惇陽工程顧問有限公司 92 天和及天和一號公園現地調查及初步設計成果 案例二 蘭陽女中通學步道 蘭陽女中之通學步道因早期人行通道只有約60公分, 加上街道之茄苳老樹樹根突浮,因此黃聲遠建築師提 出將步道架高70公分,並打開學校之圍牆,增加人行 空間,同時可以避免民眾踩踏於茄冬樹跟,整座通學 步道都以不砍伐現有喬木為原則。 此座通學步道因工法較為繁複,使用之材料多為客 製尺寸,因此造價很高,約300公尺之步道,造價為 1800萬。 案例三 Deep Root 深樹根系統 根據調查美國早期之行道樹平均壽命約7年,主要原 因是樹根長期受到擠壓踩踏,同時樹穴空間仍舊偏 小,土壤養分也較為貧脊,因此近十五年不斷研究不 同的工法,經過多年檢討改良,近幾年歐美積極提倡 一套叫 Deep Root 深樹根植栽系統,主要應用於行道 樹或是廣場空間,效果非常好,近年來也擴及到亞洲 地區,目前新加坡也大量使用此套系統 。 Deep Root此系統主要是以PVC抗壓之製成產品,根 據所需之覆土空間可彈性做調整,此工法較簡易因為 可根據產品尺寸施作,唯比較不適用於樹根盤距交錯 之喬木情況,因受限於產品之尺寸,同時因為PVC抗 壓強弱不同,造價差額也會有很大的差異。 天和公園部分區亦可採用此方法,但較不適合用於目 前人行道一側的茄苳街樹部分,主要考量現況樹根突 浮交錯之情況算是複雜嚴重的。 圖6-97 都會廣場樹格柵剖面詳圖 40 80 0 樹格柵 草階座椅 Christian Science, Boston First significant tree, soil trench 600 cf/ tree ca 1975 Bringing the idea to the profession 2003-2006 Small Soil Volume Application Tree space 1.4m3 Silva Cells 5.6m3 Total Soil 7.0m3 Tree space 圖6-98 架高平台細部詳圖 架高步道示意照片 樹隔柵示意照片
