调研公司工作的校友进行咨询,以及对全国所有分

会的校园特点、历史数据进行分析,我决定抽取不同区域的几个代表分会进行

调查,针对分会特点设计专门的调研计划。经过多次在线会议讨论,我和另外

两个团队成员设计制作了问卷模板、提纲模板,调研指南、结果提交模板等材

料发送给不同分会进行校园内的实地调研,从而克服线上工作的困难,获得了

结构一致的数据进行统计分析。调研结果对我们的品牌模型更新有很大的帮

助,我们全年招新报名同比增加了25%。同时,为了更好地理解海外实习产品

本身,我自己也申请了巴基斯坦的一家国际大型电商公司实习的实习机会,完

REGIONAL INDUCTION CONFERENCE 地区迎新大会

地区迎新大会在每学期初(3月或10月),分别在北部、东部、南部各举办一

场。一年下来,累计覆盖了2200余位AIESEC新成员。在迎新大会上,我们邀

请企业家分享其商业经验,邀请成员体验AIESEC文化和团队精神,并与该地区

不同高校的成员互动学习,让成员对AIESEC运作产生基本的认识。

Regional Induction Conferences are held in every March or October. More than 2200 AIESEC new members joined the

induction conference in north, east or south region this year. During the conference, business leaders were invited to share

their experience in business sector. Delegates are also invited to experience AIESEC culture and trained to how to work as a

team and exposed to a network with other members in other local chapters. These conferences gave new AIESEC members

the fundamental understanding of AIESEC.

ACTIVATING LEADERS SUMMIT 自我领导力峰会

Activating Leaders Summit is a conference that only focuses on self-leadership

development in AIESEC. We invited professional trainer Kevin Groen from the

Netherland, and 15 experienced AIESECers from US, Vietnam, China, Germany,

Cambodia as facilitators to design & deliver the whole 3-day conference. 120

delegates explore the concept of self-awareness, personal value, purpose, etc.

Train the Trainer conferences were delivered by more than 15 full-time trainers in

AIESEC every month across China. Throughout the whole year, more than 200

AIESEC members received a 3-day Train the Trainer course with the content of

training design, training delivery, training evaluation and training system building.

From June, 2014 till May, 2015

551 AIESEC members went for Global Citizen Program in AIESEC

22 AIESEC members went for the AIESEC entity operation in countries like Turkey, Tanzania , US, Indonesia.

More than 30 AIESEC local presidents & vice presidents, national operation teams went to CHINDIA Conference, Asia

Pacific Leadership Summit held by AIESEC.

The Member Committee is the national team of AIESEC in Mainland of China that oversees the activities of the entire

organization through supporting Local Committee development and managing global and national strategies.

在确保组织核心和价值、全国组织发展方向与战略发展、人才培养、信息系统管理、财务管理、核心项目运作、组织创新

与品牌管理方面,全国总会起到战略性的职责。

The Member Committee plays a strategic role in guarding the organization essence and values, national direction and strate-

gy development, talent management, information system management, financial management, exchange program manage-

ment, organization structure evolution and brand management.

这一年,我们不忘初心,勇往直前。今日中国企业家精神在各个领域日益生长,第一代产自中国的跨国企业在开创它们的

国际版图,中国从快速增长进入到更高效、可持续增长的新常态,而中国的年轻人也在今天被放在了全球的舞台上。

AIESEC与时代共舞,为年轻人提供高强度的跨文化团队体验。我们作为AIESEC的成员,不断地挑战自己,为更多的

年轻人提供更好的经历,让他们的成长能够赶得上中国与世界的步伐。

We set the theme of the year as "bold with purpose". We witnessed the rise of entrepreneurship in the country across

sectors, the first generation of globally competitive Chinese companies are building their impact around the world, China

entering the phase of new normal where more effective and sustainable growth is taking place and young people, more than

ever, are put into a global environment. AIESEC has never been more relevant than now to develop globally competitive

leaders through our intensive experiences, and what we, as AIESECers, have always been challenging ourselves is whether

we are ambitious enough to impact more young people in China with better experiences.

1. 全线保障项目质量,提升领导力体验

这一年我们继续关注核心项目体验的质量,保障项目标准的实现。我们调整组织架构,在全国总会和各地分会都设置专人

专项统筹项目质量提升与标准监督的工作。在大家的共同努力下,我们所有项目净推荐值均突破48,海外实习生、志愿

者以及本地成员的领导力体验质量大幅提升。

1. Growth in Customer Satisfaction for All Programs

To continue ensuring high quality experiences, this year we focused on implementing minimum standards of our exchange

and leadership programs. We established the structure of local and national quality control board to ensure high-quality

customer experience delivery and firefightings. With the efforts made together with all the local AIESEC members, we are

able to achieve the target of NPS of over 48, which shows a much higher program delivery quality as well as better leadership

development experience for our customers.

2. 拥抱数字时代

今年我们首次在全国总会设立了数字营销部门,执行了一系列的全国范围的数字营销策略。我们重新设计了官方网站,导

入和管理流量,深化了微信营销,为组织绩效的增长给予支持。同时,我们还建立了一只由16人组成的全国创意团队,负

责制作高质量的视频,文案和平面设计内容。仅四个月内,我们的网络平台关注数量增长177%,同时我们发起的“青年

发声”网络调查收集到2800余份青年问卷,这些不仅使得我们的影响力得到了增长,同时也让青年的观点被世界听到。

2. Entering a Digital Era

We established the Digital Marketing function in the national office and executed the first entity-wide digital strategy this

year. We refreshed our website, generated and managed leads for different programs and launched WeChat campaign from

the national headquarter to support the growth of the organization. A national creative team of 16 people was also

established for generating high quality content in forms of video, design and copywriting. This also created a platform to

engage and develop talents with creative expertise on a national level. Within 4 months, we are able to attract 177% growth

in the online traffic, 120,000 monthly page views to our new website and 2800+ YouthSpeak survey samples, a global youth

insight initiative. Our impact has been enlarged meanwhile the youth's voice has been better represented.

3. 中印合作,龙象共舞

中国与印度作为全球最具生命力的经济大国,为两国年轻人提供了巨大的机遇与挑战。为了增强两国青年理解,让年轻人

深入经济中心体验浪潮,AIESEC中国大陆区与印度在这一年强强联手,为两国年轻人提供超过450个跨国领导力体验。

这一年,中国与印度的分会主席,以及部分哥伦比亚和波兰的分会主席,齐聚澳门大学中印发展峰会,与阿里巴巴和美的

集团的嘉宾分享中印发展的趋势,共同欢度两国传统佳节,增进理解并一同规划中印合作的蓝图。我们将会看到更多的中

印年轻人从这里开始携手并进。

3. Make CHINDIA Happen

China and India have the most dynamic external markets in the world. This year we worked closely with AIESEC in India to

bring impactful experiences for the young people in both countries. Through these experiences we aimed to encourage

understanding of each other and to inspire the world with the business leadership presented in the young people from China

and India. We held the CHINDIA summit in the University of Macau, where we engaged leading corporations such as Alibaba

and Midea with the AIESEC leaders from China, India, Colombia and Poland. We celebrated the Lantern Festival and Holi

Festival together, explored Macau and co-created projects to that aims to deliver 1000 experiences in 2015. We are proud

to have created the impact of more than 450 experiences in the past year for the young students in both countries and we are

expecting the even stronger CHINDIA cooperation in the near future.

得。我们创新我们的工作模式,哪怕并不是所有尝试都能成功。我们很高兴看到有些努力并没有白费。今年,我们为年轻

人创造了近五千跨国领导力体验,标准流程管理使得他们有更高的项目满意率。我们也高兴地看到经过一年的努力,企业

家精神逐渐成为AIESEC中国大陆区3721名成员身上的印记。

We believe we need to be entrepreneurial ourselves to fulfill our promises - dream bigger, act faster and get things done. We

challenged the way we operated to deliver our ambition to the country. Even though not all the initiatives made it to the end,

we are also happy to see the efforts are made consciously and some got paid off. We are proud to see the 4700 global experi-

ences and 3721 leadership experiences delivered throughout the year with the raising customer satisfaction for all

programs. We are also happy to see the entrepreneurial leadership is not only being demonstrated in the national office but

also among the five thousand members in the local who are always working together to find solutions.

十年愿景下,我们为打造一代具有全球竞争力和社会责任感的青年人才继续努力。

Guided by our 10-year vision - "We envision, a generation of globally competitive leaders positively impact on tomorrow's

China", we made a step forwards, for a bigger and better AIESEC that Chines youth deserve.

4. 培养创业家领导力

今天的中国充满着创业氛围和企业家精神。我们希望成员能够通过在AIESEC里的体验发展其创业家领导力。我们举办

了创业家之夜,邀请北京地区优秀的“创客”和我们的分会主席畅聊。我们革新了组织结构,给予了分会成员更多的职

责和决策权,鼓励来源于基层的创新之举。我们培养了超过100余人的全国支持团队,来承担分会运营指导和组织知识管

理。同时,我们还为组织成员举办了多场领导力发展会议。对于越来越多来自分会成员的创新活动,我们十分自豪;我

们也期待着有越来越多的创业家领袖从AIESEC中诞生。

4. Cultivating Entrepreneurial Leadership in our Members

Today’s China is full of entrepreneurial spirits. We envision our members to develop entrepreneurial leadership in their

AIESEC experiences. We held Entrepreneurial Night with all the local committee presidents and successful start-up leaders

in Beijing, we evolved our organization structure to give more autonomy and responsibility to local members to encourage

bottom-up solutions, we empowered more than 100 people from national support team and ensured a better knowledge

management to ensure smooth operations, and we designed leadership development seminars to shape the organizational

behaviors in our members daily practices. We are glad to see more initiatives coming from our local membership and we are

expecting more entrepreneurial leaders coming from AIESEC.

5.领导力培养体系的进一步研发

今年,我们对组织核心--领导力培养体系做进一步的研发,使得它能够给成员和参与者带来更好的领导力培养体验。我

们聘请了来自荷兰的专业领导力培养顾问,对成员项目和世界公民项目想起进行研究,提出了一系列改善措施,包括:

实施完整团队经历清单,调整培训培养计划。同时,我们发布了新的领导力培养模型,致力于将每段体验的参与者培养

成:能够拥有良好自知、能够想出解决方案、能够影响培养他人的世界公民。在参与项目初试的学校里,我们观察到成

员体验得到了显著提升,海外项目参与者的满意率也得到大幅增加。

5. Leadership Product Innovation

This year we looked straight into the core of our product to see how we can develop the experiences we are providing to

better cultivate leadership in our customers. We had a professional leadership product development consultant working

together with our national and local teams to develop the experience of our members and global community development

program participants. We created and implemented the experience minimums to ensure the quality standards of our experi-

ences. We changed our empowerment agenda for our customers and launched the new leadership development model to

guide them to be global-minded, self-aware, able to empower others and solution-oriented. In the piloting universities, we

witnessed a growth of number of experiences we delivered as well as a rising customer satisfaction.

6. 孵化成员创新力

这一年AIESEC中国大陆区总部设立创新支持基金,鼓励组织内部自下而上的创新实践。基金成立以来,共收获来自五

个大学的七个关于成员培养与产品开发的创新项目,最终AIESEC中山大学分会的两岸论坛获得13,000元的基金支持。

这一个由分会发起的活动,总共吸引了450名广州地区的年轻人参与,与来自两岸企业的11位嘉宾共同探讨,增进两岸

青年理解,启发企业家精神,成果颇丰。

6. Incubating System Fund for Local Innovation

To trigger the local innovation, we launched the Incubating System Fund at the beginning of the year and got 7 applicants

from 5 local committees of innovative practices on member and product development. In the end, the Cross-strait Youth

Forums initiated by AIESEC in Sun Yat-sen University got an investment of 13,000 CNY from the fund, which brought

together 450 young people and 11 companies representatives from both sides to share and inspire understanding and

entrepreneurship between Taiwan and Mainland of China.

7. 平台革新,让AIESEC更简单

为了更好地创造高质量的领导力体验,这一年AIESEC进行平台革新。在新的平台下,AIESEC繁琐的程序由系统自动

完成,成员可以更多地关注如何为实习生与志愿者提供更好的跨文化领导力体验。而新的平台也使得AIESEC无论对于

公司还是学生,都变得更加便捷。

We found that our members spending most of their energy in the process management, instead of leadership experience

delivery. Therefore, this year we implemented a new customer flow and IT system. The new customer flow defines a more

automated preparation process and gives more details towards the experience delivery. Our new IT system is changed to an

open platform which has a better interface for different stockholders and make it more automatic and easier than ever for

organizations, students and our members to have an AIESEC experience.

事。AIESEC让我一再意识到,青年人需要心怀天下的梦想,同时,也

验、组织文化等等话题时,我能感受到,企业家精神在他们身上逐渐萌

发。我相信,在不久的将来,这些人将会在社会的某个领域发光发亮,

历里,我切身体会到,领导力不是什么玄乎的东西,我们每个人身上都

要去哪里等关于自我认识的问题;它体现在能够兼容并包地去看这个世

界,认识和理解不同的人和事;最后还体现在是否在创造积极的影响

从自己第一次在异国的志愿教育经历里反思从小到大自己所接受的教

全国3000个志愿者经历的负责人,我始终相信在每一个人成长的生涯

里,承担社会责任不仅是让这个国家,更是让这个世界变好的方式。

担任海外实习总监的这一年,见过太多把人生活出另一种精彩的年轻

人,有的从墨西哥把宾堡品牌带进中国、有的在波兰创业获得了实习老

板的入股、有的去非洲投行为当地华人投资带来帮助、有的结束实习后

决定周游世界追求梦想。这一年,我真真切切看到了一段异国成长之旅

给年轻人带来的改变,让他们更具竞争力、对生活饱含激情、富有企业

家精神。而这正是明日的中国所需要的一群青年力量。这一年,哭过、

笑过、拼搏过、奋斗过,一切都为了让我身边的同龄人有更多的机会看

看这个世界、有更强的能力去追逐梦想。在22岁的年华里,有什么比为

了自己所相信的事业全力以赴、挥洒汗水更加值得呢?在AIESEC的五

年教会我的,不仅仅是如何做一个实干家,而是无论何时都不要忘了,

用你的能力为世界带来最积极的影响力。

任公益项目总会副主席的一年,我对于中国的公益行业现状和跨文化理

解与交流有了更深刻的理解,也认识到自己部门肩上的责任重大。让更

多的中国青年人投身公益领域,运用商业思维运行公益项目,与此同时

提升自己解决问题的能力和跨文化交流能力,培养中国公益行业需要的

新型公益人才。以青年人文和商业探索,筑文化与理解之桥,让世界更

懂中国,让中国更懂世界。

味的工作,我们也希望通过我们一点一滴的努力让更多的中国大学生得

有成功,亦有失败。这个时代,不缺乏有想法的青年人,而AIESEC这

敢去独立思考,也让我深深地相信我们所创造去传递的价值 - 对每一个

企业,对每一个青年人。

做全国总会这一年,我们很多时候都在谈论战略,我们经常讨论如何通

过组织转型提高生产力,讨论如何进行工作流程的革新变得更加专业。

但现在回头看看,这一年让我记忆最为深刻的却是看到听到了数千段青

年人的美好故事,而这些美好的故事会继续激励无数的年轻人跳出自己

的舒适圈拥抱更多的可能性,我想“用行动唤起行动”就是对领导力最

好的诠释吧。希望未来的我们都不要忘了:“即使身在生活,也要做理

想的卧底”。

This year is the most intense self discovery journey in my life. It is a

year of being one foreigner in a team of 15 people, year of sharing

about Ukrainian culture to the exchange participants that will go

abroad and experience my homeland, year of being a final responsible

for the customer experience of all trainees that come to China and

students that go abroad. I realized that I discovered my passion of

learning cultural differences and helping people in overcoming cultural

misunderstandings. Each journey starts with a simple steps, I do hope

more and more people can take these first steps of self development

with AIESEC and keep going on further through all their life.

Through the cooperation with AIESEC, corporates build up its positive brand image in the society by shouldering the

corporate social responsibilities directly and also supporting the students to develop themselves in conducting such

projects. There are 3 ways of how corporate could involve in the social projects listed:

Staff Volunteering: create good atmosphere by engaging your staff with volunteering opportunities in the social welfare

projects.

Co-branding Social Campaign: raise the public’s awareness by running co-branding social campaign regarding to heated

discussed social issues

今年已是罗技与AIESEC在青年公益项目-幸福微梦想项目合作上的第三年了。三年间,超过18

名罗技员工志愿者与AIESEC青年人一起参与到项目其中,超过六万人民币的物资及建设基金投

入到偏远学校建设、器材文具支持等。

2014年暑假,6名罗技员工志愿者参与到幸福微梦想项目中,抵达贵州及重庆进行项目协助,其

中,贵州土坪中学的校园城墙在罗技的支持下成功搭建起来。

It is the third year of Logitech and AIESEC’s cooperation in the rural area education project (Dare to Dream). Over the past

3 years, more than 18 staffs from Logitech joined this project together with AIESEC’s international student volunteers and

local student volunteers; also Logitech offered 60,000 RMB materials for the infrastructure support, construction support

and stationary support.

In 2014, 6 staff volunteers from Logitech joined AIESEC’s Dare to Dream projects happening in Guizhou and Chongqing

areas, among which, the wall of one school was built even for better learning environment for the students.

AIESEC in mainland of China strives to cultivate a generation of globally competitive leaders that positively impact tomor-

At the fifth year of Mars & AIESEC Cooperation, we launched the green channel for the first time in AIESEC Summer Confer-

ence, contributing 12 out of 100 candidates in Mars final selection with 2 recruits out of 17.

Logitech Mentorship Program was co-created by Logitech China and AIESEC focusing on talent development. Every AIESEC

talent that undertakes an internship within Logitech will be assigned a mentor for coaching in his or her professional

development. This year, with over 5 positions open for Logitech internship, we’ve got plenty of candidates and recruits.

Career forum is a one-day forum aiming at creating an interactive and engaging platform for corporates and AIESEC

and Guangzhou for the AIESEC talents from the north region, east region and south region. Altogether, there are around 20

EF-Education First, the world leader in international education, officially started the

partnership with AIESEC in mainland of China this year from July of 2014, focusing on

the branch of EF Study Abroad. EF supports AIESEC through participation in the Youth

position especially the Global Management Trainee Program EF360.

A National Partner since 2011, Logitech has continuously supported AIESEC’s Social

Midea is the world's leading home appliance enterprise groups. Since 2014 it established

partnership with AIESEC. For employer branding, Midea and AIESEC co-hosted several

activities and youth leadership training program in colleges and universities nationwide.

Uber is a global international transportation network company headquartered in San

Francisco, California. It develops, markets and operates the Uber mobile app, which

allows consumers to submit a trip request, which is then routed to sharing economy

drivers. Uber has provided services in dozens of cities around the world. Uber started

the partnership with AIESEC from 2014 in talent recruitment program, covering the

whole branch office in China.

They’ve already taken around 10 international interns from AIESEC network and still

SmartStudy, excellent online learning platform for students going to study abroad,

started its cooperation with AIESEC this year. SmartStudy supports AIESEC in providing

free learning courses for AIESEC members especially those who are going abroad and

offers ambassador and part-time job opportunity to AIESEC talents.
