The most of projects were developed for the city of Cuiaba-MT. *** "I am looking forward to improve my skills such as architect to create new spaces to people of my country enjoy their lives and activities. O bom arquiteto sempre projeta levando em conta as questões funcionais, formais, de conforto (térmico, acústico) e financeiras. Sempre buscando o melhor custo benefício, que varia de acordo com o bolso de cada contratante.

Ele tem que saber investigar e descobrir quais as reais necessidades e estilo do cliente. E juntos, no que chamo de parceria (cliente-arquiteto), criar um projeto que expresse o sonho que é construir a própria casa, comércio, e afins.

Para mim a arquitetura é uma arte. E quando projeto sempre busco soluções que agreguem valor ao uso e às formas. Usando criatividade para criar espaços diferenciados. Sempre preocupado com o desenvolvimento sustentável e a economia de recursos naturais. Buscando sempre uma boa eficiência energética em meus projetos. Gerando economia na execução e no decorrer do uso destas obras-de-arte.

Costumo dizer que meus principais produtos não são os projetos de arquitetura ou de interiores. Mas sim a satisfação dos meus clientes. Minha maior recompensa é ver quem me contratou feliz por estar realizando um sonho. Por isso eu sempre me dedico de corpo e alma a cada novo empreendimento.

As vantagens de se contratar um bom profissional da arquitetura são várias, tanto na elaboração de projetos como no acompanhamento de obras. O cliente terá uma casa feita sob medida para seus gostos, necessidades e finanças. Terá um imóvel mais confortável e agradável para desenvolver suas atividades diárias. Terá uma construção muito mais coordenada e prática, gerando grande economia no custo final. Terá uma obra com menos custos de manutenção. Além de agregar muito valor de venda no preço final do empreendimento.

Por isso construa certo! Contrate um arquiteto! O dinheiro aplicado nos projetos não é custo, e sim um INVESTIMENTO!

Pieces of architecturE The good architect designs always taking into account the functional issues, formal, comfort (thermal, acoustic) and financial questions. Always looking for the best cost benefit, which it varies according to the pocket of each contractor. He has to learn investigate and find out what the real needs and style of the client. And together, in partnership, call (client-architect), create a project that expresses the dream that is building the house itself, and others construtctions. To me the architecture is art. And

when I project I always seek solutions that add value to the use and forms. Using creativity to create differentiated spaces. Always concerned with the sustainable development and the economy of natural resources. Seeking always a good energy efficiency in my projects. Generating economy in the implementation and during the use of these works-of-art. I Always say that my main products are not the projects of architecture or interior. But the satisfaction of my customers. My biggest reward is to see who hired me happy to be realizing a dream. So I always dedicate my body and soul of every new venture. The advantages of hiring a good professional in the architecture

are many, both in the design of projects and in the monitoring of works. The customer will have a house tailor made for their tastes, needs and finances. Has a property more comfortable and pleasant to develop their daily activities. It will have a much more coordinated and construction practice, generating large economy in the final cost.

It will have a workforce with less maintenance costs. In addition to adding much value in the final price of sale of the venture. So build correct! Hire an architect! The money used in the projects is not cost, but a INVESTMENT!
