Chloé was founded in 1952 by Gaby Aghion, an Egyptian-born Parisian with a dark beauty and bohemian spirit. Rejecting the stiff formality of 50's fashion, she created soft, body conscious garments from fine fabrics and named them ‘luxury prêt-à-porter'. With the inventive path of Clare Waight Keller who joined the home in the spring of 2011 the Chloé woman has been reinterpreted, nonetheless as womanly as ever but infused with a free-natured sensuality that has normally underscored Chloé's luxury.

01. Refund and Exchange Policy For Retailing Order

As we are very confident with the qaulity of the bags and wallets we are selling, we can guarantee your total satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with the goods you have received, you can return it for exchange or a full refund. The request of return has to be made within 3 days upon receive of the shipment and the goods must be brand new without being used. Before returning the goods, you need to contact us to confirm the return address and other details.
