Thereupon experience of WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Center, that hasconsidered more than 18 500 disputes over 31 500 domains, is extremely interesting forRussian legislators and practicing lawyers. "Jurisdiction" of WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Center extends to holders of generictop-level domains of 153 countries (including Russia) and corresponds a unique legalconstruction, that allows to have such coverage. The most important criteria for any nations economy is the feasibility and validity ofinventions, inventors and innovation business managers. Experience shows that the U.S.can solve the problem of finding and using feasible resulits of intellectual activity (RIA),inventors, managers, scientists and politicians in the most successful way. In Russia, theproblem of RIA feasibility is not addressed at the state level but some lower-level tasks arehandled instead. The investigation and application of the phenomena validity law as well asthe criteria of certification of intellectual property objects can essentially improve not justthe nations economy as a whole but also its key components such as science, educationand industry.
