Sociological  survey  en0tled  "Children  about  Ukraine"  was  held  jointly  with  the  Artek  interna0onal  children's  centre  in  December  2012.  1,100  Ukrainian  children  aged  from  9  to  15  were  polled.  The  margin  of  error  is  within  3  per  cent.      Telephone  sociological  survey  was  carried  out  in  January  2013.  It  randomly  polled  1,000  respondents  aged  over  18  years  in  all  Ukrainian  regional  capitals,  Kiev  and  Sevastopol.  The  poll  took  into  account  the  region  of  residence,  sex  and  age  of  respondents.  The  margin  of  error  is  within  3.1  per  cent.

What  should  the  government  do  to  reduce  poverty  in  Ukraine?    (Several  answers  are  available)

  Poverty  in  Ukraine  is  created  by  poli0cians  themselves.  They  are  ge`ng  million-­‐hryvnya  wages  monthly!  

  Poli0cians  should  not  be  buying  luxurious  cars  just  for  fun  and  spend  money  on  wine,  beer,  etc  

  Some  cars,  yachts,  aircrab  or  villas  should  be  confiscated  from  poli0cians  

  Poli0cians  should  step  down,  get  smarter,  slimmer  and  live  in  a  small  village  

  It  is  necessary  to  overcome  the  crisis  and,  eventually,  poverty  in  Ukraine  

  To  stop  prin0ng  new  money  and  immediately  take  care  of  the  country's  economics  and  poli0cs!  

  Poli0cians  have  to  change  the  way  they  think,  get  clever,  just,  honest  and  start  taking  responsibility  for  their
